Peacock Cottage is a mid-terrace barn conversion located near the hamlet of Sparrowpit. The cottage sleeps four people in two bedrooms which are a king-size double with an en-suite shower WC and basin and a second floor twin which can be a super king-size double on request. There is also a bathroom with a roll-top slipper bath and an open plan living area with a kitchen, dining area and a sitting area. Outside there is off road parking for two cars, secure storage for four bikes and a patio with furniture and a barbecue. Peacock Cottage really is the perfect base from which to discover all the Peak District has to offer. Please Note: This property is unable to accommodate children under the age of five

There's no footpath or street lights along either side of the road, which links the A6 and the hamlet of Sparrowpit, where a local farm shop is situated 0.8 mile away. Note: There is a mobile home on site belonging to the farm.
