On a small development of only 144 Homes, called 'Windward Cay', it is known as the 'Hidden Jewel of Kissimmee' in a perfect location

This really is a perfect vacation home for your family to enjoy a wonderful holiday in the Florida sunshine, and explore the many attractions and theme parks in and around Orlando.
With generously sized bedrooms, a south-facing pool, Pool heat is an addittional cost.

This is a large executive Villa with a fenced play area for children, a 36’ SOUTH facing Lap Pool and Spa that over looks a wooded lake. Just what you need after a busy day at the Parks, with stunning views to be seen.

(Our Spa is not a Hot tub with a separate heater, the pool water is circulated to the Spa = heated water from the pool circulates to the Spa via the pipe work underground)

The Villa is approximately 10 minutes from Disney and is situated just off the 192 at Marker 14. It is close to numerous restaurants and local shops including a large Walmart store open 24hours and a selection of shopping outlets!

The property is fully air-conditioned and has a fully fitted kitchen with a few additional extras.
The Master bedroom has a King size bed and large ensuite Bathroom.
The Guest Bedroom with tasteful decor and the children room share the second bathroom.

Great base for Florida adventures

Stayed at the Windward Cay villa for 10 nights in October with the better half and the teenager. It was a great base for us to visit Disney, Universal and all of the other attractions that Kissimmee and Orlando have to offer. The pool area was great after a long day out and about. Marie the owner responded quickly to any queries we had, and overall we had a great holiday.

This home was a great place to stay for a trip to the WDW parks. The bedding was so soft and comfortable. The place was very roomy for a family of 7. We would stay there again. Only thing that we would suggest is a way to disarm the alarm on the sliding glass doors to the pool from the outside.

Very nice Villa nice area and family friendly

The Hosts were fantastic left us some provisions (Bread,Milk,Water juice etc ). We were on a late check in so it was nice to arrive and not have to go out and find the estencials.Marie and Gary the owners called round as they were over on a visit and checked everything was ok. A nice touch we wouldnt hesitate to book again with them.

We stayed at the Villa in March, this was our first trip to Florida and we was blown away. The villa was spotless and a good size? It had all of the essentials plus extras we needed to make our stay enjoyable. The villa is in a good location and easy to get to the Disney parks. Quiet & convenient

Our stay at this property was very relaxing, especially the pool. The location was close to shopping, beautiful parks and trails, and of course Disney. Yet the neighborhood was private and peaceful. Home was very well stocked with linens and kitchen supplies. Pool was maintained weekly and contact info was readily available for any questions or concerns. Marie was great to work with and answered our questions promptly. We would stay here again.

Perfect Distance to Everything

We really enjoyed our stay there. It was close to everything and there was a lot of conveniences nearby. We really enjoyed the pond out back and the sweet ducks like would come eat what we would give them. (Frozen peas were a fan favorite and we would never give a duck bread) The only thing my daughter didn't like was waking up to a frog at the door. He was a friendly fellow and I relocated him safely. We would 100% stay there again. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

A Home Away from Home

My family and I enjoyed staying on the property during our Disney vacation. The house is an easy drive from all of the parks. We had pretty much all of the comforts from home. My daughter loved the pool and play room plus all of the little Disney touches in her bedroom. The only items I would point out are pretty minor- one is the shower door apparently had come off while being cleaned prior to our arrival and wasn't fixed during our stay. Also, the hot tub didn't work very well and there were only two rolls of toilet paper in the entire house so we had to make a stop to get more. But, overall our stay was pleasant and comfortable...we would gladly stay at this property again.

Peaceful retreat from theme park hustle and bustle -the Bell family

We have stayed in the Kissimmee area many times ..it's our go to place. This villa is in a perfect location off the 192 short distance to Disney and the other theme parks plus there are plenty of shops and restaurants in the vicinity. The villa was às described everything you could possibly want and the pool area was superb. Windward Cay is a very quiet neighborhood making it a haven of peace at the end of a busy day. And I shall miss my early morning coffee by the pool. In short we did not want to go home. Marie who owns the property was great to deal with making everything straight forward as were the management team as we had a small issue which was dealt with straight away. Overall I would have no hesitation in recommending this Villa to my friends and family. And for our next trip out here I will be looking to book here first.

Quiet, very local and well supplied.

This villa is more central that we've ever had, with 2 Walmart's close by. Very close to Disney and Universal. Kitchen is very well equipped with extras such as bin bags, dishwasher tablets etc. Very quiet with no neighbours overlooking the pool. Very quick response from Marie for all queries, we really can't thank you enough. I definitely recommend this villa.

