The panoramic accommodation is a few minutes walk from the Claviere ski lifts (connected to Montgenèvre and Via Lattea) and from the Claviere-Montgenèvre cross-country track (in summer "18 hole" golf course), in the green, at the 2nd floor of a small building 5 minutes walk from the center of Claviere. Claviere is a pretty mountain center at 1750 meters. of altitude, reachable in 1 hour and 1/4 from Turin and in 10 minutes by car from Montgenèvre, equipped with supermarket, shops and services
The accommodation (35 sqm.) Is composed of: a living-dining room with kitchenette in which there is a comfortable double sofa bed; a bedroom with bunk bed (two single beds), wardrobes, desk; a bathroom with shower. The furniture, kitchen and bathroom equipment are complete, recent and functional and are provided with soap, shampoo, and small basic food supplies (sugar, salt, coffee, etc.).
Bed linen and towels are available for up to 4 people, washed at a temperature of 60 °.
At each change of guest, the most sensitive surfaces are sanitized (tables, hob, handles, taps, bathroom fixtures).
All the tools and equipment for cleaning the house are provided
The balcony-terrace (3 x 1.70 m) offers a bright panoramic view towards the ski slopes, the cross-country track (golf course in summer), Val di Susa, San Sicario, Monti della Luna .
The accommodation has an individual garage of 2 x 4.70 m (maximum height 2.05 m) locked with a key and an individual locker for the storage of skis, in the entrance of the condominium.
It is possible to rent the apartment for the entire Winter season (1 December - 1 May), or Summer season (1 July - 15 September) at advantageous conditions.

Excellent spacious flat in prime location!

I stayed here for two weeks on a ski holiday and it was perfect. The views were great, beds comfortable and the flat had everything I needed and more. The host, Agata, was fantastic and was easily contactable. She made sure that I enjoyed my stay and I had regular contact with her via email for the time spent in Claviere. I would definitely recommend this flat for its great value and close proximity to the slopes. I hope to visit again soon! Neil

Appartamento ben curato, ottimo per una famiglia. Posizione tranquilla con vista sulla valle e a 30 minuti a piedi da Monginevro. Ottima partenza per delle escursioni in montagna. La signora Agata è un’ottima padrona di casa.

Abbiamo trascorso una bellissima vacanza a Claviere, splendida località di montagna al confine con la Francia, anche per merito della comodità dell’appartamento affittato dalla sig.ra Agata Spaziante. Gentile, disponibile, la proprietaria ci ha fatto sentire subito a nostro agio in questo bilocale, pulito, ammobiliato con cura e che presenta tutti i confort necessari. Splendida la vista dal terrazzino che regala momenti di puro relax. Siamo inoltre in centro paese e vicini (mezz’ora a piedi) al Monginevro. Pertanto, se volete trascorrere una vacanza in una brillante località con tutti i comfort suggerisco questa abitazione. Consigliato x una famiglia di 4 persone.

Casa accogliente e un contesto fantastico

Siamo stati in questo appartamento con due bambini di 9 e 10 anni. Ci siamo trovati molto bene. La posizione è fantastica con una vista spettacolare sui monti e un terrazzino molto carino. Data la salita per arrivare al condominio abbiamo sempre preferito prendere la macchina per recarci alla partenza degli impianti, anche se molto vicini (per evitare di dovere fare la salita con scarponi ai piedi e sci in mano dopo una giornata di sciate e con i bambini stanchi). C'è anche una pista da fondo e una bella passeggiata che porta a Monginevro. Esperienza molto positiva.

Wonderful Italian Mountain Getaway

This clean and comfortable apartment is equipped with everything we needed and more, perched on a small hill the views are serene, out the front door the town of Claviere offers shops, restaurants and great skiing, furthermore Agata was a gracious and attentive host who made sure that all of our needs were taken care of. We highly reccommend this apartment for your stay in Claviere!

I was born in Salerno (South Italy) but I'm living in Turin since over 50 years. I'm an architect, professor of Town Planning at the Polytechnic of Turin retired since 2013. I'm married to an architect from Turin that was retired too.

Why they chose this property

We were very satisfied guests in temporary rented flats in foreign cities that we could visit more regularly thanks to home sharing networks. So we decided to become host in turn and offer other people the same opportunity. We propose for temporary rental our small flat in Val di Susa, in the mountains close to Turin. Really we now don't use this flat so much, although we spent there for many years very pleasant holidays with our two daughters, particularly in winter season.
We would now share with our guests the pleasure of enjoying the pleasent living conditions that this comfortable flat and this attractive location can offer. We are sure that our guests will appreciate the accommodation as much as our hospitality.

What makes this property unique

The flat has been furnished and equipped with our best care to be as functional and pleasant as we can, for our 4 people family during several years. We took advantage of our professional experience as architects in order to get the better use of the small available space, to select suitable and cosy furniture so getting a very comfortable and pleasant flat. We always kept the flat in perfect condition for our benefit and the guests that lived there in recent years appreciated the accomodation too, well considering both the building quality, and the easy use, but overall the sunny panoramic view of the mountains and the ski slopes.
