Schönes Apartment im Zentrum von Lissabon

Wir haben dank der großartigen Lage des Apartments eine tolle Zeit in Lissabon verbracht. Zu Fuß ist man in wenigen Minuten in der Innenstadt und kann leicht alle Sehenswürdigkeiten erreichen oder shoppen gehen. Ein Bäcker und ein Supermarkt sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Der Check-In verlief wunderbar und einfach, Sandro war sehr zuvorkommend, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Sie entspricht der Beschreibung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Ensemble satisfaisant

L'ensemble de la prestation était satisfaisante. La propreté était mis en avant dans les commentaires, toutefois entre la salle de bain salle au sol et l'humidité dans l'appartement et les draps humides nous avons été un peu déçu. L'appartement est très bien situé dans la ville, mais le quartier n'est pas très bien fréquenté, et les odeurs du restaurant ci dessous sont prenant.

Buona struttura

Per quanto riguarda la struttura di per se nulla da dire,piccolina ma pulita e dotata di tutto quello che serve. Discorso a parte merita l’ingresso in comune e la vicinanza di un ristorante etnico Senegalese,h24 puzza molto fastidiosa di cibo,spezie e altri odori non ben identificati. In casa in realtà l odore si sentiva poco ma a novembre le finestre sono chiuse ,in altri periodi dell’anno sicuramente la cosa risulterà sgradevole. Peccato per questo particolare che abbassa la qualità del soggiorno visto che la comunicazione con la proprietà e la pulizia è impeccabile come la vicinanza al centro della città.

Nice remodel, dangerous stairs

The unit itself is convenient to Rossio Square. It is up a steep hill and you must ascend 3 flights of stairs that have no handrails in order to reach the apartment. It is above two restaurants and the smells can become overwhelming. The hallway and stairs are dirty. The unit itself is comfortable but if you struggle with stairs, do not stay here. I always felt safe.

Central Lisbon

The property was very conveniently located just a short (but very steep) walk from either Rossio or Martim Moniz metro stations. We found it comfortable with a few highly rated restaurants conveniently within 200m.

Well equipped and very comfortable apartment in a super location. As others have said, it's quite a steep climb to get there but very well worth it. It can be noisy at night but only from people talking - no loud music - and it didn't bother us. It was nice to hear the sounds of Lisbon life. We enjoyed our 4 day stay. Thank you.

Nette Wohnung in zentraler Lage

Wir - eine Familie mit zwei Kindern (12,4) - haben 4 Tage in der Wohnung "Fluss und Rossio" verbracht. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin Alexandra war stets nett, der Check in über Sandro ebenfalls freundlich und unkompliziert. Die Wohnung ist zwar recht klein, aber wir fanden das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis gut. Die Wohnung ist nett und zweckmäßig eingerichtet, im August war sie (im 3. Stock unter dem Dach) sehr warm (trotz eines größeren Boden-Ventilators, der wieder mal etwas abgestaubt werden könnte; ansonsten war alles sehr sauber). Das Hitzeproblem im August dürfte man aber sicher auch anderswo haben. Die Räume sind recht klein, wenig Platz für Kleider, wir kamen aber zu recht. Vom Wohnzimmerfenster hat man durch die Häusergasse einen schönen Blick zum Tejo; überhaupt ist die Lage in der Nähe zum Rossio wirklich prima. Nur einen Wermutstropfen gab es: Geruchsempfindliche Nasen (wie die meines älteren Sohnes) dürften sich am strengen Geruch im Treppenhaus stören (Haus bzw. Treppenhaus sind umgeben von einem afrikanischen und asiatischen Restaurant und z.T. offenstehenden Türen von Treppenhausanreinern, die ihre Düfte verbreiten). Doch das ist eine Fußnote. Wir hatten schöne Tage in Lissabon. Herzlichen Dank an Alexandra und Sandro.

Lovely Apartment

Lovely, traditional Portuguese apartment. Clean and spacious. We took a child under 2 and the location wasn't suitable due to stairs and steep hill, however, that's our personal preference. The apartment was in a lovely location, close and accessible Rossio and surrounding areas. Would highly recommend if you don't have young children and prams.

The property was just up a rather steep hill from Rossio Square. Good for Metro stop therefore. Many local convenience stores. Also very convenient for local restaurants, we didn’t try the Senegal restaurant that the flat is above, weren’t brave enough! Ate at Two others within 50 yards of the Apartment and had some very good value typical Portuguese food. Although very close to more touristy areas, it was on a steep street with very ‘local’ vibe.

Some unpleasant surprises.

There was an infestation of bedbugs while I was in residence. I told the host about the problem. but they didn't believe me. At last, I found a bug on the pillow and suddenly, they wanted for me to get out of the apartment. The apartment was in an area half way up a steep hill and after a full day of activities was quite a trek. I didn't realize it was a third story walk-up and so I developed stronger muscles for climbing the hill and the stairs. It was clean and well-laid out.

Voyage pour découvrir Lisbonne en famille . Visites superbes Très agréable avec un enfant . Néanmoins appartement paraît plus grand sur l annonce . L entrée commune n’est pas entretenue des odeurs nauséabondes apnée pour monter les étages .

Remise à niveau nécessaire

A l’origine l’appartement semble avoir été bien rénové mais l’entretien a été négligé au fil des années. ( tapisserie qui décolle, plafond avec coulisses, murs sales) par contre la salle de bain et la cuisine, même si celle-ci est minuscule, sont très bien équipées. L’escalier pour arriver à l’appartement qui se trouve au 3e étage est assez étroite et on peut y sentir toutes sortes d’odeurs provenant des cuisines environnantes… pas toujours agréable.

House River Rossio

We stayed at the property for 28 days. It was accurately depicted on the website. The apartment was comfortable for my husband and I. The steps from the ground entrance were daunting but manageable. Overall the location was great for our needs but the neighborhood could be noisy at times in the evening.

Month in Portugal

Clean apartment with weekly cleaning service. Central location that we could walk to all the sights. Also close to train station. We took the train north to Porto for three days one week….and then went south to the Algarve district for three days the following week. We found the best restaurants for value and authentic Portuguese flavor were just down the block from the apartment. I will say you need to be in shape or take your time for the hill and stairs getting back to the apartment after a day out.

Lovely place.

Alexandra was brilliant from the time of booking until we arrived. As with previous reviews, you do need to be relativley fit to get up the hill, and still have enough strength to climb the narrow stairs to the apartment. The appartment is compact but full of Lisbon character. Yes it can get noisy but you are in a capital city so should be expected. The double glazing prevents most of it, although it may be an issue when its hot and they need to be opened. Shout out to Sandro who met us and helped us with our luggage, really helpful and knowledgable, thank you. Lisbon has plenty of old character and has become our favorite city we have visited.

Nice appartement in Baixa/Lisboa

Everything was fine. You have all, what you need. Good place to start exploring the city. Many tiny little restaurants around with various original Portugues dishes but also from other nationalties. Very recommendable.

OK Stay

We had an ok stay at this property! First & foremost the stairs are treacherous!!! Five steep flights on the narrow dark staircase would not be ideal for everyone. The condo is in need of an update. The pillows are terribly flat. Coffee maker didn’t work. The location is good we walked for dinner every night. We found it very hard to get any sleep as there’s a African restaurant right beside which has people & children outside screaming all hours of the night! If you had the windows closed it was too hot in the condo. We still enjoyed ourselves & Lisbon but we like to be truthful in our reviews.
