On our first day, the dryer did not work. Called maintenance, he responded quickly but had to order a part. So we had no clothes dryer for the entire week. The microwave over the stove was broken and replaced with a microwave in the corner , which took up a lot of counter space. The curtains in master bedroom just barely hang and do not close together. The blinds in the other rooms are cheaply made and did not close all the way, so when the sun rose every morning, you needed sunglasses to sleep. There are no curtains on the sliding glass doors in the living room, which made it awkward at night because people could see in, and also adds to the heat in the condo. The outside of the building is in desperate need of a good pressure washing. We normally enjoy having coffee on the patio in the morning, but it was gross sitting out there. No problem though, we sat in our chairs on the beach. The A.C. Froze on our last night, it quickly defrosted. My only guess is because there are no lined curtains to keep the heat out the A.C. had to work over-time. And we did not change the temperature it was set at, we followed the recommendation in the paperwork and it still froze. We stayed outside most of the day and hardly went in and out to cause a problem. The mattresses are hard and very uncomfortable, especially the master and bunk room. The only pro is that the ice maker works like a champ, it has a large bin and produces quickly. We were able to keep our ice chest cold daily.
