The villa is detached and has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (master-en-suite) and its own Grecian style screened and heated pool - at an extra cost depending on season.

It is located in a nice residential area overlooking a small lake with great sunsets! Superb road links mean that the villa is only about 10 minutes from Orlando International airport. 25 minutes from Disneyworld. Local Golf and Country Clubs about 10 minutes. Kennedy Space Centre is an hour’s drive to the east coast and the golden beaches of the Gulf Coast an hour and a half west along the expressway.

The villa is well equipped for your comfort and convenience including WIFI access and central air conditioning. Spacious and airy rooms allow comfortable use of the villa by 6 people.

Great property, well located, excellent size, reasonably priced, we are a family of 3 and had ample room, we have two older boys who didn’t join us this time but would have still been a great size if they had. Facilities were excellent and everything you could possibly need was there. The views from the outside area were unbeatable and if you are into planespotting like my son, a really great spot to watch from. We loved watching the ducks swim on the lake.Communication with Rob was excellent, he’s very prompt in responding if you have a question and he made our stay really smooth and didn’t make us feel like we were being annoying when we had a few settling in questions.A great extra touch was the “left behind” cupboard, here we utilised cling film, laundry liquid, bin bags, hairspray, we left behind what we didn’t use and added some more left behind of our own.Our son is 5 and this was the holiday of a lifetime for him, we went to Disney, Universal and SeaWorld as well as heading out to the space coast, with our main focus being Disney. I’m so pleased we picked Rob and Sue’s villa and depending on what we decide the focus is of our next trip is, wouldn’t hesitate to stay again, we certainly wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking for a villa that is basically 20 mins from everywhere, in a quiet location with great views.Thank you Rob and Sue, money well spent, memories well made.

We really enjoyed our stay at this Villa which is in a great location with a lovely view overlooking the lake. There were initially a couple of issues but Rob was quick to sort them out for us. The kitchen was equipped with everything and more that is needed and the whole place is like a Tardis, much bigger than the photos show especially the lounge area. Thank you Rob and Sue for letting us stay at your lovely Villa, it made our holiday extra special.

Lovely villa in a perfect location overlooking a beautiful lake. Villa was exactly as listed and the communications with the owner Rob were excellent, both before and during the stay. Ideally located for the parks, Universal is less than 30 mins away when using the Turnpike. Highly recommended.

What lovely owners

We randomly had some power issues and they were totally on hand to sort it out, what lovely people.Plus points, location location location. After a long flight, this villa is only 20mins from the airport and we were so glad. Easy to visit the parks and a great central location for exploring Florida and it's nature and wildlife, with the beach and NASA only 1 hour away.If we're were heading back this way, we would use this place again. Just so handy and very helpful owners.

We had a lovely stay at robs villa at the end of march. Villa was a good size and the view from pool area had me staring at wildlife for hours. Rob was very good at responding to our queries. The area is great close to restaurants, shops and turnpike for wherever you fancy heading thankyou

Wonderful 2 week stay

We were very pleased with the size of the villa and pool. It had everything we needed and we all slept well. In a great area ideal for getting to the parks and shops. The views of the lake were an absolute treat. Rob was on hand quickly when i had a pool query.

This villa is in a great place to just chill by the pool if that's what you want to do, and not too far from Disney or shopping outlets if you want to do that. The villa has everything you could possibly need for your stay. It was only myself and my husband and we would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely amazing place

Stayed here for 17 nights in May and the whole time was perfect, first time in Orlando for years and the property did not disappoint! Fantastic location took us around 25 minutes to Disney and never really had any traffic issues as there are multiple ways to get there however I particularly liked the one road to Disney which just turning left at the main road and keep going until you hit the Disney arches. The property itself had everything we needed and more and felt like a home from home, Rob and Sue were fantastic hosts and answered any questions we had very quickly through WhatsApp. The neighbourhood was lovely and we met the neighbours who were very welcoming and offered to help with anything we needed. overall thoroughly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again.

We had an excellent stay, the house was ver c clean and conveniently located. It was easy to get to the parks, but far enough away that you were away from then crowds. Rob, the host, quickly addressed our one concern during our stay and made sure we were satisfied and everything was taken care of.

Perfect vacation in Orlando

To put it in a nutshell, everything from communication to check-in and accommodation was to our complete satisfaction. The surroundings are quiet. The location of the house by the lake, including the pool, is a dream. If we are in Orlando again, we would be happy to stay in this house again.

Superb. Couldn’t be faulted.

We spent 9 days at Rob & Sue’s villa. All the pre-arrival details were really helpful and allowed us to print out and be ready. The accommodation is lovely, extremely spacious and with 4 of us, including a couple of teenagers there was enough space to not be under each others feet. The view from the pool area was great, daily birds outside. The pool was great and has great views of the sunsets. All little homely touches were appreciated in the villa, although we didn’t use the dishwasher (that’s why we have teens with us to wash up). The tv stayed off and we chilled after 7 gruelling park visits. Parks are 25 mins away if you pay the tolls, we didn’t as our car hire company were cowboys about it so went the long way round and was 40-45 mins (if lucky with the traffic lights). Close to Walmart and Aldi and numerous restaurants and takeaways (stay clear of China sea if wanting a Chinese) not impressed in the slightest. Neighbours friendly. Nothing to fault at all and would return and recommend without a second thought

Beeindruckende Sonnenuntergänge

Es war alles wie beschrieben, auch ein paar Defekte wurden durch eine tolle Kommunikation seitens des Vermieters umgehend beseitigt. Der Pool ist besonders abends bei Sonnenuntergang ein Highlight. Man merkt ihm allerdings schon ein wenig Abnutzung an. Wie auch den Möbeln, die schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen sind. 2 Zimmer mit guten Matratzen, beim dritten Zimmer (2 Einzelbetten) könnte man über einen Austausch vielleicht mal nachdenken. Es gibt viele nützliche Dinge, die man nicht extra besorgen muss (vom Salz bis Sonnenschirm). Die Ausstattung war wirklich umfangreich. In der Umgebung findet man eigentlich alle bekannten Geschäfte und Restaurants, lediglich die US 192 ist ein bisschen weiter entfernt. Die Fahrtzeit zu den Universal Studios ca. 25 Minuten, zum Flughafen lediglich 20 Minuten, was beim Rückflug überaus hilfreich ist. Wir haben uns alles in allem sehr wohl gefühlt und bedanken uns für einen tollen Aufenthalt und auch nochmal ausdrücklich für die freundliche Unterstützung von Rob!!!
