A wonderful apartment with a beautiful garden and pool just outside Aix en Provence. The property easily accommodated four people comfortably and is well equipped. It’s very quiet and private but easily accessible for local amenities. The check in process and instructions were seamless and the owner was very attentive to our needs. We would definitely book this again in the future.

Holiday Aix en Provence

Quiet and private location with your own parking about 14 km from the center of Aix en Provence.Ideal domain to stay with a dog that can fully enjoy itself on the domain.The house is small but you are there to live outside and enjoy the beautiful garden with pool. Supermarket very close to the location.

A beautifully designed and private retreat in Aix

We arrived in Aix after a very long drive, and were greeted warmly by Madame Sénégas and shown the cottage, which has been thoughtfully designed and comfortably outfitted. We loved the private patio with olive tree for sitting in the afternoons, and found the kitchen to be very functional and the beds to be comfortable. I would highly recommend this property for your stay in Aix en Provence.

Amazing little property

Loved every minute. A gorgeous home for 2 weeks in a peaceful setting, we had everything we needed. Dealt with 2 lovely ladies and when I wasn't able to do a simple task, Mme Piol dropped everything she was doing and came to my rescue. The bonus was having the cats come say hello. I would definitely stay again. Un grand merci a vous pour un sejour formidable. Je reviendrais volountier.

The little house was very nice. Situated right outside of a suburb village of Aix-en-Provence, with just the right amount of privacy, calmness and proximity to the city itself. A little supermarket (U Utille) is located right across the street of the entrance to the enclosure in which the house is located. Very convenient. Also, the bus direction city center (about 20 minutes trip) is leaving right in front of the little supermarket. All other neccessary shops are in approx. 10 minutes walking distance.The little villa itself is as mentioned before very nice. All neccessary equipment is available and functional. The house was in an "okay" clean state but the facilities needed some extra cleaning by ourselves.Pool was excelent but only available to use for us between 10:00am and 5:00pm. The communication with the owner was always very quick, friendly and easy.Stayed for one week, single couple, no pets.

Ok for the winter

Personally, we were no so happy with the stay itself. To hot in the summer without airco and very small toilet. A little bit of humidity in the cave chamber. Nice terrace and te swimming pool was great and nice with a lot of space and privacy. But the owner was very correct and commercial, helping us to enter a night before. Also, we got our refund for the other days

beautiful quiet quaint stay

this property was so beautiful and so lovely. the owner and the managers were kind and caring as well. and the description of the home/property/pool was totally accurate. i very much enjoyed my stay. a couple of things i would do differently - i would have rented a car bc taxis/ubers were not always accessible and you are in an area with ONLY a grocery store nearby. there is a bus that was very simple to access but it wasn't available late. there were a lot of mosquitos and spiders - which comes with the territory because you are in the middle of the coutry and it is so beautiful - but there are no screens on anything so it was a little tricky with letting air in - i would recommend getting a fan and mosquito incense before arrival. thank you so much, i really enjoyed my stay!

Charming little house at the outskirts of Aix

This charming little cottage was exactly what we had been looking for. The cottage is quite small but fully sufficient for the two of us and our little doggie. The hosts were very helpful and friendly, everything was prepared excellently. There was even a 'Welcome Bottle' of wine for us in the fridge. A major asset of the cottage is its little terrace / yard, which has a wooden floor and a lovely olive tree in its center. The TV has only French programmes but, after all, we came to Aix especially to improve our French and with free WLAN one can also watch the respective home programmes or Netflix. There is a bus stop (line 13) about 600 m from the house. The bus goes right into the centre of Aix every half hour. The bus ride takes about 30 minutes and costs just € 1,20. A small supermarket is just across the street, about 200 m from the cottage. The cottage is really charming and romantic. We very much enjoyed our stay and if and when we come back to Aix, we'll definitely try to rent it again. Just one remark: The bathroom is very small and narrow. Really big, heavy-weight people might have a bit of a problem using it.

