Gaia was a great host and was very accommodating and helpful. The apartment was in a great location for walking to everything we did. Grocery stores, restaurants, and a pharmacy were close by. We felt very safe at the apartment and the elevator was very helpful for moving our luggage on check-in and checkout. We will definitely plan to stay here again when we go back to Florence.

Communication with the host and availability at the house was amazing. The property was one of the nicest we have stayed at. Incredibly clean and the location was out of this world convenient. Everything you can possibly need as a visitor to Florence and a guest at the home was provided for and thoughtfully provided. Beds were comfortable. Heating/AC worked great. Closet storage was fantastic. Only wish we could have stayed longer than a week. Don't miss booking this one. It is a keeper.

Gaia met us at the property and gave us a very thorough tour and restaurant recommendations. The apartment is very quaint and amazingly quiet though in busy neighbourhood. You can get anywhere quickly from here and there is an elevator.

4 nite stay - Sep. 2025. This '3rd floor flat' met our needs & centrally located 'to walk' to museums & plazas. Unit is an 'interior flat' & does not look onto street. Upstairs balcony was nice & kitchen functional. Flat is literally in front of one of the churches. 3 story, Market Place, 2 blocks away, a must see. Host was helpful. Coffee & shampoo provided.
