Great stay in Barcelona!

The property manager was extremely accommodating and helpful, and always quick to respond to questions. The location was great and right by many sights we visited. The property was very clean and comfortable. We all really enjoyed our stay!

Two days in Barcelona

A family of 8 stayed here with no problem, plenty of restaurants in a two block area and a coffe shop that serves breakfast and more 50 feet from the front door of the building.

Fabulous family stay

Our group of seven had plenty of space to spread out. The location of the apartment was fantastic with multiple coffee shops, restaurants, and markets steps away. The apartment was very clean and the full kitchen, washer and dryer were nice extras. The check in process was very easy and everyone we communicated with were more than helpful. Would highly recommend this VRBO to anyone staying in Barcelona.

Great unit but tight bedrooms.

Very nicely furnished unit in a great location. Close to metro, taxis, sites and restaurants. Very quiet and clean area. Only drawback was the rooms were small. Aside from the beds, there was mimimal space for open bags.

Perfect location to enjoy barcelona

The apartment is perfect to visit the city. The underground is close. Nice restaurants are clos - especially the vinetus. The apartment is equipped with everything you need. All is clean and in good shape. The three bad rooms were for us perfect. The service from enjoybnc was perfect. So when we will return to Barcelona we will try to return to here.

Flawless apartment

Our experience here was very positive! The apartment was bright, warm and, in terms of decoration, recreates the perfect mixture between modern and clasic decoration that makes it very cool. The appliances were brand new and very practical. The contact with the agency has been very good also: they have been very attentive and helpful to us. We will recommend it to our friends!

I loved all aspects of the vacation. Apartment was immaculate. I was staying for 5 days, I bought additional cleaning services for two days, but the management company was kind enough to grant me a free cleaning service for an additional day. I had 2 minor problems and they service line was immediately responsive. Location: in the heart of the fun, and close to restaurants. Also it is in a very safe and quiet neighborhood.IF I visit Barcelona again, I would DEFINITELY book the same apartment.

Great Location. Good Value

We were a party of 5 - 2 from the UK, 2 from the US, 1 from Berlin. My wife and I are experienced vacation rental travelers and have two of our own in the US, so we convinced our UK friends that we should rent an apartment rather than get several hotel rooms. Cost per person was less than half of a "decent" hotel room. This apartment is very well equipped - small but very serviceable kitchen. Elevator - great help when arriving or departing with luggage. Communication with EnjoyBCN was simple and efficient. Self checkin was easy. Multiple well equipped grocery stores within a block or two. Great location. Fast internet. Nice south-facing french door in the living room provides light to that portion of the apartment. We were happy here for 5 nights. Major perk - a fantastic tapas place (Vinitus) less than a block from the front door. We were so happy with this place that we went there every night for dinner while in Barcelona. (Tip: unlike Madrid - we spent 5 nights there before coming to Barcelona - restaurants don't seem to close in late afternoon and then reopen at 8:30pm. This one is constantly jam-packed, but arriving at 7:30 we had no trouble getting in without waiting.) Why only 4 stars? I think a simple remodel might make this place a more memorable and comfortable. It's essentially decorated throughout from one source (Ikea). It's a bit smaller than it looks in the photos. It could use some more storage space throughout. With limited closet space we found that our suitcases wouldn't fit under the beds (an inch or two too low) so we kept them in the hall.

Clean, Accessible, Friendly Service

Our family of five stayed at this condo in February. We were first greeted with a sweet welcome package, personally addressed to each child! The kids were thrilled to receive these, and it was such a pleasant beginning. The condo is impeccably clean, and as a family who do not wear shoes inside, it was perfect. I was also impressed with how the management took note of the complaints in the reviews and took action - info on the neighborhood, welcome gift package, etc. Now, to the negatives. For some reason, we could not get consistent hot water. From early morning when I checked (2AM) to when I woke up (7AM) then when we left the condo to tour the city (11AM), we did not have hot water during our three night stay. We did have it when we returned around 19:00, so we showered then. We contacted management, and they came by while we were gone and confirmed it worked, but this pattern continued during our stay. Maybe we had bad luck (there was construction below)? I don't know, but that was the only glitch. Also minor issue, but we were also hoping to watch the Barca Lyon game but none of the channels seemed to play it. Overall an excellent location and friendly staff. with plenty of restaurants near by.

Regarding the water boiler, we did check it right during your stay and we did not observe any issues with it. Likewise, we have already informed our maintenance team to take a look at it. As for the Barça-Lyon, we are sorry but, at the time, these kind of matches can only be watched on a very specific cable service channel. It is so common to see all Barcelona bars plenty when Barça plays, because they are the only ones which have it! The ambience is really good in there. Excellent apartment in a great location

There were five of us, two couples and one single. The apartment was perfect as each had their private space but also the common area of kitchen and living room. The apartment was beautifully maintained and situated in a great area. Lots of nice restaurants around. Walking to the Las Ramblas was just a few minutes. We also used the parking space which was an added benefit.

Nice apartment, great location

Very nice apartment centrally located in Barcelona. There was construction being done on the building which was loud and inconvenient. A welcome bag of some water and maybe some recommendations of restaurants would of been nice after traveling overnight.
