Luxurious apartment, where reigns harmony and comfort. It is located on the sea front of one of the best Europe’s beaches - the famous La Concha Beach. The city charm, closeness to its best places of interest, the Spa center "La Perla", the exquisite Basque cuisine and the beautiful interiors of the house - all this creates a magnificent atmosphere for an unforgettable stay.

The apartment has been completely redesigned and refurbished. Beautiful interior captivate immediately. The soft beige, the delicate golden, the transparent white - everything looks very delicate. Undoubtedly, decorator's talent has managed to create an atmosphere of peace and serenity. But still, the best thing about this apartment - is the views of La Concha bay.

The apartment offers six luxurious suites (15-22 m2) for stay of up to twelve people. A large and modern living room (45 m2) with the open kitchen is divided into the huge sofas area with Smart TV 60¨ and the dining area. From here you can access to a large terrace (50 m2) facing the sea, were you will find the comfortable exterior furniture and awning. For maximum comfort there is a private access to the beach. The kitchen is equipped with the high-end appliances - nothing will be missing even for the most demanding chef: ceramic hob, microwave, oven, wine cellar, refrigerator, dishwasher. Washing machine and dryer.

Five bedrooms have a bathroom in-suite. The main bathroom has a bathtub with views of the island of Santa Clara. All rooms have air conditioning and underfloor heating with individual regulator, electric shutters, Smart TV 40¨, viscoelastic mattresses and built-in wardrobe with interior lighting. Egyptian cotton sheets and towels are included. High Speed Internet. The apartment has two entrances, one of which leads directly to the beach.

Due the current situation, extra precautions are taken to ensure maximum hygiene in the apartments. These additional measures apply before the arrival of each group of guests:
- After cleaning, all surfaces are disinfected with 70º alcohol.
- Mattresses, sofas and textiles are treated with 100ºC hot steam.
- All bedding and towels are washed at 90ºC.
- The apartment have INDIVIDUAL ACCESS DOORS, which ensure the additional protection against infection. Probably the safest option in the city!

Best Location and views

We enjoyed our stay and the hosts were very responsive. It’s hard to find a 6 bedroom for our group and it worked very well. The living room / dining room was especially comfortable. The 3 large couches and huge dining room fit everyone!

Beautiful, modern flat on the Concha

A spotless modern flat that held 10 people very comfortably. The flat was well appointed with high-quality furnishings, kitchen, and bedrooms. The location couldn’t have been better — steps to the beach, 5 mins to stores, and easy access to restaurants and bars. The parking spot is located in a seperate building about a 5 minute walk from the flat. The only minor issue with the stay was low speed WiFi when a lot of people jumped on it. Otherwise, a terrific stay — highly recommend.

Great place for a large group to stay beachside in SanSebastian

We loved our apartment right on La Concha with its own private entrance to the beach and an amazing 2nd floor terrace for your group to take in the beach, harbor and vibrant street scene. Everything in person matched what you see in the pictures and the location could not have been more central. However, there is a but…and it has to do with the sewage odor that can permeate the apartment at times, particularly in the three bedrooms at the rear of the house facing the street and away from the beach. It was so unpleasant on a few nights that my daughter and her BF had to sleep in the bedroom in the hallway closer to the beach that we weren’t using because my 91-yo mom got Covid and couldn’t make the trip (she’s fine now, thankfully). This problem was alluded to on another review but not in most of the others l, so perhaps it had to do with the fact that our stay was in late-July/early-August at the height of the summer heat when the city sewage system is at its most strained.. Also know that this issue affects not only this property, as we read similar accounts from others staying by the beach but on the street side of their hotels. And we also had dinner twice at a fabulous nearby restaurant called Aitana and the owner confirmed that it can be an issue along the street nearest to the beach. Regardless, our party of 8 had a wonderful time in Donostia (alaSan Sebastian) at Zubieta 46. It is a magical and beautiful city with nice parks, noteworthy architecture, great shopping and bookstores, and of course the amazing food. Many thanks to Natalia and her assistants Alexander and Anna who replied promptly to all our questions and changes in plans over the 2 1/2 years it took to finally make the journey due to Covid. Richard and the rest of the Strassman family!

Perfect Location

The apartment was perfect - we loved the ease of the beachfront access - it made it so easy to get to the old town and the promenade. The large terrace was fabulous for evening cocktails and sunset. We had engaged the rental company to pre-stock the apartment with some food - they did a great job.

Permanent sewage odor, property manager says it is a city issue. We were expecting luxury accommodations based on rate per night. It comes very far from it. Basic maintenance issues were not resolved promptly (bathroom leaking, toaster not working). Cheap furniture. All color bathroom towels Middle of the week Cleaning service was not done extensively or properly. First time experience with VRBO, not very enthusiastic about it!

Fabulous property with a great view and space for 5 couples! We enjoyed the terrace daily and walked to all attractions, meals and entertainment! A bit noisy in the city, bring earplugs. Worth it!

Location of a Lifetime!

The apartment directly across from La Concha beach has one of the best views one could ask for with an outside deck to match. Location is perfect to enjoy the beach and the city of San Sebastián. Rooms were excellent, apartment is very roomy and very modern. Service was excellent before and during the trip, thank you!. Only issue at all was the occasional smell of sewage which is a city issue, not particular to this apartment. We would highly recommend this property, it will not disappoint.

Somewhat disappointed

We travel annually with five other couples. We look for properties that can comfortably accommodate 12 people--six bedrooms, six bathrooms and a large communal area. The photos and description of this San Sebastian property emphasized a sweeping terrace overlooking the beautiful La Concha Beach. The location was indeed excellent. But two days before our arrival we received an email indicating that, due to ongoing construction, we could not use the outdoor area. When we arrived the building was a working construction site with major renovations taking place at the entrance and on the outdoor terrace Had we known the terrace was unavailable, we would not have booked the property. Construction began every morning--early and noisily--right outside our bedroom windows. What's more, the hot water supply was unreliable--we endured many ice cold showers morning and night. This is a very nice property in a wonderful San Sebastian location. But do not book it unless you are assured that the construction is completed and that the hot water heater is working properly. In fairness, we were rebated 10% of our rental fee. But we feel that the construction issue was not disclosed to us until it was too late to find another rental. It is not what we expected from an expensive, luxury vacation home.

San Sebastian La Concha

This 6 bedroom apartment is located on the beach in a very central location in San Sebastian. It is a five minute walk to old town and all of the fabulous pincho bars and five minutes in the other direction to the funiculare to the top of the mountain. The apartment was very well equipped and the hosts were terrific.

Perfect Location

This is a great vacation apartment. Location is perfect for access to everything in San Sebastian. We were a group of 12, ages 1-51. There is easy access to the beach, walks, biking, running, shopping, eating and more. The rooms are spacious but the common space is tight for 12 people. This isn't much of a problem since you are out most of the time. The kitchen area is also small and has more form than function but does fine for basic food prep. The only negative was some maintenance being performed on the building. We were notified of the facade work and it was a huge problem.

Fabulous views of the bay, perfect for people watching. Very comfortable beds and well appointed kitchen and high quality fittings in all of the bathrooms. Minor disturbances through the night from clubbers so earplugs useful if you’re a light sleeper. But overall a fabulous rental and would definitely rent it again.

Stunning property with incredible view and in a perfect location

The house was immaculate and the property owners were extremely communicative and helpful. With a beautiful view, we took advantage of the proximity to the beach and the old town of the city. We could not have had a better experience in San Sebastian. This house made our stay even better. Highly recommend this place.
