Relaxing Getaway

The place was a perfect size for the two of us and it has great access to the beach, shops, restaurants and hiking trails. Super quiet, yet in the middle of everything. Plus, only minutes to SLO, Pismo Beach, Montana de Oro State Park and others. Highly recommend this place!

Cute place!

This place was very cute and very comfortable! The beds were very comfortable and it was nice that they included beach towels and chairs! Being in a round condo was very unique and different. The long patio was fun for evening cocktails or morning coffee. The location is great as it is not even a block away from the ocean and you can see the beach from the condo. The large windows provide great sunlight into the space! Great stay!

Awesome stay close to all the places we wanted to go. Right by the beach!

We had a great time! Beautiful clean property! Only negative was all of the trash trucks and delivery trucks that came early in the morning every weekday. Would still book for any upcoming trips! Everyone we dealt with was nice and checking in was easy! Thank you so much!

Great view! Lot’s of stairs. VERY Uncomfortable bed, very small shower, loud road noise with produce trucks, landscaper made noise at 7am. Uncomfortable furniture and terrible host communication! Smaller than expected BUT AMAZING view … unit gets quite stuffy!

Thank you for your feedback. We're glad you enjoyed the view, though we're sorry to hear that some aspects of your stay fell short. We are apologetic the restaurant's delivery truck started early morning. Your input helps us improve—thank you again for staying with us.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our third stay at the Round About and we had another great experience in Avila Beach. The Round About is a beautiful, cozy and comfortable place to stay and is located in the heart of the town. Literally steps away from the beach and great dining experiences. Memories were made and we plan to be back in the near future. Thank you Round About for continuing to be a great place to stay while in Avila.

Highly Recommended

Love this place! Perfect for one or two people just a few steps from the beach. Lots of fun things to do in the area. We rented bikes around the corner and explored Avila Beach. The only thing I would suggest is a negative (and this is more about VRBO than 7 Sisters) is that two weeks to get your security deposit seems too long for me. Why so long? Other than that, I would stay here again in a heartbeat,

Hi thank you for the nice review and your time to submit the review. In regards to the security deposit, you also have an option of a one time $29 purchase of property damage insurance IN LIEU of the security deposit. Most of our guests opt for the damage insurance. See you at the beach again soon.

Wonderful vacation in Avila

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have visited the Round House several time and always find it comfortable. The views are good and the deck is great for people watching and good views of the ocean. The kitchen is a good size with lots of space and the appliances are newer. A nice selection of pots, pans, kitchen objects and enough plates, glasses for two. The only two downsides is the low water pressure in the shower and the bed is against the wall/not moveable so the inside person needs to climb over to get out. Parking under is nice and has too spaces. Beach is half a block away, with a number of small shops and three restaurants. No grocery store, but a small deli with some items in town. The electric bike shop "Bolt about" is great and the are is great to explore. Near-by piers have lot of sea life, Sea Lions, Otters, and many Bird species.

25th Wedding Anniversary

Property was exactly as described. Check in/check out was easy breezy. Location is walking distance to EVERYTHING! If you, or anyone in your group has mobility issues, this rental is not for you as you need to access the front door/deck via the staircase on the side of the rental every time you leave and return. Beach chairs and towels provided. Kitchen appliances all new and top of the line. Keurig AND 12 cup drip coffee maker! Stocked with flatware, dishes, pots, pans & cooking utensils. If you don't bring your own food/munchies for a long term stay, there's no major market in town. Closest big grocery store is about a 15 minute drive. Cocktails for 6, dinner for 4, sleeping for 2!!!

Great Beach Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Small but a wonderful spot for a couple. Very close to the beach with a nice deck that gets the morning/afternoon sun. Kitchen is great for two people and the setting is comfortable. Only issue is the bed, which is comfy, is set against a wall, so one person has to climb out. Great response from the office. Especially Kathleen and Jerri.
