This top-unit 3-bedroom, 2-bath pier home is perfect for families and friends seeking comfort, convenience, and resort style amenities.

Enjoy an open, airy floor plan with coastal décor, a fully equipped kitchen, and a cozy living area that opens to your private deck. The home is elevated, providing extra privacy and a classic beach house feel.

What’s Provided
We provide bed linens and bath towels for the home. Beds are made upon arrival.

Please bring your own beach towels and chairs.
A $150 non-refundable cleaning deposit applies.

Perfect for a family vacation

Owner was very responsive and even provided a pac n play and high chair for infant and property had all the comforts of home everything we needed to enjoy a family vacation. Located convient to beach, groceries, restaurants, and all local amenities.

We enjoyed the wrap around porch and got a lot of use out of the golf cart. Very nice community with great amenities. It was fantastic to have a private parking lot with beach access. Property owner was very timely in addressing our questions. Great place for families!

The home was so great!! Clean, lots of space, storage, and natural light. Tons of bonuses: trash bags, dish soap, laundry soap, cleaners, fully stocked kitchen....it was amazing. We're used to bringing all those items and were pleasantly surprised they were already stocked. Thelocation was perfect. Right by the beach, indoor pool for the rainy days, great playground, and everything within a golf cart ride. It was very quiet, loved having WiFi. The kids were thrilled with the bunk beds. This location is definitely a repeat visit in the future!!

Perfect for a family!

We stayed for 4 nights this past week with our toddler, and found the property to be perfect for our needs. I could easily see us staying for twice as long and still be comfortable and have enough space, etc, to have another couple with kids stay as well. The place is super cute and while it's not ON the beach or next to the pool(s), we had the golf cart to mitigate the distance. And now my two-year-old wants a golf cart for Christmas! :) Tracey, thank you for having a welcoming property to help make our visit to Myrtle Beach a success.

Our stay was April 1 -April 30th 2024. Pro’s Gated community, access to private beach parking area ,community pools and game areas. Owner responded to the majority of our concerns in a timely manner. Con’s The kitchen work area-was not the most functional layout . Unit could use some fresh paint on trim and etc to improve appearance .However the most only real annoying issue was the late night noise we encountered about six nights during our one month stay. Loud music and TV well past midnight and on a few occasions until 5 am with two of the three bedrooms directly above the unit below. Other than the noise issues we encountered I would give the unit about 7 out of 10 .

George, The complaint about the renter below would have been taken care of if you would have notified us. The unit is soundproof so to hear loud music and a TV well past midnight for 6 nights when we ask these issues to be reported. We never even had a renter stay longer then 2 nights max unit below? Well we were annoyed that you booked our house for 1 month and we couldn't deny the booking because we didn't want to be penalized, but it clearly states to contact us if you would like to stay longer then 14 days. You never contacted us, George? We also don't allow monthly bookings and you booked anyway, you also stated 2 guests, when in reality it was another couple 4 people. April is an important month that we do our maintenance on our home and we couldn't paint the trim George cause you were in our home for a month. The previous reviews of our home say is very well maintained. You even asked to stay here next year for 2 months? You're actually the first person to complain about the layout of our kitchen, let alone improve appearance? We on the other hand wish we would have done our due diligence and googled you, George. Lesson learned thank you again for your vexatious review.

Relaxing great time.

Tracey was an excellent host and the property was perfect for our family. My only suggestion would be a map of the property at the residence. I received a parking ticket on the golf cart after parking one parking lot over from where I was suppose to on the beach. Afterwards I went to the main gate and requested a map. Also, the pools were closed until our second to last day (outdoor pools and splash pad). This was due to them painting and nothing the host could control, but it was a bit of a bummer for us as it was part of the attraction to the property. The property itself was clean, well stocked, and host very friendly. There was even laundry soap and dryer sheets. Tracey, I did purchase additional laundry soap and dryer sheets for the next guest to use as well. Thank you for your hospitality.

Thank you Angela for your review. I have a map in the Welcome book, I apologize sometime people dont always put it back. I will make sure to have extra copies in the home. I'm sorry you got a parking ticket. We have a sign when you exit our community that says parking for our community guest only. The parking lot next door is for an entirely different rental property. I never had this occur with any of my renters. I have directions to our free beach access and free lot now along with extra copies of a map. Thank you for replenishing for the next guest! Love Oceanside Village

Been coming to Surfside over the last 11 years - really love the family feel of this area. The neighborhood has a gate with security, a priority as a single parent with two daughters. Also lots to do: pools, tennis, golf carts, playground, beach, basketball, horse shoes, bike path etc…. Plus Tracey’s place is perfect, always very clean, well equipped, and great communications! Makes us feel right at home:)

Loved Our Vacation

The house was clean, check in was easy, communication with the owner was exceptional, and this home helped give us a very relaxing vacation. There was one small plumbing issue during our stay and the owner responded to our text within just a few minutes and had the issue taken care of within 30 minutes to an hour! We could not have asked for better service with that or any other part of our stay. The included golf cart is so convenient for getting to the beach and the pool. We highly recommend staying here for your Surfside Beach vacation!

Nice property close to beach

The property was very nice, and was pretty much what I had expected. The location is close to everything, and Tracey is great to work with as she lives below the unit. Loved that a golf cart, wagon, chairs, umbrella and boogie boards were included in our rental. Those were all definitely put to use. Oceanside Village is a very nice community to stay in. I would stay there again.

Wonderful house, clean, great location, plenty of room! Floors and all the furniture looked new and well kept. Beds and living room furniture were very comfortable. Tvs in every room were smart TVs. Beach chairs, umbrella, and toys available for use at beach. Was short ride in golf cart to beach area with lifeguard. Kitchen well stocked with everything needed. Excellent communication with Tracey when checking in and for any questions. Neighborhood was clean, well kept, and everyone was friendly. Pool areas were very nice. Awesome fall break w my girls!

We had a great time at Oceanside village and renting this place for a week. Very close to the beach, plus the outdoor pool and splash area where great for my 8 and 3 year old. Definitely recommend staying here. The house was great plenty of room and Tracy was very helpful and responsive. We even brought our bikes and cycles around when not using the golf cart. Lots of fun! Perfect Getaway!

Honestly this was one of THE BEST vacations! We came down with my three kids and husband and his mom and the home was perfect. Couldn’t recommend this place enough. It was in the perfect location with the best owners. Such friendly and caring people it really just felt amazing to have somewhere to go that you didn’t have to worry about. Communication was beyond satisfactory - anything we needed or any questions we had were answered ! Perfect for our kids as well (one being a newborn - convenience was key). We really can’t wait to come back here and would really recommend this place to anyone. Home is beautiful.
