With 10 rooms including 7 bedrooms, 1 living room and 1 TV lounge, in 2 main buildings connected by a porch, the house can accommodate 12 to 14 people on 230 m2. A room in the roof is equipped with an air conditioner.
Terrace without vis-à-vis, sunny with a breakaway to see the scrubland. Swimming pool (3.5 / 10 m.) Is secured by an automatic cover. Grill, shade, sun loungers.
The veranda connects the two residential wings. The table can accommodate 12 guests. Underfloor heating, very bright, she is comfortable in any season.

Lovely family home

Great location and perfect for our stay with extended family. The house is quiet and full of light, extra bonus with the pool and lots of board games and comic books. Great location to visit the city and the region.

The house was exactly what we wanted and expected; more a home than a house. And its location, Uzès itself, the Gardon River (sensational swimming), and the extraordinary sights and scenes of the area all contributed to what was one of the best holidays we’ve ever had. Huset er lokalt placeret i en lille ensrettet gade med privat parkering. Masser af charme og veludstyret. Gå afstand til restauranter, apotek, div butikker og market. Vi har nydt at slappe af ved og i poolen - som er ugenert og med en dejlig udsigt. Der er 2 store supermarked og vingårde indenfor kort afstand. Det er 2. gang vi lejer dette hus og kommer helt sikkert igen. Rammerne er bare perfekt for os. Rigtig god kontakt til ejer og care taker.

Attention à maintenir les équipements en bon état : carrelage cassé, chaises cassées, chaudière qui fuit, rideaux de douches décolorés. La pluie rentre dans la véranda Sinon, le gîte est propre, bien équipé en vaisselle, produits d’entretien. L’etroitesse de la rue devrait être signalée dans l’annonce.

Propriété au top pour famille

Vacances au top avec une maison très spacieuse où tout le monde avait sa chambre et son petit coin. Petit bémol il n' y avait pas la clim dans toutes les chambres et par temps de canicule les ventilateurs sont un peu léger. Sinon bien à recommander pour profiter à fond d'un séjour en plein milieu d'Uzes et quand même au calme.

Stort hus i Uzes med pool og parkering

Vi havde et skønt ophold i 2 uger med familie og venner i huset som er godt indrettet, der mangler intet. Rigtig god kommunikation med udlejer og lokal care taker men ikke med pool manden som desværre ikke kom så ofte som oplyst. Velkomst mappen er kun på fransk. Huset ligger i gå afstand til markedspladsen, bager, café, restauranter. Heraf kan vi anbefale reservation hos l’Esprit du Samaritain. Lige ved huset er der tilknyttet 2 parkeringspladser som gør det nemt med bagage og indkøb. Huset er ugenert fra naboer og med skøn udsigt. Hvis man ønsker at være aktiv i den dejlige pool, kan badesko anbefales.

Great place for family vacation

The description was very accurate and met if not exceeded our expectations. Good pool. Stayed fairly cool despite 100 degree days. Kitchen worked well when cooking for 10 people. Easy walking distance to shops, markets, restaurants, and Uzes sights.

Un havre de paix

La maison est un véritable havre de paix situé en plein coeur de cette merveilleuse ville d'Uzes tout en étant à l'abri du bruit. La maison est très propre, très bien équipéé, Elle reste très fraiche malgré les grosses chaleurs de la région. La piscine et sa petite "plage" reste un atout majeur. Tout a été parfait durant ce séjour. Nous recommandons vivement.

Magnifique maison familiale

Nous avons passé deux merveilleuses semaines dans cette maison familiale qui est très bien équipée et superbement située pour profiter de la ville.Notre hôte a été très réactive et a répondu rapidement à nos question. La piscine est un atout majeur dans la région! Nous y avons séjourné fin juin/début juillet, et de fait les chaleurs étaient très largement supportables pour dormir, d'autant qu'un partie de la maison est climatisée. Le seul petit bémol est le wifi qui n'est accessible que depuis une pièce de la maison. Nous recommandons vivement cette maison.
