The location is simply exceptional: just steps away from the charming historic quarter, with the majestic cathedral and the imposing Castillo de Santa Bárbara in the centre of Alicante. In addition, you will find the vibrant scene of bars, restaurants and entertainment areas typical of the city surrounding this place.
An ideal place for a couple's getaway to discover Alicante together.

NOTE: It is important to note that this property may apply additional charges for high electricity consumption, depending on the season. Any consumption exceeding 5€ per day will be the responsibility of the tenant.

Apartment is quite comfortable and roomy for two people. Bedroom is at the back of apartment so one does not hear street noise in bedroom. Easy access to restaurants and not a far walk from beach.

We found the apartment centrally positioned, clean, complete with everything we needed and our host available, generous and always willing to assist with anything we needed. The centrality of the location made it quick and easy to walk to several local points of interest as well as all necessities. Unique and Comfortable

This unit is perfectly located in the central city with unique layout. The living room and work desk are in the sunlight from of the apartment and the cool darker bedroom in the back of the unit. Great host and easy checkout and checkin. I highlighly recommend this unit if you want to be in the city with restaurants close by, but no in front of your stay.

Apt was centrally located and well appointed. Spacious, with comfortable kitchen and rooms. The three people I dealt with from the agency were easy to communicate with and very professional. Highly recommend this apt. Front door should lock from the inside without key.

I stayed at this property for eight weeks while working remotely. It was ideal for me because it had a large table to work at, as well as a smaller desk, a full kitchen and bedroom in the rear of the apartment, furthest away from the street. Public transportation is very accessible. Elena, the host was gracious and responsive on the few occasions that I had questions or needed support. It felt like a home and allowed me to feel settled in.This property is located in the heart of El Centro which means that it is within minutes of Mercado Central, marina, beach, shopping and dining. It’s a very lively area and feels very safe to walk around any time of the day or night. Having some tolerance for city sounds and people on the street is advised.
