There are 13 miles of footpaths to explore on the farm itself and it even has its own historic monument - an old Roman Fort at Old Burrow. A haven for wildlife, it has four Sites of Special Scientific Interest. There are rare species of butterflies and trees, large areas of heather moorland and impressive cliff geology.
The property is a converted barn. Inside the entrance is an area providing space for coats, wellies and walking boots. There is a very large room with a kitchen at one end with a dining table and ten chairs and, at the other end, a double height sitting area with two comfortable sofas and a wood-burning stove. A walk in cupboard houses the washing machine and dryer. Steps from the living room lead to an attractive gallery room where there are three sofas and a large television. From the downstairs living area, there are three steps up which leads to a corridor, where there is a downstairs toilet, a double bedroom (with en-suite shower room) and a twin bedroom all off this internal corridor. Stairs lead from the end of the corridor lead up to the first floor where there is a family bathroom, a twin bedroom and a family bedroom comprising a double bed plus a set of bunk beds and a cot. Outside, there is a pretty raised garden with mature shrubs to the side of the Mill with views over the Bristol Channel. The garden has outside seating and a barbecue.
