very charming apartment on the first floor of a building of the '500 with lift, perfectly restored d' frescoes, marble fireplace and antique furnishings. It is on two floors, the first large living area with kitchenette, the second on a mezzanine sleeping area and bathroom.
The apartment has a double bed on the mezzanine area and a double sofa bed in the living area.
Air conditioning, central heating, shower / hydromassage, appliances. Open views over the square.
For large groups you can ask the availability of an apartment adjoining the same size with 4 other beds.
Guests can enjoy the possibility of excursions by sailing boat of 11 meters starting from the mooring located a few minutes from the apartment near the aquarium. Portofino can be reached during the day and the 'ancient village of San Fruttuoso where it can be done the guided tour to' ancient abbey. Price of 'excursion, and availability will be agreed.

Mittendrin und nur wenige Schritte bis zum alten Hafen

Das Objekt ist speziell im positiven Sinne . Es wirkte aber so, als ob schon lange nichts mehr investiert wurde. Ein Sessel ist unbrauchbar und die Stühle sind größtenteils sehr unbequem. Der Haustürschlüssel war eingerissen und drohte abzubrechen. Es ist sinnvoll darauf hinzuweisen , daß es sich nur um einen Raum mit einer kleinen Galerie handelt, wo sich das Doppelbett befindet. Nur das Bad ist separat.

A part of history...

Right in the middle of everything; nothing better than to open the windows and listen to the crowds, the church bells, even the few drunk younger folks rambling through at night. The furnishings are comfortable; the shower small but adequate and the washer/dryer a lifesaver.

Mooi opgeknapt oud appartement voorzien van keuken met oven. Badkamer is klein en douche werkt niet naar behoren. Eigenaar is zeer behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Goede ligging t.o.v. alle bezienswaardigheden. Op loopafstand alles goed bereikbaar.
