Isla. Canela stay

The apartment was very clean , but could do with a maintenance check the extractor in the bathroom didn’t work the airer was broken along with the kettle but kettle was replaced on request thank you . I could have done with some instructions for the cooker . I also struggled to open the windows on the terrace so maybe instructions for them also other than that apartment was beautiful and the views great x

Increíble como en casa la verdad intentaremos repetir por que nuestra mascota igual como en casa.Encima la empresa que lo lleva homa holydays muy amable se me olvidó poner lo de la mascota y se lo dijimos al final y no hubo problema muy amables Y tambien se nos pasó el día de salida pensábamos que otro día y era ese mismo,nos llamaron (María) nos dijeron amablemente que recogiéramos por qué no nos podíamos quedar otro día más por qué venían otras personas y no nos dijeron nada ni nos cobraron nada, la verdad que poca gente es así súper contentos con todo son una agencia de 10El apartamento muy limpio con todas comodidades ,lo unico a modo de observación que la cojines del la terraza están ya para cambiar pero por lo demás genial.Volveremos a repetir seguro muchas gracias por todo y a la chicas homa holydays y perdonar por el despiste y las molestias.

Un apartamento con encanto

El apartamento es muy bonito y cómodo, con aire acondicionado en todas las estancias. Destacar una de sus terrazas con vistas al puerto deportivo, una auténtica maravilla para desayunar, descansar relajadamente...La zona es muy tranquila, con muchos restaurantes donde se puede comer muy bien por poco dinero. Muy recomendable para gente q quiere tranquilidad.

La proximidad a la playa, fácil acceso al apartamento con el aparcamiento muy bien ubicado, restaurantes muy cercanos y ,sobre todo, mucha tranquilidad. Terraza y vista a la marina espectacular. En principio todo es mejorable, pero nada que destacar en este caso. Quizás que en la promoción anunciaban que tenía barbacoa en la terraza y este apartamento carecía de ella. La quinta plaza muy limitada pues en las habitaciones no había sitio para poner la cama supletoria para un niño, esta quedaba muy incomoda.

Me encanta este apartamento. Está bien situado, es amplio y espacioso. Magníficas vistas. Las camas son muy cómodas Ha habido malos olores durante la estancia. Como una especie de olor a queso fuerte en la cocina. Los bajantes de los baños también huelen, pero nos vinieron a echar unos líquidos para mitigar el mal olor.

Excelente en todos los aspectos. A destacar la magnífica y enorme TV del salón y los dos frigoríficos. Mencion aparte merece la terraza acristalada, sencillamente espectacular. El mal olor del sumidero de la terraza lavadero, pero creo que se trata de un problema de la comunidad.

Lovely stay in Costa de la Luz

The location is excellent. On arrival the lady in the office was very nice and informative. The balcony of the apartment was lovely. Although the pool area was nice, there were no chairs/sunbeds provided so it was difficult to use it as we did not want to lie on the grassconcrete. I did enquire in the office one evening (not the same person who checked us in) but was informed they were not available. I checked the apartments facilities listing and garden furniture was mentioned but I did not pursue the issue. The lighting in the apartment was very dull especially the light on the balcony.

Ubicación, sobretodo terraza, incluso plaza de garaje El servicio de islacanelatours, en nuestra opinión, ha ido empeorando con los años, fundamentalmente con la atención desde la oficina.
