Tolles Appartement, tolle Vermieter

Das Apartment hat eine sehr gute Lage zum Zentrum und zum Meer. Der Pool war toll, vor allem groß genug für alle Gäste. Die Klimaanlage war Goldwert, allerdings konnte man diese nur zentral einstellen und in manchen Zimmern war es kälter als in anderen. Schade war, dass die Bettlaken schmutzig waren, es befanden sich Haare und Flecken darauf, wohl haben die Mieter davor diese nicht gewaschen! Alles in allem würden wir das Apartment dennoch bei der nächsten Reise wieder in Betracht ziehen, denn wir waren positiv überrascht.

Vorsaison im Apartement Lina

Sehr gut. Das Apartement hatte alles. Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine, Duvets (da es in der Nacht noch kalt wurde) Tiptop. Ideal für mit Kinder. Hat alles bestens geklappt. Danke Debra.

Buon alloggio con piscina

Alloggio fa parte di una palazzina di 8 alloggi presumo non tutti in affitto. La palazzina è nella periferia della cittadina ed a circa 1.4 km dal mare, quindi non vicinissima ma Marina di Ginosa non ci ha entusiasmato ed il mare è si pulito ma troppo affollato e la spiaggia è piena di lidi quindi è meglio spostarsi di qualche chilometro (es. spiaggia Termitosa a Castellaneta). La zona è tranquilla e ci sono vari supermercati entro 1 km. L'esterno della palazzina ha una bella piscina con solarium, ben tenuta, e parcheggio privato, mentre manca una zona ombreggiata. Ogni alloggio ha un terrazzo attrezzato con tavolo e sedie. L'interno è arredato con mobili moderni con 3 camere da letto (una piuttosto piccola ma luminosa) e 2 bagni (uno con solo lavabo e water e privo di aperture esterne). La cucina è spaziosa e dispone di stoviglie a sufficienza. Ottimo ed efficiente il sistema centralizzato di condizionamento, decisamente necessario per la posizione dell'alloggio. La posizione è strategica per visitare la Basilicata ionica e interna e parte della Puglia.

Sehr herzliche Gastgaber (Mario und Mari). Haben uns frischen und sehr leckeren Riccotta geschenkt. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und mit allen Annehmlichkeiten (Geschirrspüler, Geschirr und Pfannen) ausgestattet. Der Pool war sehr gepflegt. Die Unterkunft verfügt über zwei Badezimmer, aber nur über eine schmale Dusche. Der Ort hat uns sehr gefallen und ist für Ausflüge in der Umgebung geeinigt.

VACANZA PERFETTA

Appartamento spazioso e in posizione tranquilla a pochi minuti a piedi dal mare. Si possono trovare sia spiagge organizzate che una lunga spiaggia libera vicino a una pineta dove poter fare belle passeggiate e stare tranquilli anche in un mese come agosto (e non è da poco...) Bella e comoda anche la piscina (del complesso di 8 apt in totale) per rinfrescarsi nei momenti più caldi... Logisticamente perfetto per effettuare tante escursioni nei più bei paesi della Puglia e molto vicino anche alla bellissima Matera. Debra, che si occupa delle relazioni con i clienti in loco (parla inglese ed italiano), è gentilissima e sempre solerte a risolvere eventuali problemi o assecondare le esigenze degli ospiti. Top!

Ferienwohnung mit Pool

Die Frau die einen empfängt (Deborah) spricht gutes Englisch & Italienisch. Sie geht auf Wünsche ein und ist sehr zuvorkommend. Allgemein ist die Ferienwohnung sehr empfehlenswert von den Räumlichkeiten sowie dem Comfort einen Pool zu haben. Es hat an nichts bezüglich der Einrichtung gefehlt. Die Lage ist etwas abseits nichts desto trotz ist man in ca. 10 -15 Minuten im Geschehen. Ich kann nichts nachteiliges sagen. Alles Bestens.

Sehr schöne moderne Ferienwohnung mit Pool in gepflegter Anlage mit insgesamt 8 Wohnungen.

