New apartment with wifi and exposed beams with lift behind Misericordia

Wonderful newly renovated apartment with bedroom and living room with sofa bed, kitchenette, bathroom with shower, wifi and beautiful exposed beams. The apartment is on the first floor (with elevator) and enjoys a garden view from the bedroom, has air conditioning.
The apartment is part of a group of five apartments called "Good Wine Apartments", and is called the Prosecco apartment.
The price of the apartment is for two people, for any extra people we ask for a surcharge, generally euros per night per additional person. The sofa bed we will open from the third person onwards, if you were only two guests we only use the room, possibly (on request) separating the beds.
Check in is possible from 3 pm, check out by 11 am For arrivals between 7pm and 9pm a supplement of € is required, for those from 9pm to 11pm. After 23.00 no reception service is available (except for extraordinary reasons)
