Place has the most incredible view and is perfect

Massimo's place has the most incredible view and is perfect for a relaxing and romantic break. We had issues with bad weather (our visit was in late October), but because of the WiFi, view and good amenities, we just stayed in and it was still great. As we are vegan, we cooked most meals, and the fridge, microwave and hob made this easy. When the weather was good, the hot tub was amazing. We did have issues with the hot tub after some bad weather, but Massimo came quickly to look at it and try and sort the problem out and was a responsive and polite host. The location is good for access to the north west of Sicily, but a car is essential, and preferably one that can tolerate off road driving. We had a lovely time in Palermo, a beach day in castallamere del gulfo, and wandered around the historic areas of alcamo. If I was visiting the north west of Sicily again, I'd definitely stay here.

Super erholsamer Urlaub!

Wir verbrachten unseren Urlaub Im September 11 Tage in diesem wunderschönen, gut ausgestatteten Häuschen,es ist alles da was man benötigt. Massimo war super freundlich und stets bemüht unsere Fragen gut und schnell zu beantworten. Die Aussicht ist der Wahnsinn,top Lage... Mitten im Naturschutzgebiet-Mietwagen ist ein Muss! Vielen Dank Massimo

Home with views

We really enjoyed our stay at Massimo's home. It's a drive up the mountain with a bit of track for the last 500 metres, we did it easily in a fiat panda and the rewards are incredible. This view is amazing at night and day, there's always something to enjoy and the sunsets are really spectacular. The house itself is super clean and well equipped. The kitchen is stocked with all the basics you need to make a delicious Sicilian feast and it was so lovey to enjoy it on the terrace. We enjoyed day trips to Erice, Trapani, Segesta and Zingaro. The local town of Alcamo has plenty places to eat and the upermarkets have everything you need. Massimo had some grea tips and was always quick to respond to any questions we had. A lovely spot in a great part of Sicily, Grazie Massimo

Trop cher pour les prestations

La vue est magnifique mais loin de la mer (une demi-heure en voiture) Pour accéder à la maison il y a un chemin de terre assez pénible et périlleux surtout le soir. La ville Alcamo n'est franchement pas jolie.Il y a une machine à laver le linge qui se trouve à l'extérieur de la maison ,elle est toute rouillée,le fil électrique est dénudé et est en fait, inutilisable ,nous avons voulu tout de même l'essayer (nous sommes rester 2 semaines )au moment de l'essorage elle a failli tomber dans le jardin qui est en pente.Le propriétaire a dit qu'il allait en racheter une autre (à voir...)L'équipement de la cuisine est rudimentaire et la vaisselle était sale.La plus grande surprise a été en arrivant quand le propriétaire nous a dit qu'il n'y avait pas d'eau potable!!Il faut aller acheter des bouteille ou remplir son bidon alla casa dell'acqua !!Il serait bien de le préciser dans l'annonce!Le propriétaire est sympathique mais cela ne suffit pas,c'est trop cher pour ce que c'est!

Avevo intuito bene che non eravate le persone adatte alla casa! Vi consiglio di leggere bene prima di prenotare una vacanza per evitare di rovinarvela e successivamente scrivere cose non veritiere..nell'annuncio è specificato perfettamente dove è ubicata la villetta in un posto unico ed isolato per rilassarsi (con accesso da stradella sterrata di 700 mt)inoltre la lavatrice è stata gia' sostituita ed eravamo pronti a sostituirla immediatamente anche quando eravate in casa ma non volevate essere disturbati! comunque i consigli ci aiutano molto a migliorare sempre più la casa...non avete apprezzato neanche Alcamo citta' di mille risorse dove si possono visitare tantissimi posti (chiese e monumenti storici) e dove poter gustare un ottima cucina ed un ottima pasticceria! un Posto dove trovare sia il mare che la montagna allo stesso tempo! mi dispiace ma non condivido la vostra recensione anche perché la media delle nostre recensioni è di 5 stelle come potete anche leggere sulle recensioni di altri portali! Super Urlaub

tolles Anwesen mit Phantastischen Ausblick. Es ist alles, was du brauchst vorhanden. Sehr abgelegen aber es passt alles. Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wenn es nicht so weit wäre, würde ich gerne öfter dort aufschlagen.

komfortables kleines Haus mit tollem Blick

Das Haus liegt hoch über Alcamo auf dem Berg. Die Umgebung ist ruhig und erholsam, was auf Sizilien wirklich etwas besonderes ist. Die Anfahrt zum Haus ist trotz Schotterpiste (ca. 1 km) mit einem normalen PKW ohne Probleme möglich. Von der Terrasse hat man einen phantastischen Rundumblick auf das Meer und die benachbarten Dörfer. Das Haus selbst ist klein, aber sehr gepflegt und mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet. Die Betreuung und Übergabe durch Massimo und seinen Kollegen war sehr angenehm, zuverlässig und pünktlich. Ich kann das Haus zu 100 % weiterempfehlen!

Très bel emplacement, isolée avec une vue imprenable sur Alcamo et le golfe de Castellamare.

État impeccable, perdue en pleine nature mais facile d'accès en voiture. Vue imprenable sur le golfe jusqu'à la mer. Propriétaire très accueillant et parlant anglais, très attentionné. Il vous donnera les bonnes adresses pour voir, manger ou visiter. La maison a été entièrement refaite et propose un solarium et un jacuzzi. Le seul bémol concerne le chauffage, un peu trop faible pour chauffer la maison en cas de temps froid. Mais heureusement le mauvais temps est très rare à la belle saison. Je recommande vivement !
