Condo was a great find. Had a few small issues at the beginning (just being an older condo) but repairman was sent out and was fixed. Great place, great location and definitely would come again. Oak Island is our new beach destination! Just FYI, there is an elevator as well! Makes things a little easier. You won’t go wrong here!

The condo was clean, welcoming, and exactly as described. The kitchen was nicely stocked with everything we needed, and our overall experience was great. The only downside was that we didn't learn until after renting a golf cart that it couldn't be charged at the condo due to the HOA policy. It would have been helpful if this had been made clear before our stay. Other than that, we really enjoyed our visit.

Overall the unit was nice and beach access was convenient. Decent view of the ocean. Kitchen could use a couple larger frying pans and the knives need to be sharpened.

Not what I expected.

Decent condo but the building was horrible. The dumpster was full and stayed full the whole week. The elevator was broke and could not be used. There's raccoons that were underneath the building and crawling up into holes. And the condo had fleas!!! Will never be back!

Good view and value

Comfortable! Nicely furnished, with comfortable mattresses and nicely equipped kitchen. Very close to beach. Nice beachside gazebo as part of complex,. Pool wasn't open yet during our visit. Would definitely stay here again. Only negative is lack of recycling bins.
