This magnificent villa with spectacular views is located approximately 9 km north of the city of Ibiza, in a quiet residential area. The 200m2 villa is built on a plot of 3000m2 plot and is surrounded by a beautiful garden with typical Mediterranean plants.

The villa has a spacious living room with fireplace, cozy sofa, satellite TV and free Wi-Fi. It has a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, oven, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, microwave and dishwasher) with dining area.

The house has four bedrooms and three bathrooms as follows:
- Master bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom with bathtub.
- Second bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom with bathtub.
- The third and fourth bedrooms have 2-2 single beds.
- The third bathroom is with a bathtub.
There is a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board on the farm.

From the living room there is direct access to a covered terrace with dining area and chillout which is an ideal place to enjoy delicious meals, barbecue or tapas with a refreshing cocktail contemplating the magical sunset of Ibiza.

Outside you can enjoy a private garden, very well maintained with sun and shade areas, a large swimming pool (4.10m x 6m) surrounded by sun beds and umbrellas, and a jacuzzi. For your convenience there is a shower by the pool.
It is an ideal place to relax and enjoy the warm summer: in the shade of the porch, cooling off in the pool and sunbathing on the comfortable sun loungers around the pool.

The villa is very well located, with easy access to the main road.

This is a stunning, stylish, spacious villa with spectacular views, located 9 km north from Ibiza Town, in a peaceful residential area. The 200m2 one-level-villa with alarm system is built on a spacious, 3000m2 fenced plot surrounded by a Mediterranean garden.

The villa counts with a spacious living room with a fireplace, cozy sofa, TV, Satellite and free Wi-Fi and with a fully equipped stylish kitchen (fridge, freezer, oven, toaster, coffee machine, kettle, microwave and dishwasher) with a dining area.

There are four bedrooms and three bathrooms in the house as follows:

Adjacent to the living room there is a covered porch with dining and lounge area where you can enjoy some tapas with a refreshing cocktail admiring the magnificent views of this magic island. You can also take advantage of the BBQ that is a perfect to prepare delicious meals and enjoy them outdoors in the company of your family and friends.

In the exterior you can enjoy a private, very well kept garden with sunny and shady areas, an inviting, large swimming pool (4.10m x 6m) area surrounded by sunbeds and sunshades. There is a shower by the pool area for your comfort as well.

The villa is a well located home with handy access to the main road, the ideal place for those who want to enjoy the tranquility without being far from the most exclusive beaches and the beautiful old town of Dalt Villa, restaurants, bars, supermarkets and shops .
It is perfect for families, group friends and couples, seeking relaxation but also fun, and for those looking for a private heaven away from the hustle and bustle in the city.

Such a gorgeous stay at this stunning villa. Absolutely perfect lazy beautiful days and nights - in the best location - definetely need a car - 10 mins to San Antonio and 10 to Ibiza town. We would go back there in a flash. We also loved having chef Ag come in two nights to cook for us. Alex was amazing and took care of everything for us perfectly. Check in and out seamless. We are missing it already. Don’t hesitate to book ❤️

Sehr schöne Villa mit einer schönen und gepflegten Außenanlage. Feigen und Granatapfelbäume sowie Linettenbäume im Garten. Sehr schön. Tolle Sitzmöglichkeiten um gemütlich am Abend zu grillen und genügend Schatten Möglichkeiten. Klimaanlage funktioniert super! Super Kommunikation mit dem Verwalter, wenn wir etwas benötigt haben hat es sofort geklappt. Pool und Whirlpool wird regelmäßig gereinigt, sehr gut. Die Lage ist gut. Man benötigt aber auf jeden Fall einen Mietwagen. Supermärkte usw sind gut erreichbar. Ein paar kleine Verbesserungsvorschläge für die Vermieter, wenn Gäste mit Kleinkind kommen gibt es jedoch: an dem Liegebett im Aussenbereich können die Kinder leicht runter fallen, sodass man ständig rennen muss. Wäre hier eine Holzabschrankung wäre das Hilfreich. Etwas mehr Handtücher wären auch sehr gut. Diese sind genau abgezählt. Insgesamt ein toller Urlaub

Amazing property!

100% recommend. Stayed here with a group of 7 friends and we were so impressed by the place. Beautiful house and gardens with stylish/thoughtful touches, plenty of space for that number of people (there are even multiple area to dine as a group on the property). You will need a car or taxi to get around, but car rentals are reasonable and taxis are easy to get with the app. Check in and out was easy and the hosts are super helpful, available by whats app for any questions and highly responsive.

Car a must have !

This property is lovely, especially the pool and sun beds. The worst thing is you cannot walk anywhere, even to a shop. You need the taxi click app and use the address. Once we’d worked this out taxis were available and not too expensive. All in all a great property but not as central as we would have liked. For a quick fix Sam Rafael is about 10 minutes away by car and has a great pizza and also a steak restaurant. Book a table.

