Fully refurbished for the 2017 season, this idyllic apartment has everything you could want for a relaxing and refreshing holiday in the mountains, including modern amenities and a great location close to the slopes, summer activities, restaurants and shopping. It is fully equipped with everything required for a great holiday. The bedroom has a bunk bed while the sofa bed in the living room can accommodate 2 others. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and hairdryer. Facilities include a dining area and a cozy lounge with a flat-screen TV. The kitchen is equipped with the coffee maker, microwave, toaster, kettle, refrigerator and a dish washer. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor and is easily accessible by lift.
The apartment has a ski locker and access to the private parking outside of the building.

The apartment was clean and comfortable. The property owner was great to communicate with and flexible with check in/out. The manager was fantastic as well and readily available if we needed something. Fantastic experience, would definitely stay there again!

Lovely clean spacious apartment

I was very pleased with the size and cleanliness of the apartment. Another nice touch was the fact that the kitchen was very well equipped and some essential items had been left such as cooking oil, salt, pepper, sugar etc

Overall a nice place to stay. Only a few minute walk from the town center. Unit was fairly clean and well taken care of. Only gripe is that towels and bed sheets were an additional fee and only 1 set of sheets were given when 2 were requested.

Great location and easy access to shops and restaurants

Nice modern apartment with balcony and views with everything you need. Downside was the Sofa bed which squeaked every time you moved so ended up in bunkbeds. No instructions for using tv and no Guest cards that get you free access on buses or discounts to local sites. No checkout instructions or contact as to where to leave keys and even 24hrs after leaving and sending them a message to say we had left, no acknowledgment from the owner. Don’t be disheartened by review, contact and instructions could be better, but didn’t affect our actual stay.

Great location. However a few downsides were: the key/lock was very difficult to work and I was worried the key would snap; the beds are extremely basic and uncomfortable (I ended up using the sofa pull-out bed); I had to pay 15 EUR for bedding sheets and a towel which are apparently “extras” but should be included in my view; also the shower plug was slightly blocked meaning water didn’t run away well so I had to take rather quick showers to avoid the shower flooding. The location is great though and the property has a balcony with a nice view.

Tiny apartment for a couple on the outdoor schedule

It’s a small apartment and works well for short stays 1-2p. The bedroom with bunk bed has no windows and it gets very hot. It’s better to sleep in the bed sofa, it is not the most comfortable bed sofa but it does the job. The kitchen is well equipped and the apartment is clean. No sun on the balcony that gives view to the parking lot, can be a little noisy. We appreciated the stay though and was happy with the owners and communication. I would not recommend a family to stay as the apartment is very small and when the sofa bed is open, there is not much space left. For the single traveller, the apartment is probably the best but works for a couple too!

Attractive, well kept, well equipped apartment

Just as good as the pictures. Tastefully, well designed and presented apartment with a good, well stocked kitchen area, clean fridge with small freezer, large microwave, oven, hob, lots of utensils, plenty of good pots, pans and good quality frying pan. Bathroom had a lovely powerful overhead or adjustable shower head with plenty of hot water anytime of day or night. Heated floor tiles and good sized hot towel radiator. Wide sofa transforms into sofa bed in living room for upto 2 people and the one separate bedroom with 2 bunk beds were big enough to accomodate a 6ft adult at a push. Those in the bedroom have to walk through the living room to access the toilet which is fine because its a cosy apt made for close friends/family. I was thoroughly impressed by the value for money from this very well presented apt. Location was just 200 yds to the edge of the town centre. Very close to the Aiguille cable car. Took us 12 mins to walk to Folie Douce hotel to meet our friends. Is a 15min walk to Brevent Gondola. Local mid sized supermarket is just 5 mins down the road. Poco Loco burger bar is 7 mins away. MBC bar is 13 mins away for great bar food and beer. Good comms with the owner who kindly let us have a late check out so we could get on the mountain on our last day too. Very happy to recommend to all and to return. Very minor point of recommendation would be to replace the toaster which is past its best, doesnt hold the bread slices and has no crumb tray so makes a mess.

Check in/out was very easy and the host provided all the information I needed. It was an easy walk in ski boots to both the SUD bus station and Chamonix Mont Blanc train station which are the two main hubs to get around the valley.

Nos alojamos en este apartamento durante unos dĂ­as y la experiencia fue excelente. EstĂĄ muy cerca del centro, lo que facilita moverse sin necesidad de coche, pero al mismo tiempo se encuentra en una zona tranquila, ideal para descansar. Aunque el tren pasa cerca, apenas se escucha porque circula despacio, asĂ­ que no interfiere en absoluto con el descanso.El apartamento estĂĄ muy bien cuidado, limpio y equipado con todo lo necesario para una estancia cĂłmoda. Un detalle que valoramos mucho fue la lavadora, algo que no siempre se encuentra en otros alojamientos similares en los que hemos estado. Sin duda, una opciĂłn muy recomendable para quienes buscan comodidad, buena ubicaciĂłn y tranquilidad.

La station de Chamonix nous a beaucoup plu MAIS nous avons rencontrĂ© de gros dĂ©sagrĂ©ments au niveau du LOGEMENT AlĂšses, oreillers, matelas sales et tachĂ©s. La -fenĂȘtre ne dispose pas de rideau son ouverture est trĂšs difficile (armature cassĂ©e) -Non fonctionnement du tĂ©lĂ©viseur -Non fonctionnement d’un nĂ©on -Accueil dĂ©plorable, refus des personnes de parler français (seulement l’anglais) et de revenir 15 minutes aprĂšs ĂȘtre parti constater la saletĂ© des lits. -Ouverture difficile de la porte d’entrĂ©e Ă  cause d’un frottement important -Jeu de la serrure d’entrĂ©e - À notre arrivĂ©e les couettes et les oreillers Ă©taient posĂ©s en boule sur les AlĂšses sales etc

Gran ubicacion , pero algunas consideraciones

El departamento es correcto ,con una ubicacion exelente,pero se escapan detalles que le bajan la puntuacion. Llegamos no pudimos acceder al parking del edificio porque no funcionaba el control remoto de la entrada (nunca funciono, aunque obtuvimos un reembolso por ello ) pero el parking en chamonix es complicado por lo que dejabamos el auto a 300 mts del departamento). Si bien estaba limpio , en general habia un olor a botas de esqui que no se fue durante la estadia..NO DEBERIAN SUCEDER ESTAS COSAS . El resto correcto ,pero....................
