This 2 bedroom apartment close to the Residence Royal with nice views over the bay and the Cap d'Antibes is minutes walking from everything. This outstanding fifth floor (with elevator) fully renovated apartment of 60 square metres plus terrace - south oriented and overlooking the sandy Ponteil beach - is located in an elegant sea-front building and is finished to the highest specification (eg: last generation soundproof sliding glass doors, air conditioning 2021 regularly inspected and sanitised annually). The fully equipped Italian kitchen has all the facilities you would expect, including induction hob, nespresso coffee machine, kettle, fridge/freezer, oven, microwave and dishwasher. The bathroom features a large Italian shower (1,40x0,80m) with handy tiled bench.
Beaches, old Antibes, museums, restaurants, supermarkets, shops etc are just minutes away. Excellent boulangerie and public parking at 150m.
Motor boat rental facilities on request.

Perfect Location in Antibes

We had a wonderful week in Antibes at Dominque's apartment. Dominique was very attentive, gave us a great list of "must dos" and some local restaurant tips. The location is perfect to walk to the beach and into old town -we didn't have a car and enjoyed walking daily to and fro. Thank you for a great week --Merci!

If you're thinking about Antibes, stay here. Dominique and Carlo are charming hosts, and the flat is excellent: beautiful ocean view from the balcony, spacious, fully and comfortably appointed, and perfectly located -- Easy access to Old Antibes, two blocks from the best bakery on the Cote d'Azur, excellent restaurants. Perfect for 3-4 people for a beach Holiday!

Overall a very good impression, close by the beach, close by the old town Antibes and perfect spot. The apartment had all it needs, perfect beds, bed linen and plenty towels also for the beach. All appliances worked well, A/C, Dishwasher and Washing machine. The inside (I.e. Kitchen/sofa area is small so count on being predominantly outside, as there is no living room as such. Dominique was very kind, quickly answered questions and provided a super smooth and timely check-in and out. We would love to come back next summer.

Lovely apartment in a perfect location.

Apartment with everything you need for a great stay in Antibes. Two beautiful bedrooms, kitchen with everything you need and a lovely balcony with afternoon sun. We didn't lack for anything. The apartment is located right by the beach, and the old town only a few minutes away. Restaurants and a great bakery in the neighbourhood. The hosts were very professional and incredibly nice. We liked the apartment, the location and the place so much that we extended our stay by a few days, and the hosts were incredibly helpful and welcoming. We would love to come back.

Entspannter Aufenthalt im Herzen von Antibes

Wir haben den Aufenthalt genossen. Trotz zentraler Lage ist es eine ruhige Wohnung mit schönem Balkon mit Meerblick und Nachmittagssonne. Die Vermieterin war sehr hilfsbereit. Strand, Markthalle und die schöne Altstadt sind zu Fuß gut zu erreichen und bieten für jeden etwas. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr schöner Urlaub

Wir haben eine elegante Wohnung mit herrlichem Meerblick vorgefunden. Es ist alles sehr sauber und modern es fehlt an nichts um einen entspannten und schönen Urlaub zu verbringen. Die Räume sind sehr geräumig, ebenso das Bad. Eine gut funktionierende Klimaanlage ist auch vorhanden. Vom Balkon hatten wir einen schonen Ausblick auf Meer und Strand. Die Lage ist hervorragend ,alles gut zu Fuß oder auch Bus zu erreichen. In die Altstadt sind es nur wenige Minuten. Ein ganz großes Lob gilt der Vermieterin die sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend war. emfehlendswert wir kommen wieder

Tolles Appartement - schöner Urlaub!

Wir hatten ein paar schöne Tage in Antibes, ein wunderschönes Örtchen mit französischem Flair. Restaurants, Strand, Bäcker, Supermärkte- alles fussläufig zu erreichen. Das Appartement ist zentral gelegen, ist sehr schön und hat alles, was man braucht.

Le séjour c est bien passé, l emplacement génial, mais l internet ne fonctionne pas car il est partagé avec le propriétaire qui habite à côté. On a dû acheter une car sim pour avoir de l internet. Le propriétaire nous a pas remboursé le 30 euro. Malgré que l annonce disait avec internet.

