We really enjoyed our stay in the apartment and would book again. It was clean and homely with everything you could possibly need.The beds and pillows were comfortable and the kitchen is very well equipped.It is excellent value for money especially considering the lovely pool and close proximity to the beach.It's in a residential area and was quiet at night.
This was a fantastic stay in a brilliant apartment in a beautiful location.
The apartment could not have been better for us and easily suited our family of 5

Having been to this area before I knew it was perfect for a quick break away with a friend. We enjoyed the location and apt was a great size.
My main comment would be that it was very tired, which was a shame because with a bit of updating or TLC it would definitely be somewhere I would stay again.
Loved the location and the property. I can't fault anything really. Everything is near by and easy transport options literally outside with the option to get ubers and taxis aswell if you want to venture out more. Friendly owner, managers and others staying at the complex. Felt really relaxed and comfortable staying there especially as it was my first time traveling as a single parent with her child.Would definitely stay again

We really enjoyed our stay in La Cala as always. The apartment was a great place in a good location, next to beach and amenities.
Thank you to Yarnee who handed of our keys etc.
Only issue was the pool was not open because of the drought in Andalucía.
I had a lovely holiday in the apartment the location was brilliant seconds from the beach the pool area is imaculate it also has a lifeguard for the whole time the pool is open which means the mums can relax knowing the kids are safe the air con in the apartment has three units one in every room each with a remote control I have to say in all the places I’ve stayed it’s the best air con ever as cold as you would like as you can put the temperature to whatever you want apartment was really clean everything you need the only thing is I feel the apartment is kind of tired needs maybe a lick of paint and some new furniture but if you don’t mind that everything else is spot on
Great apartment in a excellent location near the beach
My friend and I stayed for a long weekend and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We were met on arrival by the property manager and showed around the property. The apartment was clean, had a well stocked kitchen and had everything I needed! I would recommend this apartment for up to 4 people. It was spacious and had a double bedroom and twin room. It also had two bathrooms which was very handy.
This is a very well maintained apartment and has everything required for a self-catering holiday it is close to supermarkets and a great beach.
The pool and gardens are immaculate and the poolguard was on duty 11.00 - 3.00 and 5.00 - 9.00.
There are lots of fantastic restaurants within walking distance and across the road El Olivo where we had a few excellent meals.
Would certainly recommend this apartment for a quiet relaxing holiday.

We were happy with everything apart from the pool was not open. The main picture of this apartment shows the fab pool, which was one if the main reasons we chose it as we had 3 children with us. It was v disappointing. The owner and manager did try to assist us but it definitely took from the holiday.

The fact that the pool was closed was a decision made by the community in an EGM the day before you arrived. It was out of our hands unfortunately. However I understand your frustration especially with children. I hope the fact that the beach is only across the street and some financial reimbursement helped to improve your holiday .

Apartment was perfect for our needs. It is located on the 1st floor. The balcony and sitting room were a decent size and the kitchen was a bit small but had all the necessary utensils including an air fryer. The bedrooms were also roomy and the beds were comfortable and solid.
There is a parking spot in the underground carpark. The space is tight but as parking is at a premium during the summer in La Cala is great not having to park miles away.
The only criticism that ai had was that the loungers provided had seen better days and were therefore difficult to carry down to the pool area but that can be easy fixed
Apartment is located in a complex about 50m from the beach and the property itself has a large pool that is opened 12:00 to 20:00. Maintenance staff are there before the pool opens tidying both the pool and gardens. There is also a lifeguard present during pool hours.
The apartment is close to one of the elevators making it easier to carry shopping or lounger.
Lots of good cafes and restaurants close by
The description of the unit includes a certificate of excellence from 2018. That was 6 years ago and a lot can change. My comments are based on our 2 weeks stay. Location is excellent. One block from the boardwalk and easy walking distance to La Cala The master bathroom has had a recent refit and is modern and attractive, the rest of the unit is in need of renovation. At a minimum the unit is badly in need of a professional deep clean. The furniture is old and dated from the mattresses to the sofa. The front page of the listing shows: the Pool but doesn’t mention that is closed until May; a dryer but there wasn’t one; a Hot tub but we never saw one Some of the photographs are misleading: #15 is not a fitness facility; it is 2 people paddle boarding in the sea; # 26 is not ‘property grounds, it is used again #56 correctly labelled as ‘La Cala Beach’ ; #29 the fitness facility is in La Cala; #38 is NOT the view from the condo. you cannot sea the ocean from the condo; #40; I have no idea where this was . taken. The property manager was very difficult to reach and when we did manage to reach him, he was extremely surly. We locked our keys in the unit and he charged us a call out fee to send someone to let us in. When we left we had to phone to ask what to do with the keys. (You need keys to exit the property). He told me to have my partner put their foot in the door to keep it open until I had left. A strange exit procedure!

La atención del propietario y de las personas que gestionaron la entrada ha sido buenísima.

El apartamento está genial. Con todo lo necesario para pasar una semana de vacaciones muy cómodamente.
La ubicación es perfecta A una calle de la playa, que yendo con un niño de año y medio es imprescindible.
Además la piscina y las instalaciones de la urbanización están muy cuidadas.
Desde luego volveremos sin dudar!

Gepflegte Wohnung in Traumumgebung
Schöne große Wohnung. Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Der Pool ist riesig. Das Meer ist vor der Haustür. Diese sind trotz der Sommerferien nicht zu stark überlaufen.. Alle Dinge des täglichen Lebens sind in den nahe gelegenen Supermärkten zu haben.
Der Kontakt mit Noreen war sehr nett und sie hat immer zuverlässig geantwortet. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen
