Palm lake villa is on the prestigious Hampton lakes, with its peaceful location and tropical gardens🌺, it is an ideal place to unwind. The private pool and spa has a beautiful, uninterruped Lake view🏝, with BBQ and deeply padded furniture for your relaxation.☀️ Sleeps 12 plus a baby in a cot/crib.

The villa is fully air conditioned and has 3 king size bedrooms, one Queen size bedroom and , two twin bedded rooms with family bathroom, plus a full size cot. The games room is fully equipped with a full size pool table, a table tennis table and Foosball table Free WIFI.🎱⚽️

We own two villas next door to each other for larger groups, please enquire.💚

Wonderful stay

The best outdoor space we have ever stayed in. We have been renting villas in the Davenport area for 20 years and this is the nicest pool area to date. The interior was spacious and nicely appointed.

Great place for family and kids!

Stay was nice and comfortable. We had 3 families each with1 adult and 1 teenage junior golfer. Entire group had fun utilizing game room, pool, and hot tub. Kitchen and appliances worked well, because we were able to prepare a nice Thanksgiving dinner.

Wonderful place.

It is a very nice house. It is well supplied with everything you need. The location is perfect for visiting Disney. Perfect for walking at night and you can even see fireworks from Disney. South pool is wonderful. Highly reccommend it.

Florida Football Fun

The villa was perfect for our group. Lots of space, and plenty of activities for the teens in our group while the adults relaxed by the pool. Would recommend to others! Very quiet neighborhood and the house fit our needs perfectly. The hosts were very accommodating allowing for a late checkout when some of our group had a later afternoon flight departure.

UCA Cheer Nationals Orlando Trip

This house was absolutely beautiful and very clean! The kitchen was well stocked. There were hand soaps in every bathroom. The jacuzzi and pool were definitely my favorite overlooking a beautiful lake. I loved how spacious the house was and the owner is amazing!! I can’t wait to go back!

Fabulous Villa perfect location

Villa so much larger than it looks. Games room was excellent as felt part of the house rather than converted garage. All the bedrooms are a great size, and the layout flowed really well. Pool area wonderful as view is stunning. Highly recommend this villa - 20 mins from Disney. We had a great time and Nicki was lovely to deal with . Would stay there again!!

Beautiful home

We fell in love with this home as soon as we walked in. A beautiful home with everything you need to enjoy your stay. My children and grandchildren especially enjoyed the pool. We usually stay in a certain condo in Lake Buena Vista but this year we decided on a house. They spent more time in the pool at this house than they ever did at the condo. There were games and baby supplies available also. Thanks for a great vacation!

Spring Break Getaway

We enjoyed our stay at the property. The house was spacious and clean. Our favorite part of the property was the pool area. The pool was heated to 86 degrees and the hot tub was even warmer than the pool. The pool overlooked a little lake and we enjoyed seeing the turtles and bird sunbathing on the shoreline. The house is in a nice neighborhood and had a couple of little playgrounds for the kids to play. We would definitely rent this house again. The host was very responsive during booking and providing the check in details ahead of time for a smooth arrival.

My family had a wonderful state.

The house was large and had everything in it. Our family had a wonderful stay. The only issue was the pool heat but that was probably because the air temperature dipped down to the thirties. So it would not be fair to complain about it. Nikki was very responsive to all inquiries. Thank You!!

Would stay again

The location was great and there was a ton of room. Everyone had their own room, loved the lake view and pool in the backyard. Used the tennis courts, neighborhood was very friendly. I think the previous guests didn’t clean the dishes as well as we would have but that is minor overlook. My own personal preference, could update the future throughout and not have as bulky furniture. Nickie was fabulous to work with and extremely responsive. We had a great family vacation and would recommend staying at a property Nickie owns in the future!

Amazing home, amazing location

This home was more than expected by the description. There was plenty of room for our whole family, we enjoyed the pool and deck area with beautiful views of sunrises and sunsets. Perfect place for the morning coffee. The Game room was perfect for our teens and young adult children, and the dining room had formal seating for our nice dinners, yet counter space and seating in living room provides casual gathering areas as well. Nicki was responsive to all of our questions and needs. The location was ideal, and we felt very safe in the neighborhood! Location is close to Golf and social distance activities. Having 3 "Masters" with bathrooms adjoining was wonderful. We had a great stay and would love to return.

Blissful Retreat

Our stay was perfect in every way. The house is impeccably clean, the pool was warm, the spa is hot, the view of the lake feels private and serene. The kids loved their adorabley-decorated Harry Potter and Mickey Mouse rooms. The drive to Universal Studios took about 45-50 minutes, and Disney World took between 25-35 minutes, depending on traffic. We all slept incredibly well on the comfortable beds after long days at the parks. It was such a joy to come home to our quiet home after these long days and hop in the pool and hot tub. The kitchen amenities all work well, as do the washer and dryer. The grocery store is just a mile away, so getting groceries and cooking meals was easy and convenient. We definitely recommend this rental and would absolutely stay here again.

Sweet Retreat with Dancers

The property is in a Beautiful Area. The location is nice a little out of the way from the park's crowd, but close enough to get around. We actually needed the manager and the response was very quick. Loved the layout of the home. almost seemed soundproof if the bedroom door was closed couldn't really hear activity out of the room. Definitely could not hear downstairs and up. Pool nice. The alarm on the back door for pool safety. Safety fence if small people travel with you. traveled with teenagers they were comfortable and loved the WIFI because the internet connection outside of the home was pretty touch and go. Would definitely recommend.

We live in the UK and are lucky enough visit Florida 5 or 6 times a year. We have spent many years visiting the theme parks, sporting events and outdoor activities Orlando is known for. It has given our family experiences beyond our imagination. Tropical wildlife trips, Helicopter rides, balloon flights, off road vehicle sight seeing adventures and much much more. We have a particular interest in sport, basketball, American football and ice hockey are all easily available, we fit in as much as possible. Then there is the theme parks, water parks and dinner shows. Top this off with our favourite restaurants and its no wonder we wanted a place of our own to relax at the end of a day.

We have owned and rented property on Hampton Lakes for nearly 20 years. We purchased Palm Lake villa having fallen in love with the community of Hampton Lakes and Florida some time ago. This Is a spacious and homely villa. It has four poster beds in all the master bedrooms. Games room and flat screen TVs in every bedroom, plus the lounge.

The villa has 3 King-size bedrooms (UK superking) (2 ensuite) and one Queen-size bedroom ensuite (UK king).The two twin bedrooms are themed with a Harry Potter and Mickey mouse style.

The beautiful pool deck has a private pool and spa, luxury furniture and a very special direct lake view with fountain.

We also own the villa next door and therefore can cater for larger groups.
