This fully renovated studio is located on the 5th floor of a building with elevator, with a clear and quiet view. Ideal for a couple, it is equipped with a mezzanine and allows the sleeping of 2 adults + 2 children. Rate for 2 people. Supplement for more than 2 people. Do not hesitate to contact me!

Its location will allow you to have a quick access to the sea and privileged access to the attractions that make the charm of Nice, to be able to move on foot for your shopping and your leisure and thus to enjoy it to relax ... .

You will be in the heart of the summer attractions and if you wish, the network of transport by bus, tram, bicycle and sncf will allow you some escapades around Nice. The sea and the Promenade des Anglais are 300m away, the Cours Saleya 600m and the Place Masséna and the Coulée Verte are 50m away!

Great location, so you can enjoy to forget the car and do everything on foot or by transport, or even by blue bike. The city of Nice is very well equipped. The airport is 7km away and the central station is 1km away.

The studio is fully equipped for cooking although you will be spoiled for choice in restaurants! Unless you prefer to shop on the Saleya market!
And if you are a fan of shopping, you will find your happiness when you leave the building!

Towels and linen are provided and you have a washing machine.

Excellent location!

Great location and a comfortable stay. The bed is lofted but was very comfortable for two adults. We loved how easy it was to walk to the beach and to Old Nice. The host was very nice and accommodating. We’d recommend this place!

The host was very nice.The studio was very central and close to everything.The only thing that disappointed us was that the studio was not very clean. It was very dusty and the dishes were not clean properly.

Perfect location, fantastic host

The studio might be small but it truly has everything you need. Stayed five nights comfortably. Having a washer and air conditioning were great, the location is beyond perfect, and the view from the window is spectacular at all times of day. Isabelle also happens to be a dream host. She is incredibly thoughtful and sweet. Communication was fantastic at every step. Even before accepting the booking, she sent a photo of the loft bed to make sure it was okay for us. She asked if we needed beach towels in advance. She also sent recommendations for activities to do after we were checked in. What a lovely stay, would definitely return.

Lucky we are able body

The studio is in a convenient area with shops and restaurants and the beach easily accessible. Caution the comfortable bed was up a ladder (literally) in the loft. Luckily my husband and i are physically able to climb a ladder at ages 66 and 59. Hopefully you don’t have to use the toilet half-sleep in the middle of the night. Yes there was a futon as a couch on the main area but we sat on that to relax and I don’t think it would have been comfortable for both of us to sleep on it. It was Too small. The listing didn’t show the ladder to the loft. We had to ask for shampoo and bath wash (yes she delivered quickly which was appreciated). We thought it was odd to have to ask. Plus we were only allocated one small roll of toilet paper for our 5 day stay. We Advised the host and she said to go buy more. I don’t expect to have to buy a package of toilet paper on vacation when I rent a VRBO. I had people house/pet sitting for us for three weeks and I supplied ample toilet paper.for them to use.

location sans problème

Petit studio agréable dans immeuble calme . Mme Schlecht est une personne très accueillante , très gentille , se préoccupant de ses locataires en lui envoyant 1 ou 2 petits sms pour demander si tout va bien , si on ne manque de rien . Des informations sont dans l'appartement si l'on désire visiter Nice . On peut facilement lui envoyer qq sms si besoin , elle y répond sans problème. Je conseille sans problème la location de ce studio qui est également bien situé comme il est dit dans l'annonce .
