About this property

Detached Cévennes chalet, Swimming pool, Quiet, large garden, Many activities.

Chalet located in the Cévennes National Park labeled “Esprit Parc” in the middle of old vines. No pesticides, we preserve biodiversity...Chalet (60M²) single-storey wooden frame. The layout is very functional...two separate bedrooms, full kitchen equipment, WIFI Internet, all mobile network access, 80cm flat screen TV.
Wood stove (cut on the property) and electric radiators, very well heated space when necessary...
Large covered terrace of 20M² in front of the chalet.
Unheated swimming pool (open from April to October) (length 9.50M; width 4.20M; depth 1.50M), with a wooden floor (Douglas fir) all around 140M², a wooden security barrier and an alarm in the water.
Large private outdoor space with garden features.
Many deckchairs around the swimming pool (no opening hours at the swimming pool)
The swimming pool is shared with another identical chalet.
Car next to the chalet.
Olive trees, fruit trees (Kiwis, vine peaches, cherries, apricots, apples, figs, plums...)
Enough to be self-sufficient in jam!!
Family vegetable garden.
Compost available in the garden, selective sorting nearby...
No pesticides on the vines, the fruit trees, the garden.
Originally from the village, I will help you discover its very particular history... the history of the Cévennes and its traditional products around the chestnut...
For my part, I produce grape juice, Clinton wine, Cartagena, Verbena (We will share them over an aperitif...)
In the garden trampoline, swing, ping-pong (rackets and balls provided).
We have a municipal kindergarten 200M away.
Sports field 100 m from the basketball/football chalet with free access and fitness facilities...
I can lend two mountain bikes for walks and if you come by train (Alès station and then a direct bus which arrives 200M from the gîtes...)
Walks around the chalet, I lend a map and guides...

Nous avons d'excellentes vacances dans ce gîte. Les vignes et les oliviers en font un cadre sublime et isolent du vis-à-vis. L'accueil chaleureux du propriétaire est un vrai et ses conseils sont les bienvenus. Il y a énormément de choses à faire et à visiter pour les familles dans les alentours. Autre point très positif : De belles rencontres avec les familles des gîtes voisins. Nos enfants ont pu jouer ensemble et en toute sécurité dans la grande propriété.

Perfekte Auszeit

Tolles Gelände, was Freiheit für die Kinder und Entspannung für die Eltern bringt. Viele Ausflugsziele in der Umgebung. Fabien ist ein sehr netter Gastgeber. Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt und uns ein bisschen in die Cevennen verliebt. Rückkehr definitiv geplant.