Idéalement située à proximité de tout les points d’intérêts de l’île , hormis la dernière nuit ou un mulot de campagne de 20 cm s’est invité dans les chambres empêchant toute la famille de dormir 😀 la maison été très propre et bien entretenue . Bien équipée , jaccuzy , grill pain , mixer , clim , nombreux congélateurs ( appréciable par ces chaleurs torrides ) nous pensons d’ailleurs revenir l’année prochaine .

Our First Visit to Ibiza

Maria was there to greet us on arrival and show us around the villa. It is a beautiful villa with a lovely large swimming pool and hot tub which were both cleaned on a regular basis. The villa is set in beautiful gardens in a very quiet rural location. Very peaceful. The villa was very well equipped with all that we needed. We requested a high chair and a cot and both were there when we arrived. Maria couldn't have been more helpful both during our stay and prior to arriving - answering any queries we had before departure. We came primarily for a family wedding and turned this into a holiday - I can thoroughly recommend this villa - and we would definitely return. We have fallen in love with this beautiful Island and staying in this wonderful villa made our holiday complate.

Entspannter Urlaub in einer wundervollen Finca

Wir waren im Oktober mit einer Gruppe von sechs Personen dort. Es war ein richtig schöner Urlaub, angefangen von Fabiano, der uns in Empfang nahm, sofort Tipps gab und Jederzeit für uns ansprechbar war bis hin zur Finca. Diese ist sehr gut und geschmackvoll ausgestattet. Alles hat funktioniert. Auch bei bewölktem Wetter haben wir genügend schöne Rückzugsplätze gefunden. Der Garten und die Beleuchtung zaubern ein schönes Farbenspiel. Alles in allem: Wir würden gerne wiederkommen.

Genieten in alle rust!

Ruim en goed ingericht huis. Comfortabele bedden. De buitenruimte is werkelijk fantastisch met een heerlijk groot zwembad, voldoende luxe ligbedden en een nieuwe jacuzzi. De communicatie met Marcos en zijn collega's was uiterst plezierig. Wij vonden de schoonmaak ook naar wens. Kortom, alles voldeed aan onze verwachtingen en wij komen zeker weer terug!

We have had a wonderful holiday in this Villa. We were here for 10 days for my grandsons wedding. Everything in the villa has been perfect, the only thing missing was a kettle, but when we asked one was supplied within hours. There have been 7 of us over the holiday and we were all able to find space if we needed it. On arrival we were met by Marco to introduce us to the villa and he was at the end of the telephone if needed during our stay.. The beds were really comfortable and an extra single bed for my great grandson was provided without any problem. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and utensils as was the utility room, because of this we only needed hand luggage because we had a washing machine. Diane Shoreman

Great villa for an extended family or group of 9 max.

The property is very well maintained and very well equipped. Unfortunately the jacuzzi did not work and was only repaired one day before our departure. That was a real pity especially as in May the pool water is still cold and it is nice in a jacuzzi to warm up. The owner was not willing to financially compensate us for this inconvenience other than a check out time later than originally agreed upon. The kitchen is very well equipped and one of the bathrooms was recently renovated. The veranda is a nice place to relax with the family.

A Perfect Birthday Holiday

We couldn't have been happier with our stay. Maria was very helpful and welcoming and the property was beautiful. It was very quiet and serene and the perfect place to relax. Yet, in the evenings, Maria had a VIP taxi number to ferry 6 (or more if needed) of us into Ibiza town, or to the clubs. It was about 5ish mins to Amnesia and Priviledge and about 15 to Ibiza Town, but it felt like nothing. (NB make sure you have budgeted for the VIP taxi - it is an expensive flat rate of £60, but really worth it as the island taxis struggle to find the villa to pick you up, although on the way back it is very easy to direct them home) The garden gets a lot of a sun, and there's always a spot to catch the rays right up until sunset. The pool stays in the sun 'til late afternoon. The two huge outdoor shaded beds suited as when we wanted a quiet read/snooze. There are two great outdoor seating areas and there is an outdoor fridge by the pool, which is perfect for drinks. We LOVED the jacuzzi and can't imagine the holiday without it. We didn't really use it in the day as we were hot enough, but it was so great to come back from a restaurant and jump in the jacuzzi with a glass of bubbles. The beds were comfortable, and the place felt spacious and inviting. It was spotlessly clean. The bathrooms had good water pressure. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed (and we were a group of keen cooks) This property suits holiday makers with a car, it's off the motorway (not that you are aware of that whilst you're at the villa at all). We were able to pop to the supermarket really easily, and the shop itself had everything we could need. I would 100% recommend this villa. It was really special, and the perfect place to celebrate my 30th Birthday.
