Cosy apartment for 2 people, extra large balcony overlooking the ocean. Private off-street parking is a real bonus. Very quiet complex, mostly long term residents. Highly recommended, hope to return next winter.

Sehr schönes Apartment. Toller Blick auf das Meer. Alles super bis auf das etwas kleine Schlafzimmer und etwas mehr Geschirr (z.Bsp. Keramiktassen) und eine größere Kaffeemaschine wäre von Nöten. Ansonsten hatten wir einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt.

forsinket og uferdig leilighet

Lovet bosted var 3 dager forsinket og heller ikke ferdig da vi kom til avtalt tidspunkt. Vi måtte vente ute i to timer uten å bli informert. Første døgnet måtte vi også sove i byggestøv og mye uferdig. Soveromsdøren lot seg ikke lukke, og eier nektet å utbedre dette. Stor ulempe!

Disappointing

Whilst the view from the apartment was very nice and much appreciated, we booked the apartment because it was advertised with a pool and our 2 weeks there was particularly hot. We were extremely disappointed by the fact that the pool was out of order during the whole of our stay and we were never informed of this even though the residents confirmed that it had been like this for months. In fact the pool was emptied at the beginning of our stay and we had the added noise of workmen sanding it down with electric sanders and then painting it over several days which caused disruption and created lack of privacy from our balcony which was directly opposite the pool. We would have appreciated some form of compensation from Sunil as a gesture of goodwill but he was not interested in our problems even though guests we spoke to had received compensation. We also have to report that the towels were not of decent quality and had to be washed as they smelled dirty and in fact the sheet on our bed was old and worn and it was torn on the top corner. We could not fault the fact that we had a car space and the outside of the apartments were well kept and presented. All in all we were very disappointed with the quality of the apartment and the lack of an advertised pool. One star is for the view and the other for the car space.

Good location, nice apartment with a stunning view!

We had a very nice vacation in Sunil's apartment, owner was very nice and easy to deal with. The view from the apartment is stunning, you just can't get tired of it! We are not leaving 5 stars because of the sleeping arrangements, we were 3,(2 adults and one child) and we expected a convertible sofa in the living room but in fact it is just a regular sofa, not good for sleeping. Fortunately Sunil was kind to provide us with a mattress on the floor which was better but not extremely comfortable. The pool is not heated and water was about 19 degrees in february which is OK for the brave ones! Otherwise the apartment is well furnished with everything you need, the location is good and the parking outside is just perfect.

Denne leiligheten passet oss utmerket. Passe avstand til alt. Manglet ingen ting. Sunil var ikke på plass da vi kom, så vi ble litt i villrede og lurte på om vi hadde blitt lurt, men så dukket han opp og var både blid og hyggelig. Viktig å være på plass ved ankomst, og flyet vårt var i rute. Vi manglet også kontakttelefon. Vi tar gjerne leiligheten om et år!!

Clean, fresh, perfectly located, everything you need to be comfortable.

The owner is responsive and helpful. The balcony, looking on to the sea, was the perfect place to enjoy our meals. Easy access to grocery stores and a fantastic restaurant called the Palm Garden, right out the back door! The kitchen had everything we need to cook our own meals and since we were there cycling, we greatly appreciated the washing machine. Bathroom is well-appointed. Clean and fresh. Nice linens. We suggested that the owner buy a fan for the bedroom since it was wonderfully hot when we were there, and he really ahead to do so. Easy access to the airport and the island's excellent transit system. Absolutely perfect place to stay. Highly recommended!

Overall splendid holiday at bright and neat apartment

Very clean, nice apartment which has everything for a longer stay. The kitchen is fully equipped, bathroom with bath/shower, hot water, and good bed. The area is very quiet so I slept like a rose. I had the best wifi here I ever had on the island. On other places the connection is bad and it is very slow: here very good connection and fast! And the view is... WOW! Also a big terras with late afternoon sun and I could enjoy marvellous sunsets. Only minpoint: it's a steep walk to the supermarkets. But there are 2 little shops nearby where you can buy bread, water, paptatoes and some fruit and vegetables. Really, I had a super holiday here! I will come back.

nice and calm location

We had a good time in Gran canaria. Our host was friendly and the appartment is cosy. the location is nice and calm and the beaches nearby are great. The pool is cold :-) we did not expect much as we had planned a vacation on a rather tight budget. It was not top luxury but it is indeed good value for the money

Fin lejlighed med en fantastisk udsigt over havet og bjergene. Kun to kopper, defekt bord ellers ok

Det er et fint sted, hvis man ønsker et roligt ophold. Det kræver dog "gode ben" hvis/når man bevæger sig omkring i området, og lejligheden ligger lidt højt over byen. Der er dog gode indkøbsmuligheder lige i nærheden. Restauranter og caféer er der et stort udbud af i gåafstand, når man søger langs promenaden fra Patalavaca mod Anfi-stranden. Fra Anfi-havnen går der rutebåde med mange daglige afgange til de omkringliggende byen - Arguineguin, Puerto Rico og Puerto Mogan. Det er absolut oplevelsesrigt for børn og voksne.