Tolle Wohnung in sehr guter Lage

Sehr freundliche Vermieter die französisch und englisch und italienisch sprechen. Die Lage ist in unmittelbarer Nähe zum öffentlichen Sandstrand von Antibes und ebenfalls unweit der Altstadt. Es gibt öffentliche Stellplätze für Kraftfahrzeuge an der Straße allerdings ist auch viel Verkehr. Die Wohnung ist sehr hochwertig ausgestattet und per Lift zu erreichen. Das Quartier übertrifft die Darstellungen in der Annonce. Wir waren rundum zufrieden!

Restful place steps from the beach

We loved our stay and Dominique was very helpful and accommodating. The flat was perfect for us traveling with our teen daughter, with our own bedrooms (and A/C!) nice kitchen, and a balcony perfect for lunch. The beach is steps away as are great restaurants and bakeries and the Marché Provençal.

Over the top hospitality!

Where do we even start? The property is just as described and pictured (see other reviews) and very well located. That being said, the hospitality of the owners is what made our stay so special. The husband met us at the train station and took our bags to the apartment for us while we walked around Antibes. He then drove me to work the next day (Sofia Antipolis) to make it easier to find. Later, he contacted us and invited us to the jazz festival in Juan Le Pins including tickets and drinks at his apartment before we left. Then he drove us back! More than hosts, they are now friends and we will look forward to keeping in touch with them in the future.

Pleasant weeks break....

A secure, safe environment for a weeks holiday. The apartment was very clean and tidy. Well equipped and comfortable beds, pillows and bedding. I was slightly disappointed that there was not a separate sitting room, instead a narrow 'cushioned' bench within the kitchen, which would of been uncomfortable for two people to sit on for any length of time. My mother and I sat outside on the balcony for a considerable amount each day. The balcony is on the 5th floor and overlooks a busy road but enjoys a view of the beach. The landlord and lady were very hospitable and we enjoyed sharing a bottle of 'bubbles' with them. They were happy and encouraged us to contact them if we had any concerns. Overall, an enjoyable week.

Can't wait to go back!

We had a wonderful long weekend in this apartment and in this city. It was our first visit to the city and the hosts provided great recommendations on restaurants and tips on things to do. The apartment is very nice - clean, modern, well-decorated and a great use of space . As we had two young kids (3 and 5), we spent our mornings at the beach which is just across the street. We also spent our downtime on the patio in the afternoon, relaxing and listening to the waves and activities down below. There is a wonderful bakery nearby, as well as a small store. The walk to old Antibes is easy and provides for a great way to further explore the city. We really loved our time here and plan to return!

This apartment is ideally situated to explore the old town of Antibes, the famous 'marché provençal' which takes place every morning and the Port Vauban, the largest marina in Europe, with a heliport within the port and some of the world's largest and most impressive yachts. A walk to the Picasso and the Peynet museums is recommended just like a visit to the absinthe museum and bar for some lively atmosphere in the evening. Juan les Pins is only a 20 min walk or 5 min by bus.
Nearby are many fascinating cities and villages including the Provencal villages of Valbonne and Mougins; the old medieval perched hilltop villages of Gourdon, Tourettes sur Loup and Biot, famed for its hand blown glass; Grasse, the capital of the perfume industry, home of the international fragrance houses & the International Perfumery Museum and St Paul de Vence, beautiful hilltop fortified village famous for its painters and ateliers.
Located 20 min by taxi from Nice Airport ; Antibes rail station is ten min walk away and gives access to the coastal rail links which allow you to cherry pick your favourite excursion destination - cultural Nice, chic Cannes, Monaco, the acquatic park Marineland - or across the Italian border for lunch.
Two other beaches ( plage de la Salis & plage de la Gravette) are just 5 minutes walk. The exclusive private Garoupe and Keller beaches on the Cap d'Antibes are either 20 min walk or 5 min by bus. A beautiful “tour du cap” trail has just re-opened recently.