Nous n'avons pas vu la propriétaire qui habite cependant à côté : nous avons été reçus par son jardinier (très aimable). Et ce, après 3/4h. de recherche, faute d'explications claires et précises pour l'adresse et faute de réponse de la propriétaire au téléphone...L'annonce est pour le moins trompeuse :Chambre en sous-sol, étroite et humide (75% d'humidité!!)Tout est très petit. La porte du logement ne fermait pas de l'intérieur... Mezzanine très basse de plafond. Prix très excessif pour le logement et "frais de service" inexpliqués dans la facture : du jamais vu !!

Sehr hübsches kleines Ferienhaus mit Pool in separatem Gartenstück. Die nebenan wohnende Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich und erkundigt sich auch mal zwischendurch, ob alles ok ist. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt

Es erscheint sehr schöner, angenehmer Aufenthalt. Die Gastgeber waren sehr nett, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alles war sauber und gepflegt. Sehr ruhige Lage auf dem Land. Die ganze Anlage war tiptop.Nur die Auskunft vorab, dass Aix-en-Provence in 7 Minuten mit dem Bus erreichbar sei, stimmte nicht. Der Bus fährt 20-30 Minuten.

Toller Aufenthalt

Wir haben eine Woche in diesem schönen Ferienhäuschen verbracht und uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Haus ist schön aufgeteilt die Küche bietet genügend Platz etwas zu kochen und vor allem die Terrasse sowie die Möglichkeit im Kellergeschoss zu schlafen, haben es uns bei den sommerlichen Temperaturen angenehm gemacht. Der große Pool im riesigen Garten, den wir in dieser Woche für uns alleine nutzen konnten, ist ein Traum. Unser Hund konnte sich überall frei bewegen, denn sowohl die Terrasse des Ferienhäuschens als auch der große Garten, der separat begehbar ist sind komplett eingezäunt. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich sowohl zu uns als auch dem Hund. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Kurztrip nach Aix en Provence

Der Aufenthalt war nett. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig. Ein Platz wo man sich, vor allem auch am Pool, entspannen und wohlfühlen kann. Wir haben jeden Tag etwas unternommen und somit war die Lage für uns gut. Um ins Zentrum von Aix en Provence zu gelangen benötigt man aber mit dem Auto sicher 1/4 Stunde.

Sehr schönes Hide away

Sehr ruhig, sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Alles da, was man für einen Aufenthalt benötigt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, waren alleine auf dem Anwesen. Schön wäre, wenn die Beschreibung darauf hingewiesen hätte, dass auch das Schlafzimmer nur über Treppen zugänglich ist. Für ältere Menschen u. U. ungeeignet, nicht barrierefrei. Das war aus den Bildern nicht klar ersichtlich. Ob die vorhandene Waschmaschine wichtiger ist als der Platz, den sie im Badezimmer wegnimmt, muss jeder für sich entscheiden und hängt wohl auch von der Dauer des Aufenthalts ab. Super war die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin - total freundlich und super unkompliziert und hilfsbereit. Wir würden die Unterkunft auch nächstes Mal wieder buchen.

Unterkunft mit Charme

Wir hatten zwei schöne Tage (zu wenig)und konnten von hier die Stadt und Umgebung mit dem Fahrrad ( ca. 25 Min zum Hotel de Ville) erkunden. Das kleine Gästehaus und der Pool war für uns ganz alleine, sehr schön!

Fijn huis

Klein, maar heel sfeervol huisje en van alles voorzien. Locatie is fijn, uit de drukte maar Aix in de buurt. Zwembad is echt top, op hele rustige plek, in ons geval privé. We hebben het heerlijk gehad hier. Geen extra kosten ook voor handdoeken, schoonmaak, borg etcetra, aardige eigenaresse. Aanrader.

Charmantes, kleines Häuschen

Sehr ruhig gelegen, stimmig eingerichtet, traumhafter Pool, perfekt zum Erholen. Für 2 Personen völlig ausreichend, für 4 sehr knapp.Vermieterin sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Kleinere Mängel wie in die Jahre gekommene Liegestühle oder schlecht gespültes Geschirr konnten den Gesamteindruck nicht trüben. Jederzeit wieder.

Charmantes und ruhiges Häuschen

Charmantes Häuschen mit einer schönen, ruhigen und schattigen Terrasse und einem Pool in einem sehr schönen, großen Garten. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war sehr gut über Mails, Fragen wurden schnell beantwortet. Für uns war es eine sehr erholsame Zeit.
