Superior quality apartment on the beachfront. Highest guest rating in the village. Home staging decoration and services. Sea views, promenade on doorstep. Quiet neighborhood Located close the lighthouse. Swimming pool (summer), shared parking. Bus stops and mall are just a walk away.

The apartment has two bedrooms, a balcony with views over the sea and one bathroom. The living room is linked to kitchen. The size of your bed is 145cm x 195 cm. and there is a safe box in your room.

The flat is in the seafront promenade, zero minutes walking to the beach and 10 minutes to the bus stop. There you can take buses to MĂĄlaga, Granada, AlmerĂ­a, CĂłrdoba, etc. We can arrange to collect you from the airport.

There is a big supermarket near the building (10 minutes walking), and little shops are closer, as well a pharmacy, coffe shops, bakeries, excellent fruit shops and restaurants. A public big hospital is 5 minutes by car, and doctors are on walking distance. You can have excellent breakfasts and meals in the restaurant next to our house where will enjoy the landscape and the relaxing atmosphere.

Beach towels, sun umbrella and beach chair, all included in the fee.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD

Torre del Mar Lighthouse area is very quiet sunny and relaxed suburb.
There are people living all over the year, is a real town. Foreigners love stay there during autumn, winter and spring. Summer is very hot !!

You can meet easily spanish people and from your own country as well.

HOW TO MOVE

There is main bus station connecting Torre del Mar with MĂĄlaga and Granada. It is easy to reach CĂłrdoba, Seville and the main important towns by bus + train. Don't hesitate to ask us.

The taxi station is close and you can reach the airport via taxi or transfer bus.
Free transfer from Malaga or Seville airport.

There is a private shared parking in the building.

Superb Location. A terrific apartment with everything you need

We stayed here for 7 nights. Great location. Front line Torre del Mar sea view. Short walk to all the bars,restaurants you could ever need. Asael and Manuela were the ideal hosts and the apartment is very clean and ideally appointed for all your needs. Thanks we had a lovely stay. If we come to Torre again we will certainly book you again.

Lovely and bright apartment with a seaview

We stayed for six weeks in this superb apartment. There was a welcome fruit basket and a bottle of wine left for us by the owners and the place was impeccable. The apartment is central, comfortable, bright and perfect for a couple or a small family. Thoughtfully equipped and lovingly maintained by Asael and Manuela, who were in touch to make sure everything was okay and responded quickly to all queries. Insgesamt haben wir uns in dieser Wohnung wohl gefĂŒhlt. Sie ist sehr geschmackvoll und persönlich eingerichtet. Der einzige Wermutstropfen war eine sehr laute Baustelle wĂ€hrend unseres ganzen Urlaubs im Nachbarhaus. Ohne diese Baustelle ist die Wohnung zu empfehlen. Wir wĂŒrden dort auch wieder buchen.

Winter Vacation

Situated in a very convenient position in Torre del Mar, close to all amenities including restaurants and beach Chiringuitos. The accommodation was excellent, again everything we could wish for, and obviously a well loved beachside retreat for our hosts. Particularly helpful were the video guides as to how to gain access to the apartment and also how to use the washer and drying machines. Highly recommended and somewhere we would happily return to sometime in the future.

Llevo años visitando Torre del Mar y siempre me hospedo en este apartamento. Esto es por razones personales, pero también tiene que ver con sus características. Me gusta por su ubicación con vistas a la playa. Estå amueblado de forma muy personal y confortable y siempre me he sentido cómodo allí. La cocina estå muy bien equipada y el mobiliario es completo y confortable. La tecnología funciona. La casa es tranquila, en definitiva : el lugar adecuado para unas vacaciones de playa en Andalucía.

As the previous visitors described the apartment is well equipted with everything you need for a beach holiday (towels, beach seats, umbrella etc) The flat was waiting for us with a bucket of fresh fruit and a bottle of wine and lots of other things (food, cosmetic etc). Well equipted kitchen with dishwasher, washer-dryer. Everything is in walking distance, most importantantly beach 1 minute. On the other hand because of the location the place is extremely noisy next to the beach road, next to the theam park which is open until 1:30am. In regards the broadband it is good for general use but it is too slow to video conferencing. Parking could be a struggle in high season cause there is no allocated parking space although there are many spaces around the building in the locked yard. Overall good holiday regarding the flat we only had one issues in regards the hot water. The flat was waiting for us with the broken shower tap which was a bit unfortunate. So the water was either too hot or cold which was a bit of a bummer with the small kid not being able to get her properly showered after a beach day :/ The owner explain us when we moved in that the shower in not 100% but it was a real struggle get it resolved properly. We moved in on Sunday and we got it sorted on Wednesday morning with a bit of a push on my side on Tuesday cause his original plan was to get it fixed on Thursdays (this is not what you want to deal with on your holiday). The fix was simple they just had to replace the tap. Probably cost something insignificant. I've asked him for a competition for the 2.5days strugle with the water which he agreed to refund us but he stated that he wants us to leave him feedback on home and away before hand what I find a bit strange. So far the compensation has not arrived neither he is replying on my whatsup messages which leaves me with a bit of a bitter after taste :/ As a feedback flow of the website does not allow me to submit an update I leave the rest with you...

