Wir waren anfangs Oktober dort und können die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen: Wunderschönes Haus, alles vorhanden was es braucht, schöner Pool, ruhige Lage. Die Treppe zum Kinderschlafzimmer war sehr steil, deshalb haben wir unsere Kinder (6 und 8 Jahre) unten schlafen lassen.

mooi huis echt genoten

wij zijn afgelopen zomer juli 2019 hier 1 week geweest erg schoon huis prachtig grote goed onderhouden tuin heerlijk zwembad erg leuk echt spaans plaatsje en met auto lig je heel centraal op het eiland ik kan dit iedereen aanbevelen. gastvrije behulpzame eigenaar kortom wij hebben een super week gehad

Das Anwesen ist wunderschön angelegt. Die Gärten vor oder hinter dem Haus werden liebevoll gepflegt. Der Pool ist wunderbar erfrischend und sauber. Die Ausstattung des Hauses erfüllt ihren Zweck. Es ist wunderbar ruhig und nah an Palma und der Autobahn, so dass man schnell alles andere erreichen kann. Wir haben uns unglaublich wohl gefühlt und können entspannt nach Hause reisen.

Magnifique finca au cœur de la canpagne

Cette finca a été rénovée avec goût et à tout le confort nécessaire, le jardin est très grand et bénéficie d’une belle piscine , de plein de petits coins pour se relaxer et ressourcer au milieu des oliviers ,nous avons apprécié l’accueil de la propriétaire et de Cosme. La ville est à quelques Minutes de voiture et le bord de mer à environ 30 Minutes de quoi passer de belles vacances .

An authentic and beautiful country house in order to escape from tourism

I had the pleasure to spend with my girlfriend some days in this residence enjoying a clean and well equipped country house. It’s a beautiful place in order to disconnect from daily stress and the tourism around the typical areas on the Isle. The owner was very friendly and responded within a short time. Palma, the airport and other places in this region are reachable easily within about 30 minutes by car. We would repeat a stay in this residence at any time.

Wonderful villa in a wonderful area

We, four people, spent 10 days in this wonderful villa. It is a genuine, greatly renovated house with a very nice details, garden and pool. Everything worked perfectly including the wifi. The place was very clean and it seemed like many things were brand new. Only 5-10 minutes walk to the local wine producer where we got a guided tour around the wine stocks and a great wine testing.15 minutes walk to the center of Algaida which is a very nice genuine village. This place is perfect if you want a place away from other tourists. I strongly recommend renting a car since Mallorca is a wonderful island with lots of great places to visit. Both the owner and Cosme were very friendly and the checkin and checkout went smoothly. We had a great week and would love to come back some time!