Die Wohnung liegt im ersten Stock, den man über eine eigene Außentreppe erreicht. Sie verfügt über eine große Wohnküche mit: - 4-flammiger Gasherd mit Dunstabzugshaube und Elektrobackofen - Spülmaschine - Großer Kühlschrank und kleiner separater Gefrierschrank - Italienischer Alu-Espressokocher für den Gasherd - Toaster - Töpfe, Geschirr, Gläser, Besteck, ... - Esstisch für 4 Personen - 2-sitziges Schlafsofa - TV Vor der Eingangstüre ist ein sehr großer überdachter Balkon mit Gartenmöbeln, den wir zum Sitzen und Essen genutzt haben. Hinter dem Haus ist ein über die Schlafzimmer erreichbarer Balkon, den wir nicht genutzt haben. Beim Aufenthalt im Freien war zumindest im Herbst ein Mückenschutz empfehlenswert. Dann gibt es 3 relativ kleine Schlafzimmer mit je 2 kleinen Kleiderschränken, aber insgesamt viel Stauraum durch einen Bettüberbau. Die Betten sind auch für schwerere Personen stabil genug, wir haben gut geschlafen. Das Bad erreicht man über einen kleinen Flur von der Wohnküche aus. Es hat eine gute Waschmaschine, Bidet, WC und Waschbecken. Die relativ kleine Dusche hat aber leider nur einen sehr schmalen Einstieg und stellt für sehr dicke Gäste ein Problem dar. Vom kleinsten Schlafzimmer gelangt man in ein zweites Bad, welches nur WC und Waschbecken enthält. Gerade bei Reisen mit mehreren Personen ist ein zweites WC sehr wichtig! Es gibt eine zentrale, gut funktionierende Klimaanlage, die auf alle Räume wirkt. Weiterhin gibt es 2 WLAN-Netze, die sehr gut funktionierten. Die Außenanlage hat einen sehr großen schönen Pool mit Dusche und Liegen. Sieht man sich Satellitenbilder vom Ort an, dann sieht man, daß ein Pool eine absolute Seltenheit ist! Hinter dem Haus befindet sich ein abgeschlossener nicht einsehbarer Parkplatz. Die Agentin Debra war sehr nett und hilfsbereit und konnte bei allen Fragen helfen. Per WhatsApp stand sie permanent zur Verfügung. Bettwäsche war inklusive. Handtücher bekamen wir auf Nachfrage bei der Vermieterin vor dem Urlaub von Debra. Der Ort ist nichts tolles, hat aber einen wunderbaren Strand, den man zu Fuß nach 18min (1,5km) erreicht. PKW geht schneller, kostet aber Parkgebühr. Den kostenlosen Strand erreicht man über die Via Mar delle Antille, kostenpflichtige Strandbäder (Lido) über die Viale Stella Maris. Den Supermarkt DOK erreicht man zu Fuß nach 10min/800m. Aufgrund der Ausstattung mit Sitzplätzen und Geschirr würden wir die Wohnung für 4 Erwachsene mit 2 Kindern empfehlen (oder nur 4 Erwachsene).

We are a couple from the UK. My husband is Italian and I am Irish. We were looking for our little piece of paradise in the south of Italy. The food is as amazing as the local people. We had part of a holiday in Marina di Ginosa and loved the place. We contacted a local engineer, builder and solicitor to arrange building a property from the ground up, and we are very proud of the result. We hope you and your family enjoy our property and the local area just as much as we do!

Why they chose this property

This property has been built to allow people to enjoy a beautiful part of Italy. It is a great standalone vacation property for a relaxing holiday, but is also a great base to explore the whole south of Italy. Some of our guests have travelled to Pompeii, the Trulli's, the local Gravina in Ginosa which predates the bible! There is an abundance of history and sights to see in this part of the world.

What makes this property unique

The location of the apartments is in a peaceful part of the resort, yet close enough to walk to all the restaurants, bars and shops. The pool is exclusive to the residents of the apartments, so semi private. A stone barbecue/oven is on site and available to use by all clients, when coupled with a fully furnished kitchen and outdoor dining spaces, dining at home is an attractive alternative to eating out. Free Wi-Fi is provided across the complex.
