Very nice

Comfortable home in Praia, home owner met us at airport and was very hospitable, there is a little grocery store next door which was very convenient, very clean home with everything we needed.

Awesome property

From the minuet we got there we were greeted by Mrs. Arruda who was so friendly and pleasant. She showed the property and gave us all the local information on where we could go get anything we needed for the house. She was very caring and a fun person to be around. Was treated like one of the family. Will definatly be booking this property again!!

Nandes places is andere excellent location. To spend a week on the island. Nice sandy beach with great snorkeling spots. A shop next door. Busstop at the corner. Great place near the beach!

Great place for me, my husband and 2 teenage kids. There were 3 bedrooms upstairs and one downstairs. We walked to the beach in 2 minutes. We ate dinner at La Barca on the beach. It's 5 minutes drive to airport. The owner and her daughter are wonderful! We will stay again next time!