Nice apartment with sea wiew

We stayed 10 nights and we had a wonderful time. The location is first class. Across the street is the promenade and yoy can see the sea from the windows. You are close to everything e.g shops, restsurants, supermarket, tivoli etc. If you bring your car, there is a number of spaces behind a locked gate. Alternatively, there are plenty of spaces in the streets nearby. The apartment is ver clean and well assorted with everything you need for a stressfree vacation such as beach towels, beach chairs, dishwasher, washing machine and more. Only thing that could be better is the mattress in the second bedroom, it is very hard and not comfortable to sleep on. Asael and Manuela are super hosts. From the moment of booking they were available and easy to reach whenever we had a question. Thank you so much for letting us stay in your apartment.

Buitengewoon aangenaam appartement. Licht, zeer schoon, goed uitgeruste keuken. Wat wij als erg prettig hebben ervaren is strand, restaurants, winkels enz. enz. op loopafstand. Verder een uiterst vriendelijke ontvangst door eigenaar, we werden verwend met fles wijn en een uitgebreid assortiment regionaal fruit. Aanrader, zeker voor verblijf voor langere tijd.

Das schöne Leben in Spanien

Das Apartement am "Paseo MarĂ­timo de Poniente n° 60 in Torre del Mar im Edificio Cristobal ColĂłn 2nd foor, door 4" ist nicht irgendeine Adresse zur Beherbergung fremder GĂ€ste, sondern die Ferienwohnung von Asael und Manuela, die es sich nicht nehmen lassen, ihre Besucher und zeitweiligen GĂ€ste persönlich zu empfangen und ihnen die attraktive Möglichkeit geben, in ihrer sehr geschmackvoll eingerichteten Wohnung eine zeitlang spanische Ferien zu machen. Torre del Mar ist jeden Besuch wert und hat trotz der Erfolge im Tourismus seine spanische Seele nicht verloren. Die unverwechselbare Landschaft zwischen Meer und Sierra bietet viele Möglichkeiten, sich am gepflegten Strand zu erholen ,die Gastlichkeit des Ortes zu geniessen und die Umgebung zu entdecken. Die Kommentare frĂŒherer GĂ€ste mĂŒssen hier nicht wiederholt werden und die Infos sind nach wie vor gĂŒltig, wie auch die Fotos realistisch, mit dem Zusatz, dass es sich um Weitwinkelfotos handelt und die Schlafzimmer nicht riesig sind und das Badezimmer kein Tanzflur. Aber es ist alles sehr klug eingerichtet und das Wohnzimmer mit der KĂŒche und dem Flur wirkt grosszĂŒgig und vor allem hell und sonnig, ohne direkt der Sonne ausgesetzt zu sein. Diese blendfreie Helligkeit haben wir sehr geschĂ€tzt und den Blick aus der grossen Aussicht zum kleinen Park nebenan und zum Meer genossen. Die Farben der Möbel und die Bilder schaffen eine sehr freundliche AtmosphĂ€re. Zwar stand uns gelegentlich irgendeine dekorative Kleinigkeit im Weg, aber wir wussten uns zu helfen. Die KĂŒche ist komplett ausgestattet und verfĂŒhrt zum Kochen. Mit dem Geschirr kann man eine Party ausstatten und die bequemen Sofas bieten mehreren Leuten Platz (auf Zeit). In dieser Wohnung einen lĂ€ngeren Urlaub zu Dritt zu verbringen, halten wir als betagte Menschen aber fĂŒr anstrengend. Begeistert waren wir vom schnellen Wlan (>71 Mbit/sec), mit dem man mit "Zuhause" verbunden ist und dem spanischen TV ausweichen kann (abgesehen vom Wetterbericht). Die Klimaanlage ist einfach zu bedienen und macht leise ihre Arbeit (bei uns nur probeweise), der Wasserversorgung wird technisch erfolgreich nachgeholfen. Es funktioniert. Das spanische Preisniveau war bei Lebensmitteln im Vergleich zum deutschen erfreulich gering.Vielleicht bedenken wir das bei der Planung des nĂ€chsten Besuchs bei unseren freundlichen Gastgebern. Das heisst: Wir kommen wieder und danken Manuela und Asael herzlich fĂŒr ihr Engagement gegenĂŒber uns GĂ€sten. Maria und Martin Gregor

