Spectacular 8 bedroom, 3.5 bath historic home completely renovated! Central air, refinished beautiful hardwoods, updated kitchen, granite counters, stainless appliances, 2 stackable washer/dryers, all tastefully decorated furniture and bedrooms that include all comfortable beds, large wall mounted flat screen TV in the living room. Perfect set up for multiple families to vacation together. Large back patio for grilling on those warm summer nights with 4 patio tables with umbrellas with plenty of chairs. Linens and towels are provided as well as all bedding and beach towels. Enjoy your privacy in the back yard situated on a 1/2 acre. We provide plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys and coolers. This home is located in downtown Wakefield close to shops and restaurants and a famous ice cream shop. Hop on the bike path for a nature lovers adventure. Narragansett Town Beach is just 2.5 miles away, and also close to more beautiful beaches such as Scarborough State beach and Roger Wheeler State beach. Roger Wheeler State beach leads to Galilee where you can board the Block Island Ferry or enjoy all the shops and renowned restaurants, or go fishing off the rocks and watch the boats go by in the breachway. BIKE RENTALS located less than 1/2 mile walking distance to the house at W.E. Stedmans Bike shop.. Basketball, tennis courts and softball fields are about 1 mile away. South County Commons is a quaint development with more shops and restaurants and a movie theater about 5 minutes away.

The property was beautiful and fit our party of 12 perfectly! The kitchen was spacious and we loved the two large dining room tables. The outdoor patio was the perfect spot for morning coffee. We would go back in a heartbeat! Our host, Robyn, was super communicative and very helpful.

Great rental. Nice quiet house. Very clean. We thought with the proximity of the hospital we’d hear sirens but we never did. Central air was perfect. Looking forward to coming back next year!

The house was immaculate, it’s lovely. The yard is not huge, but enough for the kids and some adults to kick around the soccer ball and play tag. The house was very well stocked. The kitchen had both informal and more formal dishes as well as plenty of serving and cookware. Everything was clearly well maintained andin great order. Additionally,communication was fabulous. Thank you to the host so very much for opening your house.

This is a fabulous house. Immaculately clean, well kept and comfortable furniture including the beds, well appointed kitchen. The air conditioning worked well considering the days we spent there were over 90 degrees with added humidity concerns.Robin was very responsive and even though two issues occurred including damage to the house, she responded promptly and was not one to pass on blame as some might. The Wakefield area is ideal. Quiet, safe, and close to everything. The town is like a resort town with excellent restaurants, boutique stores, parks, the of course the ocean nearby.Looking for a place to take your extended family or friends, look no further than this property and Wakefield, Newport, and the rest of Rhode Island.

This house was absolutely amazing! It was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and fun stay. Perfect Bachelorette Weekend

We absolutely loved staying here for my bachelorette weekend! The house itself had plenty of space for 10 people, was clean and conveniently located near the Narragansett beaches, downtown Wakefield and Newport. Robin the property manager was also very communicative the week of our stay which made for an easy check in. Couldn't have asked for a better place to celebrate with my friends and would definitely consider renting it again for another girls trip.
