At mt. 600 from the sea is the Res. "CLUB", one of the greenest and quietest areas of the Lido delle Nazioni, characterized by the uniformity of the type of villas, all on the ground floor with large corner gardens, for a relaxing holiday in complete freedom.

The house is completely renovated (spring 2018) and consists of: living room with single sofa bed (112 x 195), separate kitchenette, 2 bedrooms, bathroom with shower box and hair dryer.
Equipped with all comforts: TV-SAT, air conditioning with heat pump, washing machine, safety gates, mosquito nets, high fence around the perimeter.
Free internal parking space also for 2 cars.

Wir haben 8 Tage das Ferienhaus genießen dürfen.Für uns mit Hund war die Unterkunft ideal. Einziger Nachteil waren in der Reisezeit die vielen Stechmücken, die leider die schöne Terrasse und den Aussenbereich nur sehr eingeschränkt nutzbar machten. Trotzdem, speziell mit Haustier eine absolute Empfehlung.

Urlaub mit Hund

Schönes ruhiges Häuschen mit einem komplett eingezäunten Garten, welcher perfekt für unseren Hund war. Das Haus war sauber und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. In ca. 15 Minuten ist man zu Fuß am Strand. Der Check in war völlig unkompliziert. Vielen Dank nochmals, dass wir schon Morgens das Ferienhaus beziehen konnten. Der Check out verlief auch schnell und professionell. Vielen Dank an die Mitarbeiter der Agentur SIT. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt!!

Schönes Haus

Danke für das tolle Haus. Die Hausverwaltung ( Luigi und das Team) sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit, hat alles super geklappt. Es war alles da was man benötigt hat. Nur das Sofa ist einwenig weich.

Schöne renovierte Doppelhaushälfe nicht weit vom Meer

Die Doppelhaushälfte ist in einer ruhigen guten Nachbarschaft gelegen. Kein Durchgangsverkehr stört den Schlaf. Das Haus ist mit allem Ausgestattet was man braucht. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Das Mobiliar ist vermutlich mit der Renovierung erneuert worden und ist funktional und in perfektem Zustand. Es ist genügend Geschirr und Besteck vorhanden. Der Kühlschrank mit dem Eisfach ist super, da geht wenigstens was rein und das Eisfach ist gross und macht locker -18°. Der Garten ist grosszügig und man kann die 2 Liegen im Schatten aufstellen oder etwas Ballspielen wenn es noch nicht so warm ist. Alle Fenster und Türen sind mit Einbruchsschutz und Fliegengittern ausgestattet. Damit kann das Fenster zum Lüften in der Nacht offen bleiben. Zu Fuss haben wir mit kleinen Kinder ungefähr 15 Minuten zum Stand gehabt. Der Weg führt an einem Supermarkt vorbei bei dem man sich auf dem Nachhauseweg gleich eindecken kann (Belmarket). Die Agentur ist sehr freundlich, gibt gute Informationen, wickelt die Übergabe einfach ab und hat sogar unseren Wunsch nach einer grösseren Espressomaschine erfüllt.

Tolle Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Lage

Die Ferienwohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Lage. Die Anlage ist frisch renoviert, hell und sauer. Der Garten ist ziemlich groß und bietet guten Sichtschutz zu allen Seiten. Alle Haushaltsgeräte sowie Klimaanlage und Grill sind gut in Schuss. Das einzige Negative: kein WLAN im Haus (nur bei der Agentur) und keine deutschen TV-Sender. Der Vermieter / Agenturmitarbeiter waren immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben den Aufenthalt hier wirklich sehr genossen.
