Nous avons passé des vacances très agréables dans la maison qui est très bien équipée et très bien située (à deux pas de la plage et du bourg de Portivy). Très pratique pour sortir se balader en famille avec notre chien.Les chambres étaient spacieuses, les deux salles de bain et toilettes séparées très pratiques.Une adresse à garder !

Nach etwas hakeliger Kommunikation ganz am Anfang wurde es immer besser und problemlos-locker, nachdem wir Hervé, der sehr hilfsbereit war, kennengelernt hatten. Das Haus bietet alles, was man braucht. Die Lage ist für unsere Begriffe kaum zu toppen: ruhig, freundliche Nachbarn, mit ein paar Schritten ist man am der Cote Sauvage, am Zöllnerpfad, hat eine Creperie, eine Bar und zwei Restaurants im Nu erreicht, ein (gar nicht so kleiner) Supermarkt ist fußläufig nah. Wir haben das Auto oft stehen gelassen, aber auch Orte wie Quiberon, Carnac, Auray sind nur wenige Kilometer entfernt. Wir haben uns drei Wochen lang sehr wohl gefühlt, mussten uns nicht lange "eingewöhnen" - und wären gerne noch länger geblieben.

Ungepflegtes Reihenhaus ohne Charme und abgewohnt

Die Ausstattung des Hauses entsprach zwar der Beschreibung, allerdings ist das Haus und die Einrichtung mittlerweile sehr abgewohnt und teilweise auch nicht zu gebrauchen, da defekt. Der Vermieter meldete sich erst auf Drängen der Agentur bzgl. der Übergabe, allerdings war so gut wie nichts vorbereitet für den Einzug. Kühlschrank war teilweise defekt und escgab in der Küche noch nicht mal ein Käsemesser, ein Schneidebrett oder eine Käsereibe. Ansonsten auch eher minimal ausgestattet.Einbauschränke waren mit Spiel- und Bettzeug vollgestopft und nur teilweise nutzbar. Garage vorhanden, allerdings auch diese nicht nutzbar, da vollgestellt. Lampen fehlten teilweise.Das Haus war dreckig und nicht gepflegt.Schade

Family house in Port Ivy

The house is lovely, plenty of room for our family (2 adults & 3 teenagers). Very well equipped. Little garden with patio area. Parking for 1 car directly outside. Only 100m from the sea and a few minutes more to walk to the little harbour of Port Ivy with a bar, couple of restaurants and a crepery. The beaches up the Atlantic coast are great for waves, shallow sloped fine sand, so the tide goes out a long way. Plenty more restaurants in Pierre St Quiberon & Quiberon. Also a new craft beer bar that does great pizza on the road to Quiberon - called Sparkle. We had a great 10 day stay and would definitely recommend this property for family’s who want to enjoy the local beaches.

Wunderschöne Ferien in Portivy!

Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet, sehr gut ausgestattet und hat einen netten kleinen Garten. Alle notwendigen Utensilien sind vorhanden. Ein Parkplatz ist direkt vor dem Haus. Der Check-Inn Vorgang war problemlos. Wir wurden sehr freundlich von Hervé empfangen. Er hat uns alles detailliert erklärt und ein paar gute Ausflugstipps und Hinweise gegeben. Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen und nur ca. 150m vom Meer entfernt, an dem wir mit unserem Hund oft spazieren waren. Portivy ist ein netter kleiner Ort mit Restaurants und Bars. Wir haben sehr gerne in der Creperie gegessen. Ein kleiner Supermarkt ist nur 500m entfernt. Er hat alles für den täglichen Bedarf. Alles in allem ein super Urlaub

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Portivy. La maison est très agréable, propre, bien agencée et très bien placée pour toutes sortes d'activités dans la presqu'île et aux alentours. Notre petit chien a pu se dégourdir les patounes dans le jardins. Le contact avec Aurélie et Hervé qui gèrent les arrivées et les départs a été très bon. Die schnelle Schlüsselübergabe verlief etwas holprig da im Vorfeld wenig Kommunikation stattfand. Das Haus sauber geräumig und gut ausgestattet der Weg zum Meer 5minuten zu Fuß Lage in einem Wohngebiet Sackgasse sehr ruhig Garten klein aber umzäunt keine Liegstühle nur Sitzgelegenheiten entgegen Prospekt kein Sat TV nur franz.
