We offer for rent in Lido delle Nazioni, in Emilia Romagna Adriatic coast, a new detached house on two floors with a private garden.

Sehr schönes Häuschen mit zwei kleinen Gärten mit jeweils einer Terrasse. Ruhige Gegend und fussläufig alles in max 15 Minuten erreichbar. Haus zweckmäßig und ausreichend eingerichtet. Einziges Manko ist, dass das Haus sehr hellhörig ist. Die beiden Schlafzimmer liegen übereinander, so dass man vieles vom anderen Zimmer mitbekommt. Aber trotzdem sehr zu empfehlen.

Es war ein schöner Urlaub, das Ferienhaus kann uneingeschränkt empfohlen werden.

Wir haben uns in dem Ferienhaus im September 2023 für 10 Tage mit 3 Personen aufgehalten. Es kann gesagt werden, dass das Ferienhaus sowohl von der Beschreibung, als auch von den Fotos exakt dem vorgefundenen entspricht. Strand (ca. 600 m), Lebensmittelgeschäft (Despar ca. 400 m) und Vermietungsagentur (ca. 200 m) sind ohne weiteres fußläufig zu erreichen. Das Ferienhaus war sauber, sinnvoll eingerichtet und vernünftig ausgestattet. Angenehm ist, dass es eine Terrasse auf der Vorderseite und eine Terrasse auf der Rückseite gibt, sodass man wahlweise in der Sonne oder im Schatten sitzen kann. Das Ferienhaus hat kein WLAN. Allerdings kann man in der Vermietungsagentur das WLAN nutzen, dieses ist auch von außen nutzbar, wenn die Vermietungsagentur geschlossen ist. Es stehen dann auch Stühle und Tische draußen, einer unserer Mitreisenden hat dies während des Urlaubs für eine Videokonferenz benutzt. Wirkliche Minuspunkte gibt es nicht. Es sind keine Weingläser vorhanden, Wein kann jedoch auch ohne weiteres aus Wassergläsern getrunken werden. Der Geschirrspüler hat Puppenstubenformat (45 cm breit) und läuft daher relativ häufig.

Sehr sauber und freundliche Vermieter

Häuschen steht leider nicht alleine, wie das Foto vermuten ließe. Ist ein reihenhaus und sehr hellhörig. Lieber Lesestoff mitnehmen, da bei schlechtem Wetter kein deutsches Fernsehen und kein WLAN. WLAN geht nur bei der Rezeption, die ist allerdings ca 300 m weit weg. Aber sauber, gute Betten, Heizung, eigener Außenbereich und engagierte Vermieter.

Familienurlaub am Strand

Der kleine Ort und der Strand sind perfekt für einen Urlaub mit der Familie geeignet. Es gibt viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, sehr gute Restaurants und abends eine belebte Strandpromenade. Ravenna, Ferrara und Chioggia sind gut zu erreichen. Das Haus war sehr sauber, geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die freundliche Aufnahme und Unterstützung durch Luigi und das Team der Agentur. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Große Klasse!!!

Es war alles perfekt, wir wurden sehr nett empfangen, der Vermieter war sehr hilfsbereit. Das Haus war sehr sauber und sehr schön. Alles für den täglichen Bedarf ist in 2-5 min zu Fuß erreichbar, auch der Strand. Die Saison war in der letzten September Woche schon fast vorbei, daher hatten wir den Strand fast für uns alleine. Sehr schöne Urlaub wir kommen gerne wieder, danke für alles.
