By the sea, lovely 2-room luxury apartment refurbished in 2011. Comfortable service with refined decoration. Air conditioning and double glazing. In the heart of Juan Les Pins, a few steps from the sandy beaches, close to all amenities, supermarket, restaurants, SNCF station, Pinède Gould, Casino ... American kitchen equipped with microwave, hob, fridge freezer, washing machine opening onto a deep and sunny terrace. Bathroom with tub-shower. 3rd floor with elevator. Free WIFI.

A little gem...
Les photos rendent très bien l'appart. Superbement situé, près de tous les commerces, des restos, de la gare. Y avons séjourné pendant un mois... espérons refaire l'expérience. Les propriétaires sont charmants et toujours prêts à répondre à nos questions. À recommander fortement

Super séjour
Bel appart design, identique aux photos et très propre et fonctionnel.
La grande terrasse nous a permis de manger dehors à chaque repas et la proximité immédiate de tous les commerces, restaus et plages nous a facilité le quotidien !
En plein festival de jazz, l'agréable pinède nous a fait passé de bonnes soirées musicales.
Merci encore pour votre accueil charmant et ce délicieux accent d'Afrique du Sud !

Great Apartment, Great Location
My partner and I had a wonderful stay here for a week in July. The apartment is spotless and everything is brand new. The locationd of the a partment is perfect in the heart on JLP a stroll away from the beach. We had an excellent time, thanks Gillian :)

Ennui et contrariété
Nos avon eu de problemes avec la propietaire parce que elle nous avais faire des reclamation injustifies sur le nettoyage et sur dommages et intérêts du immeuble. Si vous voulez je peux vous envoyer les e-mail que cette personne nous a adresser

Les locataires ont été particulièrement bien accueillies dans notre appartement refait entièrement à neuf. Etant donné qu'ils sont arrivés un dimanche, nous avons gentiment fourni le nécessaire pour préparer un petit déjeuner ainsi que mis à disposition les incontournables pour leur toilette. Avec une évidente mauvaise foi, les clauses du contrat n'ont malheureusement pas été respectées - aucun dépôt de garanti n'a été versé comme stipulé dans le contrat - non paiement du ménage après leur séjour - non paiement de la totalité de l'électricité consommé - dégradation de la surface du bar, après avoir coupé directement le pain sur celle-ci. Nous avons été très surpris et déçu, car nous n'avons guère l'habitude de rencontrer de tels comportements avec nos locataires qui nous rendent l'appartement dans un excellent état après leur séjour
