Cosy and modern house located 100 metres from the beach in the coastal area of the municipality of Ca'n Picafort. Ideal for families.It has capacity for 8 people.

The house of 200 m2 distributed on two floors, has four bedrooms, one on the ground floor with double bed, and three on the 1st floor, two with two single beds and one with double bed. All the bedrooms have air conditioning.
There are three bathrooms that give service to the whole house, one on the ground floor with shower and two on the 1st floor (one of them en suite with bathtub) and the other bathroom with shower.
The property has 3 balconies in the upper part of the house, and 1 furnished terrace on the ground floor of 40m2, equipped with sunshade and terrace furniture where you can enjoy your summer evenings and only a few metres from the sea.

It also has an interior terrace of 49 m2 where there is an octagonal table with 8 chairs for outdoor dining, a barbecue to enjoy outdoor cooking and a rocking chair / swing to relax.

In the spacious lounge, which has a ceiling fan, you can relax watching satellite TV or reading a book.
The furnished dining room is open to the living room where you can enjoy lunch and dinner with your loved ones.

Perfect house and location

My three friends and I stayed for a relaxing break. With 4 bedrooms, the house enabled us to have a bedroom each and the facilities and location near to the beach was perfect. We had a wonderful stay and communication with Petra was great. Thank you! We highly recommend the property and would definitely like to return.

Super schönes Haus und tolle Gastgeber

Eine wunderschöne Unterkunft mit super freundlichen Gastgebern. Petra, Ihr Mann und die Familie waren stets für uns da und super freundlich. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und ist sehr groß. Für Familien super geeignet. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Vielen dank für alles!!!

Meine Kinder und ich haben die Woche im Haus von Petra sehr genossen. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt, und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Die Lage (200m vom Strand) ist top! Auch Restaurants und Shops sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Muchos Gracias Petra!

Es war einfach toll, wir würden jeder Zeit wieder kommen, es war alles sauber... Petra war so lieb, wir sind in der Nacht um 1 Uhr angekommen das war gar kein Problem und Petra war auch um diese Uhrzeit an der Unterkunft, wir hätten sie jeder Zeit anrufen können wenn wir ein Problem gehabt hätten.

Wunderschönes Haus

Das Haus ist sehr großzügig geschnitten, alles sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub benötigt. Auch die Lage ist super. Das Meer ist nur ein paar Meter entfernt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind zu Fuß zu erreichen. Auch der Kontakt zur Vermieterin verlief einwandfrei. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Lovely house close to the beach

We highly recommend this house. The house is 100 meters from the beach. Has a modern kitchen with a lot of equipment, 3 nice bathrooms and 4 spacious bedrooms. The back garden is very nice with a dining table for 6 and a barbeque. Petra and her husband gave us fantastic service from the first contact. We stayed two weeks and would love to come back.

Beautiful house & fantastic location minutes from beach

My family have just returned from a 10 night stay in this beautiful house. Its located only minutes from the beach & beachfront bars. I must say we've thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the house is equipped with everything we could possibly need. The outdoor spaces are fantastic too, I have 4 small children 7, 4 & 2yr old twins & they loved the slide & playhouse in the back which is also safe & secure. The front is beautiful in the evening, sat enjoying a drink!! Petra the owner was fantastic, really helpful & on hand at any time. I would most definitely recommend this house, it certainly has made our holiday & would certainly return!!

Fabulous house in a great location

This place is gorgeous and very spacious, the kids loved the back garden, especially the slide!! The outside area at the front is a real sun trap in the afternoon and you can see the sea whilst sitting there. The area is lovely with some nice shops and bars, can highly recommend this house to everyone.

Et dejligt sommerhus

Vi havde en fantastisk ophold her. Boligen er rummelig til 8 voksne personer. Beliggenheden var perfekt, tæt på strand tæt på shopping og tæt på gode spisesteder. Udlejer petra og hendes mand var meget behjælpelig og de var gode til at svare på alle vores spørgsmål. Den sidste dag kom de forbi med kager og ville ønske os en god tur hjem.... vil helt sikker booke det igen når vi skal til Mallorca.

Sehr schönes Haus in ruhiger und doch zentraler Lage mit seitlichem Meerblick. Es war sehr sauber und ordentlich und sogar Obst und Wein standen zur Begrüßung da. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war freundlich und unkompliziert. In den Zimmern sind Ventilatoren und in einem Schlafzimmer eine Klimaanlage. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden das Haus jederzeit auch bei 8-er Belegung wieder mieten. 😊
