I liked the location, close to most tourist sites, i just feel the pictures made the cabins seem further apart then actually being next to each other

Quaint little A frame cottage. Nice for 4-5 people. Best part is everything in Hawkings hills is within 20 minutes or even under 10 minutes driving distance. Hot tub in winter will be great too!!
My friend and I stayed here with her dog and it was more than we expected! Very clean when we got there and the perfect space for the two of us. The management was awesome and gave us the option to move to another cabin when they were doing work on the one next to ours. Would recommend to anyone and will be coming back!
I didn't like that I couldn't reach the front desk with the landline in the cabin. My cell reception was really bad and calls were being dropped. The hot tub had hair particles in it that weren't ours and I wouldn't use it. Cabin was cozy though
The A-Frame is incredibly cute and perfect for 1 or 2 couples. The cabin was very clean and all the furniture and amenities were very clean and in great shape. The Chalets are very close to Old Man's Cave and there are restaurants that are not far away, so it is a great location. Bear in mind that the chalets are close together and on the back decks other decks can be seen. This could be a drawback for some people. But all-in-all we would (and will) stay there again in the near future and are very happy with the Chalets and the management of them.
Three cousins met in Hocking Hills to catch-up, eat, hike, and relax. The cabin was perfect! Rainy day? No problem…tons to do locally, plus the hot tub was a great way to spend a bit of the time. Perfect weather? Awesome! Hike Old Man’s Cave (a 5 minute drive) then come home and sit in the hot tub! We over-brought snacks and food, but had what we needed to cook. Would return in a heartbeat.
This property is as advertised. The A frame cabins are fairly close together, but there are no windows that face the other cabins. The deck with the hot tub is fairly private, and we enjoyed it even on a windy day because of the fencing around the patio. The cabin was warm, clean, and had all the necessities. The beds are decently comfortable, and the downstairs bedroom had enough room to set up a pack n play for our infant. The rental office allowed us to return and exchange a bundle of firewood because the first one we got was wet and wouldnt light.
Some cons to this rental:
There is an doorway opening on the patio for access to the grill which allowed a direct line of sight from the deck of the neighbor uphill to the hot tub at our cabin which was not ideal. The hot tub was clean but had so much chemical in it that it was burning my sensitive skin (my partner had no issue). The dining table was damaged upon arrival -- one leg was loose and about to give out. Luckily we noticed and decided to avoid putting any heavy luggage on it, but we were able to eat at the table without a problem.
