Your dream vacation awaits you on the island of beauty in St Lucie de Porto-Vecchio. Villa Segalinu is there to welcome you and awaits you, ideal for 4 to 8 people, large living space, large garden not overlooked with its private pool, wii-fi and internet ☀️🌴 THE MOST !! 2 electric scooters at your disposal.

Located on the route de la testa de Pinarello, this pretty and spacious villa of 140 m2 on the ground floor is located on a pleasant flowered plot of 1200 m2 fully fenced and lit at night.

The large terrace and the pool house are an invitation to idleness and conviviality, barbecue and plancha available. You can enjoy a 10x4m pool, 1.50m deep over its entire length, secured with its electric roller shutter, salt treatment for more comfort.

You will have 4 large bedrooms including a suite with private bathroom. The villa has 10 beds in total with a 2nd large bathroom with bath, shower and wc.

On the kitchen side, to make your meals you can enjoy a large kitchen open to the terrace, fully and comfortably equipped, American fridge, full appliances, coffee maker and senséo, kettle, microwave and oven, iron and his table, safe.

The villa is 900 meters from the center of the village of Saint Lucia with all shops, 5 minutes from the beach of Pinarello and Vardiola, 20 minutes from the mountains and the torrents of the Cavu valley and 20 minutes from Porto Vecchio and the very beautiful beaches in southern Corsica, 50 minutes from Bonifacio.

Nearby activities: Tree climbing, walking in the mountains or by the sea, equestrian center, climbing, canyoning, boat and jet ski rental, nautical club, numerous beach restaurants lively at night with Corsican songs, night club.

Un excellent séjour !

Belle villa confortable, très bien conçue et aménagée. Convient parfaitement pour deux familles ou, comme c'était le cas pour nous, une famille multi-générationnelle (grands-parents, parents et enfants plus un jeune couple). La chambre des enfants et ses deux lits superposés ont beaucoup plu. Les extérieurs, avec la terrasse, la cuisine d'été, le jardin joliment arboré et la piscine chauffée, sont vraiment très agréables. Malgré la saison tardive - octobre - nous avons pu profiter de la piscine tous les jours. Tant le propriétaire que le gérant sont disponibles et à l'écoute. Lors d'une panne du chauffe-eau, ils sont tous les deux intervenus rapidement et ont mandaté un spécialiste dès qu'il est apparu qu'il y avait un vrai problème technique. Encore un grand merci. La route en bordure de propriété est assez passante tôt le matin, mais pas vraiment bruyante, du moins lors de notre séjour. Cela n'a en tout cas pas altéré notre appréciation très positive de cette propriété que nous pouvons recommander sans réserves.

La perfection!

Nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel dans cette remarquable villa. Le jardin est magnifique et superbement entretenu, la piscine top. Nous étions 4 adultes, 2 adolescents et 2 enfants. Chacun y trouve son compte: les enfants et ados avec la piscine, les jeux ( pong pong, jeux gonflables et wii pour le soir) et les adultes chaises longues et soirées apéro autour du bar. La région regorge de possibilité de randonnées avec la vallée du Cavu, la forêt de l Ospédale, les aiguilles de Bavella et pour les inconditionnels de la mer des plages idylliques toutes proches. Nous avons également loué un bateau pour visiter les îles Lavezzi et Bonifacio, splendide! A 5 min à pied il y a aussi un super restaurant, le Focu di Legna où la cuisine est divine et l’ accueil adorable! Pour terminer, le propiétaire de la villa qui fera l’ impossible pour vous satisfaire! Encore merci pour ces magnifiques vacances!

un propriétaire charmant, adorable, qui nous a bien expliqué et détaillé avant et en arrivant tout le confort de la villa et l'environnement. Villa très spacieuse et cocooning, c'est simple, il n'y a rien à dire!!!!!! grande piscine, grand jardin arboré, grande terrasse carrelé, super calme!!!! De nuit, passé de super soirée sous le pool house à faire des petits barbecue et refaire le monde, vraiment vraiment de super vacances inoubliable dans cette villa. JE RECOMMANDE
