It is a first floor, exterior apartment, surrounded by magnificent lime trees and pine trees belonging to the Pilartxo-enea garden area. Located 100 metres from the beach and 10 minutes from the centre of Zarautz, making it an ideal apartment for both families and couples. It has a garage space in the same building, with direct access from the lift. One of the bathrooms is adapted for people with physical disabilities.
