It is located 1 km from the supermarket, 2 km from the sandy beach, 15 km from the “Peralada” golf course, 20 km from the AVE/TGV Figueres train station and 65 km from Girona airport. It is situated in an ideal area for families and within a quiet residential development.



The villa features garden furniture, fenced plot, terrace, washing machine, dryer, barbecue, iron, internet access (wifi), heat pump heating, air conditioning throughout the accommodation, private pool and mooring, as well as a garage and parking. It also has satellite TV (languages: Spanish, German and French).



The open-plan kitchen, with ceramic hob, is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, oven, dishwasher, dishes, cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine and toaster.

Lage, Sauberkeit, Service von Appartrent, großer Hof mit Stellplätzen Für den happigen Preis hätten wir uns mehr Liebe bei der Ausstattung gewünscht: z. B. Küchenequippment, Sitzplatz draußen ohne Lampe, keinerlei Grün im Garten, Poolbeleuchtung funktionierte nicht, Liegen Sonnenschirme defekt bzw. Völlig abgewohnt. Gott sei dank hatten wir alles dabei.

Superbe propriété en bord de canal. Tout est bien pensé pour passer d’excellentes vacances! Vue exceptionnelle Seul bémol, la proximité avec les autres maisons…en plein été, je pense que ça doit être assez bruyant

Mein Aufenthalt im Haus mit meiner Familie war mehr als wunderbar. Super professioneller und kompetenter Service seit unserer Ankunft. Das Haus ist architektonisch gut gestaltet und verfügt über alle Annehmlichkeiten für einen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt. Die Sauberkeit war auf der Ebene des Hauses, sowie des Pools. Es gibt eine Tankstelle und viele Geschäfte in der Nähe. Ich empfehle Mercadona, wo Sie jeden Tag frischen Fisch und Delikatessen finden. Ich kann die Dienstleistungen von Apart Rent Empuriabrava nur empfehlen. Nochmals vielen Dank für Ihre Aufmerksamkeit und Einstellung zu unserem unvergesslichen Urlaub. Wir werden wieder zurück sein. Bis bald Alles war normal, nur in der Garage fließt Wasser aus dem Hydrophorsystem. Vielleicht muss es repariert werden.
