Saint Laurent du Var by the sea, superb 2 room apartment completely renovated, the beach is just opposite with no road to cross. Restaurants and shopping centre Cap 3000 2 steps from the building.
Very nicely arranged crossing south/north, 45 m², 1st floor, south-facing balcony of 5m², incredibly bright. Superb air-conditioned living room opening onto the balcony with sea view equipped with table and chairs, double sofa bed, flat screen satellite TV, dining area. Independent kitchen fully equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, hob, mosquito net. Large bedroom with double bed 180 (2 mattresses 90) and large storage, mosquito net. Beautiful shower room with toilet.
Free collective parking in the residence.
Electric shutters except kitchen, external awning on the balcony side, WIFI. Air conditioning in the living room.

Logement FRONT DE MER en zone piétonnière à un pas de Cap 3000 et des restaurants de la promenade des Flots Bleus, parking privé, accès direct à la mer, aucune nuisance sonore dans l'immeuble. Superbe !
