A truly pristine and newly renovated luxurious apartment, located in walking distance from all major sights of Athens, such as the Parthenon, the Acropolis Museum, Filopappou Hill, and the Herodes Atticus.5 minute walk from the closest Metro S. There is even a partial view of the Acropolis from your balcony!

The Space:

The apartment where you are about to stay is brand new and fully renovated (72 square meters) with highest standards by our family construction company (Clever Constructions Co) and by the well-known architect Dimitris Moschos. It is located on the first floor and can be accessed by it’s renovated elevator.

A great house is more likely to provide a great experience; and that's what we aim for, especially when it comes to our holidays!
Thus, no expenses have been spared in the materials and quality of work of our renovations, in order to ensure the exclusivity of our apartments;

As you can see from the photos the flat is extremely luxury. There are hidden lightings everywhere in order to ensure a relaxing and beautiful atmosphere in the place. The flat has 2 bedrooms, 1 spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchen and last an extremely spacious bathroom. All mattresses are anatomical to offer a relaxing and a comfortable sleep to all guests. There is also an electrical heater radiator in the bathroom for having your towels hanged. The flat is ideal for up to 5 guests since the second bedroom can be separated from the living room by its enormous sliding door as seen in the photos. This makes the flat extremely spacious for 2 or 5 guests since the second bedroom can be used also as a living room. At the living room there is a big couch (blue) that can be also used as a bed for the 5th guest. In front of the building there is square and a park full of trees that makes you feel like not staying in the heart of Athens.

It is equipped with all necessary and luxury amenities such us professional aircoditioning (daikin) a unit to each room, fast and reliable free internet connection, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, laundry (washer), microwave, oven with kitchen hobs, Nespresso coffee machine, iron, hair dryer, vacuum cleaner, 3 televisions, one 48 inch in the 2nd bedroom, one 43 inch in the living room and last one 32 inch in the master bedroom (one to each room). All televisions are SMART technology (Samsung) so that you can plug your usb device to watch movies, listen to music or even watch Netflix!. A professional sound system (CD-DVD player) with 4 speakers fitted in the ceiling for perfect sounding, with external port available also to connect your device (iphone etc) and last but not least 2 beautiful balconies with a sitting area where you can drink your coffee or have lunch, all necessities guaranteed to enhance your visit to Athens.

Guest Access:

The apartment is fully furnished, with one double king size bed (1.60m. width, 2.10 m. length.) and another folding couch (dark grey) which turns into a 1.60 m. x 2,40 m. double bed. The second room can be even separated to an individual bedroom by closing the large sliding door or keep it as a living room by having the sliding door open.

A fully equipped kitchen, with oven, microwave, kitchen hobs standard cooking equipment, cutlery, Nespresso coffee and filter machine, dishes, dishwasher, refrigerator, etc. It is air-conditioned by three brand new Daikin units (total of 36.000 BTU), airy, with plenty of sunlight flowing in. Furthermore, the front balcony provides seating (ideal for a peaceful breakfast right next to the flowers and the Acropolis) and the side balcony has an open view to a small garden I have planted for you!. The living room is spacious and cozy, with soft lighting providing a relaxed environment. In addition, hidden lighting creates an atmospheric twist in both bedrooms the living room and the toilet. Also included are the following: hairdryer, iron w/ ironing bed, laundry washer w/ drying loft, kettle, coffee maker, Nespresso coffee machine, vacuum cleaner, security alarm, security door, and plenty of storage space (closets). Upon request for families with small children a Crib is Available (upon request) and a Baby chair also (upon request) can be provided without any extra charge.

-Free Wifi Internet access is provided to all guests.

-Recommendation leaflets and subway maps will be also available for you.

Interaction with Guests:

Guests will have 24 hour access to any assistance needed by phone; also further guidance and services can be provided upon request.

I will always be there to welcome you upon arrival and say goodbye upon check out in order to show you the apartment and give you the keys.

Taxi can be arranged upon check out the hour that suits you best. (Although apartment is accessible by the Metro as well) .

Home Rules:

-Smoking is not allowed indoors, however an ashtray is provided in the front the balcony.

-Please be eco friendly by using electrical devices such us Air-conditioning when necessary

-small pets are welcome.

-please help keeping the apartment as it was found when given.

-please respect the hours our neighbors rest ( 15:00-17:30 & 23:00-07:00).

-please always feel free to ask for any guidance and/or technical assistance.

Overview:

-The Acropolis is 15 mins. away, by foot; (1400 m. away), and the Acropolis Museum is just a few minutes away (10 minutes), so is the Acropolis Metro station; the nearest Metro station (Fix) is 400m. away (5 min. walk).

-Basic facilities such as supermarkets, pharmacy, police station, grocery stores are in the direct vicinity of the apartment; an informational leaflet with all exact locations and maps will be provided upon your arrival.
Furthermore, a wide variety of popular and highly praised Greek restaurants and pastry shops can be found nearby.

-Most Athens centre nightlife hotspots (such as Plaka, Thisseion, Monastiraki, Psyri, Gkazi and Kolonaki) can be directly reached by foot, Metro or bus-trolley.

-There's also a Tram station two blocks away, which can transfer you to the southern suburbs of Athens, such as Glyfada and Voula, right next to the sea; ideal for short and easy swimming routes.