Pleasant House to Rent

Overall we were very happy with the house rental. The best feature is the pool and hot tub enclosed by a lanai and overlooking a pond. It was very quiet and pleasant. Our biggest complaint was the air conditioning. We respected the owner’s instructions and never lowered the thermostat below 75. Apparently, if the temperature is set below 75 the A/C may ice up and we would be responsible to pay any servicing fees. During the day it was tolerable, however, at night it was VERY uncomfortable and we did not sleep very well. It’s Florida...pleaty of heat and humidity. Being able to lower the A/C to a more ideal temperature would have made this a 5-star stay.

Great Villa, Owners & Good location

We arrived in the evening of the 31st October for the start of our 3-week holiday, finding the villa without issue. (The area is next to the Medieval Castle on the 192) We have stayed in that area once before at another Villa, owned by the same lovely people, so we know the area a little) Also very close to Walmart and Aldi and plenty of places to eat out locally too. The Villa itself is well presented, clean and has everything you would need for an extended stay, including dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, microwave, iron, ironing board and even a pool table in the garage. What we did like was the electric lock option to the front door as well as the key safe, meaning we didn’t run the risk of losing a key during our busy days. The pool is south facing and comes with a hot tub too, the heating was well worth the money, especially at the time of year we went. The master bedroom is on-suite (with double sinks, shower and bath), the bedroom also leads on to the pool area, there is also a roomy walk in wardrobe. The main area of the villa is open plan and enough seating in the living area for everyone. The 2 other bedrooms share a bathroom. The hall leading to these rooms houses the washing machine and dryer. We would have preferred them to be in the garage as they are noisy in use, so we could not use them at night. (We just set them going when we left the villa) We did have an issue with the pool heating but wasn’t sure if it was us just being “fragile and temperature sensitive” so took us a couple of days to mention it to the owners. Once we did mention it though, the management company turned up very quickly to sort it out. Once it was, we knew the heating was working as it should have done. It was great watching the sun rise whilst in the pool and indeed watching it set on the opposite side of the pool at night. As I’ve said before, a Villa is a Villa, most are pretty much of the same standard as required for the number of guests they are for. However, for me and my family, what makes the massive difference here are the owners. They genuinely want you to have the best time you can have, to enjoy the Villa and to make use of its amenities. They are very eager to get feedback and ask for improvement ideas. It is the owners that make a Villa stand out from other Villas of the same standard. This is an area that Marie & Gary excel. We have used their Villas twice and will be returning to this one later in the year. For me, if someone uses them more than on

Villa is lovely, plenty of room and the most perfect view from the pool area. South facing, Sun is in pool area all day. Looking out over the lake we saw turtles, ducks, squirrels, buzzards, vultures, woodpeckers and so many more other birds. The area is very quiet. Villa is well equipped with a great washing machine and tumble dryer, although clothes dry very quickly outside. There were three of us but great for an extended family or couple of family of friends.. Villa is very close to 192 where there are many restaurants, shops and Wal Mart. Not far from Disney parks and many other attractions. Marie and Gary reply very quickly to any communication. This was a great find, hope we can return again one day.

Kids loved the pool, swam most of the time we were at the home. The house had everything we needed to prepare our own meals. Close to just about any restaurant you can image along with Walmart, target, Publix, and Aldi. Easy commute to Disney and Universal. Secluded back yard with plenty of privacy. Giant master suite and bathroom. We have a family of 6 with kids from 5-15 and it was plenty of room. Great vacation!

A great spacious villa with everything we needed. We didn’t do much cooking but kitchen was well equipped had we wanted to. Everything was clean and well looked after. WiFi was great. Games room in garage was a pleasant distraction for our 11 year old while the adults were getting ready to go out! We had one small issue with pool heating, but this was resolved promptly following a quick email to Marie. The process from booking to check in was simple but effective and we were very happy with our choice of villa and would definitely recommend this area and in particular this villa.

Wonderful stay for Disney Vacation

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. The house was just what we were hoping for and had everything that we needed for our 6 day stay. It was very clean and comfortable. We were in town to visit the Disney parks and it was only a short easy drive to the parks each day. We especially loved having the heated pool and hot tub to relax in after long days on our feet walking around. ( It is totally worth spending the extra money to go with the heat especially during winter months). The kids also loved having the game room to play pool in. Mrs. Bowen was great to work with and made everything hassle free for our vacation, so many thanks to her for allowing us to use her home. We would definitely stay here again on any future trips.
