Nice quiet place to stay

Everything was very good. Claudie was very helpful and the location was ideal for the one euro bus to Collioure and other nice beaches.

Très bon logement

Logement totalement conforme à l’annonce, pas loin du centre mais dans une rue au calme. Propre, très bien équipé et propriétaire accueillante et disponible. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour !

Home from home and more

The lanlady was very welcoming and helpful. The flat had everything we needed.Very clean, so cosy. We loved the balcony, a real delight to have our meals there. The flat is also very close to the town centre and buses. It is a good base for days out to see local attractions. Restaurants and supermakets near by. We really enjoyed our stay and the weather . We highly recommend it for a nice break.

Très très beau et merveilleux appartement.

Très très beau et merveilleux appartement, situé dans un quartier en toute tranquillité pas loin du centre-ville et de la gare. Appartement magnifique tout équipé, propre et fonctionnel avec terrasse équipée, où on peut prendre son petit déjeuner avec le soleil en cadeaux et si celui-ci tape fort il y a un pare-soleil. La propriétaire est d'une immense gentillesse, étant en voyage professionnel elle m'a beaucoup aidé sur tout ce qui est touristique, les transports, les commerces. J'ai passé un très bon moment dans cet appartement et je le recommande à toute personne allant à Perpignan.

Super séjour

Nous avons passé quelques jours l'été dernier dans cet appartement et c'était top. Il est très fonctionnel, proche du centre ville a pied et disposant de places de parking gratuites dans les rues adjacentes, à 10 mn de la mer et à 30 mn de l'Espagne, c'est un bon logement pour pouvoir rayonner autour de Perpignan également. De plus, Mme CARTADE est très disponible si vous avez besoin. L'équipement du logement est bien mais le meilleur c'est de pouvoir prendre le PDJ sur le balcon ensoleillé qui ne donne pas sur une rue passante. Très bon séjour, je recommande !!!

Sehr schöne Wohnungmit Wohlfühlfaktor

Schon bei Ankunft waren wir begeistert von der schönen, stilvollen und sauberen Einrichtung. Küche, Bad, Geraderobe, Schlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer, Balkon, hatten alles, was man brauchte. Auf dem Balkon genießt man morgens in aufgehender Sonne ein angenehmes Frühstück. Aber besonders überraschte uns, dass die Gastgeberin viele Broschüren und Besichtigungs-Tipps für uns bereit hielt. So konnten wir uns bestens für unseren schönen Aufenthalt in Perpignan und Umgebung vorbereiten. Bravo & merci bien! Ce location nous a vraiment bien plu. Nous étions bien surpris par tout les tips et brochure que la proprietaire a préparé pour nous. Le communication tres gentil, tout ètait bien. En plus, aussi l'internet marchait très bien! Merci beacoup!

Nous avons passé seulement 2 jours dans cet appartement mais nous nous sommes vite aperçus qu'il était très bien équipé et très bien agencé (2 accès pour salle de bains / toilettes, c'est très pratique !). Il est également très bien décoré. De plus, le quartier est calme et on peut s'y garer facilement.

appartement extrêmement bien conçut, très propre et chaleureux par sa décoration et sa fonctionnalité , de plus la terrasse a été pour ma part plus qu’appréciable (un vrai petit cocon) MMe CARTADE et profondément dévoue a c'est locataire et de tres bon conseille pour le cote touristique et c'est alentour je repense y retourne l’année prochaine, je recommande cette adresse , vous ne serrez pas déçut ( je ne me retrouve pas du tout dans la dernière appréciation du locataire précédent ....)

Location propre et refait à neuf. Cependant quelques petits bémols qui reste bénin: salle de bain un peu petite. Coutellerie et couverts à changer (tous les couteaux ne coupent plus!). Appartement neuf mais dans un immobilier vieux ce qui n'est pas trop compatible à mes yeux. Salon un peu bruyant à cause du bruit du chien d'en face et de la circulation (salon et cuisine situés côté rue). Sinon, le reste est très bien. La propriétaire de maison est très gentille et à l'écoute de ses locataires. Chambre parfaite et sans bruit. Parfait pour moi qui avait besoin de calme. Salle de bain petite mais fonctionnelle (sèche cheveux, papier toilettes, serviettes, etc). Nombreux placards et de rangements. Cette location est située à 9 minutes à pied de Casino, située à 17 minutes à pied du Castillet, située également à 19 minutes à pied du Leclerc Sud, la gare est est à 23 minutes à pied. L'Espagne est à 50 minutes en voiture (La Jonquera) et Barcelone en voiture est à 2h10. Cette location est centrée sur les tous les axes routiers. Idéal pour deux mais pas pour 3/4 personnes car c'est un peu petit.

l'appartement est propre et bien entretenu , sa déco est sympathique . Il est très bien pour 2 pers mais un peu juste pour 3 , car la 3è pers dort dans le salon et la cuisine est ouverte sur le salon . Il est bien situé dans perpignan et au calme . Bon point de départ pour des balades à Collioure figuéras , cadaques ..... Mme Cartades nous a bien reçu et bien conseillé . Nous recommenderions volontiers cette location à des amis .

Traumhafte Woche in Perpignan :-)

Schönes Apartment, sehr sympathische und hilfsbereite Vermieter die oben drüber wohnen, tolle Ausgangslage um Perpignan, die Umgebung und die Strände zu erkunden. Wir hatten (vom kalten Mistralwind mal abgesehen...) ein traumhafter Woche und werden bald wieder kommen. Vielen Dank für alles und gute Besserung Claudie!!

Excellent séjour

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans un très bel appartement, propre, calme et fonctionnel avec une terrasse ensoleillée pour prendre repas ou se reposer. Pas de problème pour se garer à côté de l'appartement, le centre ville est à deux pas et la situation géographie permet de faire de belles balades, mer, montagne et Espagne. Accueil très chaleureux des propriétaires, Claudie est très sympathique et disponible. Nous recommandons fortement cette location et espérons y revenir un jour.
