Great apartment, close to absolutely everything, including train and bus station 7 mins away. Comfy bed, sun in later afternoon on balconyBeach was a 10 min walk, just a great spot.Would return.

The property was ideally situated. Was perfect for our needs, there were some room for improvement the door to the patio sticks and nearly broken, no blinds on one window but a blanket was put in its place overall decor needed TLC

It was small but clean and if there is something you need you can just call them and they will answer also it is very close to the beach and the stores and the people are very nice if you ever need a apartment this is the go to one

For our surprise the location was a plus, close to all public services tram, trein and bus stations, vibrant neighborhood close to farmacy, restaurants, supermarkets and walking distance to the main attractions in the city center. Additionally, quiet too.

City break by the sea

The property is very central and everything is within walking distance. The apartment has a fantastic view of Alicante, there’s also a balcony. Just one criticism, please repair the bathroom tap as it is loose and difficult to use.

Great location and very clean. There is a drainage smell as you enter the property which needs addressing as it is slightly off putting. Windows and balcony door need some tlc as it very windy while we were there and this only highlighted the fact that it was very draughty. Overall though we had a great couple of days

Top lokatie in centrum Alicante

De studio ligt heel centraal binnen loopafstand van leuke restaurants, barretjes enz. Redelijk rustig gezien de ligging in het centrum. De het studio was niet schoon. Ramen kon je niet doorheen kijken. WC was gammel en zat los. Tegels in de douche vies. Beloofde linnengoed niet aanwezig. Jammer, kan veel beter.

Intet lys i entreen. Skydedør til badeværelset defekt. Skadede mit højre knæ, i forsøg på at åbne døren indefra. cigaretskod i vindueskarm. Snavset microovn. Snavset affaldsbøtte. Lækkende køleskab med totalt tiliset frostboks. Meddelte udlejer at jeg fraflyttede den 25. dec. og hun har siden ikke ønsket at svare på mine henvendelser. Forventer at få mine penge tilbage.

Très joli petit studio

Exactement comme sur les photos, pas grand mais tout y est. Nous avons beaucoup aimé l’endroit et l’emplacement dans la ville, près de la station de tram Luceros, le cœur du transport en commun d’Alicante.

Fantastic Studio Apartment in Alicante with Expansive View and Balcony

My experience was more than I could have hoped for. The apartment is on the 10th floor of a safe quiet building (except for the cool fireworks that I could see from my bed!) You have a small kitchen with microwave and stove so you can eat in when you want. The bed is super comfortable. I was grateful for the washing machine and there is a nice large rack for drying, but the washer is so efficient so the clothes dry really quickly. There are nice mirrors for dressing and a great balcony with views of most of the city of Alicante. I felt that the owner cared about my comfort. I highly recommend this clean, lovely apartment.

Good base for a visit in Alicante

We had a nice stay at the apartment in the center of the city with a great view. We had no problems regarding access etc., and although small, the apartment has everything you need for a pleasent stay. We recommend this for a future visit in Alicante.
