 3 double bedrooms (2 beds of 90, 2 beds of 105 and 1 bed in 140),
 2 baths (one with bath),
 large living room dining room, large kitchen with patio and laundry,
 garage of 40m2,

 and especially large terrace overlooking the bay of La Azohia and Mazarron.
A 6-minute walk from the beach and at the foot of the mountain From Cabo Tiñoso.
It is air conditioned, has a fireplace, heating and mosquito nets to all windows.
As at the foot of the mountain, it is very fresh.
Equipment: dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, toaster, kettle, Nespresso, food processor, heaters, barbecue, griddle, iron and ironing board, hair dryer and bathroom scales.

Quiet spot, close to lovely beach

This house is great if you want to be away from the crowds, but still within easy reach of the beach and cafés/restaurants. It is also great for exploring the mountains and coast. Very comfortable house with a great terrace to admire the impressive view.

Magnificas vistas y relax

Hemos estado diez dias a mediados de junio La casa es exactamente como se describe. A cinco minutos andando del mar y la animación, pero alejada de los ruidos. La terraza tiene unas vistas espectaculares del mar y la montaña. Durante nuestra estancia, la mayor parte de las casas alrededor no estaban ocupadas. Es una zona familiar. Muy limpia y fresca, aunque tiene aire acondicionado y ventiladores de techo, pero a mediados de junio no fueron necesarios ya que se puede establecer corriente facilmente. En la cocina hay todo lo que se pueda necesitar. La propietaria fue honesta advirtiendo de la presencia de escaleras, amable, muy fácil y rápida de contactar y se mostró dispuesta a ayudar en cualquier cosa que fuera necesaria. Igualmente la señora que facilita las llaves, muy amable y disponible. Ojalá podamos repetir.

Días tranquilos en una bonita casa

Hemos estado una semana en esta bonita casa de la Azohía. La casa es grande y está muy bien acondicionada con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días de vacaciones. La verdad es que hemos quedado muy satisfechos. Cómo punto de mejora quizás el poder disponer de wifi (aunque solo es una recomendación) por lo demás, muy bien . Esperamos poder repetir

Nettes Dorf in der Nähe mit Bars, Restaurants und kleinem Supermarkt. Schöne Möglichkeiten zum Wandern oder oder für einen Ausflug nach Cartagena. Leider ist das Haus ganztägig im Schatten. Im Sommer sicher angenehm im Winter eher nicht zu empfehlen. Das Haus hat klimatisierte bzw. heizbare Schlafzimmer und einen gut funktionierenden Kamin im Wohnzimmer. Die Ausstattung ist vollständig und in gutem Zustand. Ruhige Lage mit sehr schönem Blick über die Bucht von Azohia.

TRES TRES BONNE LOCATION

Le cadre parfait bien typique. La location rien à redire, sinon qu'elle est parfaite, très propre bien équipée. Nous recommandons cette location. Le lieu est parfait, toutes promenades peuvent se faire à pieds, aller à la plage, marcher, et faire les courses, même avant des enfants. Ensuite Il y a Puerto de Mazarron pas loin et Carthagène. Sinon les restaurants e, bordure de plage sont très sympas. Si vous êtes amateurs de plongée n’hésitez pas !!!!

A beautiful villa with amazing views and lovely swimming pool

We had a lovely family holiday in this peaceful location. The swimming pool was very much enjoyed by children and adults alike and a choice of beaches is only a few minutes away. The villa is well equipped and pleasantly decorated. Both Ana Maria and Maria were really helpful.

Estuvimos una familia durante una semana, la casa está perfectamente acondicionada, tiene de todo lo necesario para la estancia, a destacar sobre todo la terraza, puedes disfrutar de ella a cualquier hora y con unas vistas espectaculares. Ana María una excelente anfitriona, estuvo muy pendiente de nuestras necesidades y consiguiendo que no echásemos en falta nada. Llevamos varios años bajando de vacaciones a esta zona y sin duda y si la disponibilidad lo permite repetiremos,