The apartment is exactly to those shown in the photographs. The bed was extremely comfortable and so was the apartment. The location is ideal, out of your 'cosy home' and straight onto the promenade. This apartment was very comfortable for the "two oldies"like us, everything within easy reach, lift for heavy items or stairs to keep you agile,didn't need car which remains safe behind a locked gate. Would recommend this flat for couples whatever age. Owners very helpful at start of rental, welcoming with a basket of fresh fruit and bottle of "Vino" Provided us with info on best places to eat......once they left they left you to enjoy your holiday. Great flat central for your stay in Torre Del Mar

We stayed for a month in this flat and it suited us well. It's lovely and bright during the day and you can watch the world go by from windows that open wide for sunbathing ! Good location near the blue and white lighthouse . Walk out the front door and you are on the Paseo! Flat suits two people ideally but our daughter stayed for a few nights so it accommodated us well. Everything on hand to home cook - basics taken care of .Plenty restuarants and bars around even in February choice is fantastic . Very Spanish working town that benefits from influx of people at weekends from inland . Asael and Manuela greeted us on arrival and showed us the workings of the flat a lovely touch was the fruit bowl , homemade tortilla and lovely wine to kick start our vacation . The couple are good to deal with and it is very much their home also lots of nice personal touches around the flat. Torre Del Mar is a great base to explode north of Malaga lovely walks and bike hire all available locally . The Paseo is so lovely and you can walk along to Caleta de Valdez no problem . The coastal area is so flat for biking in either direction .

Lovely apartment on the beach, prefect for a relaxing holiday, no check in/out times

Was met on time at the apartment after a taxi was arranged to pick us up from the airport. Was a 30-40 min journey and cost is €40. Apartment was very clean and homely with mod cons eg tv, wifi, air con , fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with washing machine and tumble dryer. Loved that it was beachfront and walking distance to many restaurants, bars and shops. The supermarkets were very cheap and we were able to buy a lot for our money when doing our shop. The area was nice and quiet not too busy when out and about. Not really a tourist area. Was our first self catering holiday and enjoyed the freedom from hotels dining times. Made full use of the kitchen as well as going out to explore. Was nice to have our own check in and out times. We went to: Legends bar: Great bar with cheap food and drinks. Carman: Amazing paella and seafood. Taj Mahal: Very enjoyable Indian at a good price. Kebab house: Good price and tasty takeaway. Aquavelous- was closed when we arrived :( Swimming pool: opening times 11-15 then 17-20. Closed after the 15th September. Beach: spent most of our time on the beach. Very nice.

Perfect for relaxing

We were met very promptly by Asael and Manuela at the apartment, which was very easily found. The apartment was very clean and they had kindly stocked up on fruit and water etc. All we wanted was a beach front apartment and that's exactly what we got. sehr schöne Wohnung am Meer!

Wir wurden sehr nett von der EigentĂŒmerin empfangen. Die Kommunikation erfolgte vorher ĂŒber WA. Sehr schnelle Antworten, Tipps und auch gute Wegebeschreibung erhalten Die Wohnung ist seht gut eingerichtet. Zur BegrĂŒĂŸung gab es GetrĂ€nke sowie Lebensmittel. Die Wohnung liegt im 2. Stock, ruhiges Haus fĂŒr spanische VerhĂ€ltnisse. GegenĂŒber direkt der Strand mit einer tollen Promenade am Leuchtturm, Stadtrand. Zum Zentrum ca. 10. Minuten zu Fuß. Markttag war am Donnerstag, sehr nett. Tolle Restaurants (Fisch)in der Umgebung. Supermarkt in 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Nerja, ca. 20 Minuten mit dem Auto, Granada 1h15. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt in der Wohnung aber auch in Torre del Mar. Da es August war, waren sehr viele Spanier dort auf Urlaub, dadurch auch viele Veranstaltungen. Wir können nur die Wohnung empfehlen und auch Torre del Mar, liegt sehr zentral. Zum Airport Malaga ca. 40 Minuten, nach Malaga ca. 30 Minuten.Muchas gracias por todo ello. ..
