About this property

Apartment in excellent condition consisting of large double bedroom, a bunk bed, living room and kitchen with double sofa bed, bathroom with shower and bidet. Outside there is a terrace with garden table and chairs, barbecue, covered by a tent. Located in front of the 22 m long swimming pool. and 15 m wide. Residence located in the middle of green hills covered with Mediterranean scrub a stone's throw from the sea. A paradise!!! There is a grocery store and convenience store across the street. The bay is served by umbrellas and sunbeds with a bar and restaurant on the beach.

Nicht zu empfehlen

Die Anlage ist super schön aber das war es leider schon. Es ist alles sehr alt und nicht wirklich sauber. Das Bett im Wohnraum quietscht bei jeder Bewegung, die Dusche konnte man nicht benutzen, a) zu klein b) es kamen nur tröpfchen Wasser raus. Wir mussten jeden Tag draussen an der Pooldusche duschen. Der Boiler und die Klospülung haben den ganzen Tag abwechselnd Geräusche von sich gegeben, sodass man nachts auch davon wach wurde. Selbst die Nachbarn haben die Geräusche gehört. In diesem Stockbett, ohne seitlichen Schutz kann keiner oben schlafen. Die Espresso - Mocca die im Schrank vorhanden sind, sind einfach nur eklig. Wir mussten eine kaufen damit wir wenigstens einen kaffee trinken konnten. Wir empfehlen das Appartment Nr. 40 daher nicht.

Residence tranquillo con piscina.

Il soggiorno è stato in generale buono, l'appartamento è semplice ma molto pulito e ben attrezzato. Unica pecca manca di un condizionatore ....la casa risultava calda sia di giorno sia di notte.
