Fantastic stay South of France 23

Fabulous well equipped villa well presented just off main route to Grasse with an artistic touch, amazing pool bravo. Local amenities and great patisserie near bye. We received a friendly welcome. Situated within 35-40 minutes to Nice, Cannes, Antibes. Juan les Pins worth a visit if want beaches and restaurants with excellent boutique shopping thrown in. Don't forget your sun-cream with added mosquito repellent, plenty of fans supplied to circulate cool air as the usual warm weather was around 28-30 degrees during our stay in late June/July.

Overall good a stay but lacks quality for the price

The positives: - Outside space is great, lots of room to relax, with a fantastic pool. - Design of the property is as listed, very modern and sleek. - Good communication before and during the stay. Unfortunately, there are are a few areas that really could have been improved and overall left us with a feeling that it was bad value for money: - The property is VERY warm. Even on days when it wasn’t super hot the building retained heat making it very uncomfortable to sleep. Appreciate AC is not listed, however we feel the property could do more to resolve the issue which is known because there are lots of floor fans in the house. One of these would be to install mosquito covers on the windows, as in the evening you cannot open the window due to lots bugs. - The cleaning fee was astronomical and listed separately to the overall price and has to be paid in cash. We would have expected the property to be spotless for this price from the previous booking, however we found spiderwebs, half eaten bags of sweets, a dirty floor and cupboards full of ants due to sugar left there. We were then also asked to take the bins out, even having paid a high cleaning fee. - Another small point, was that the toiletries did not meet the expected standard given the apparent premium of the property. Most products were nearly or actually empty, we had to go and buy our own toilet paper given very little was provided.

Belle semaine à Peymeinade

Belle maison, très agréable à vivre. Commerces à proximité, c’est pratique de ne pas devoir prendre sa voiture pour le ravitaillement. Nous étions là pour faire du vélo dans le coin, c’est joli mais ça grimpe fort 😉

Beautiful Villa

Host was helpful right through from start of booking process to checking out, replying very quickly. The Villa is actually even nicer than looks in the photos! Food and basics left for us. So happy and pleased with our stay! Villa isn’t near much, so travel to and from Cannes but we found a good cab that we used everyday. Highly recommend!
