Great apartment, great location, lovely holiday!

The apartment is much bigger and nicer than it looks in the pictures and is in a great central location. The service wet booking taxis, getting the keys etc was perfect. A great hassle free holiday!

Wonderful vacation

The apartment rated highly for a family stay. Spotlessy clean througout.Plenty of room for all and well furnished accommodation.Two tables for eating in. Plus a table for 6 eating out on the terrace.Two bathrooms.

Great villa, excellent location!

We have had several holidays in Nerja and stayed in various villas and locations. This was the best for location - an easy wall into the centre and all the fabulous restaurants. The house was large, airy and cool and having a small pool in a central location was the icing on the cake. We would definitely book again and highly recommend the house.

Love this house! It was spotlessly clean, had everything we wished for and more. The pool was an absolute bonus. Communication was brilliant and any questions were answered quickly. It was the nicest, best location Airbnb we have ever stayed in.

We loved the location as it was so easy to get to Burriana beach and the town. The apartment is big, even bigger than it looks in the pictures online. Great bathrooms and very comfortable bedrooms and lounge. It would have been good to have some bowls in the kitchen.

What a fantastic place, close to the shops and beach

What a fantastic place, close to the shops and beach. The apartment was stunning and the pool was such a bonus. We had the best time there. Highly recommend a visit and stay for 10 days, it's worth it!! The WhatsApp group was really helpful and everyone on there were wonderful. The owners were great and even left us a welcome gift of food and beers, such a great surprise.

Fabulous accommodation

Casa San Juan was very clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our holiday. Communication with representatives of Spain sun rentals was very effective and the information provided about local restaurants and supermarkets was very helpful. It wasn’t warm enough to use the pool however, would be very welcome to everyone staying during the warmer months.

Incredible apartment in a great location in Nerja

Incredible apartment in a great location in Nerja. Short easy walk to the center of town and easy access to various beaches in Nerja. The apartment is on a quiet residential street in a very peaceful location. Very modern and spotlessly clean, the apartment is exactly as pictured with all the amenities you could need plus a wonderful little pool in the back. Loved my stay and will definitely be returning soon!

Great Space

This apartment has great indoor and outdoor space, and is in good condition, it has most things provided that you need in a break away from home. It was nice to have been left a welcoming assortment of essentials including bread, milk, butter, etc also a few beers which was an added bonus

Beautiful apartment

We love this apartment! It was our 4th stay here. It is extremely clean, beds are comfortable, it has everything you need for an enjoyable stay. The private pool is an added bonus. Spain Sun Rentals were very easy to communicate with, they answered any queries we had via WhatsApp very quickly and arranged transport from the airport to the apartment. We will definitely be staying here again and I would recommend it to everyone. It’s close to bars & restaurants and approximately a 10min stroll to the Balcon and beaches. Nothing

We were keen to rebook the apartment for the second year running. We love Nerja and this apartment is ideally placed with the bonus of a small pool. The apartment is spacious and having two bathrooms is also really useful. A faster boiling kettle would be useful and some cereal bowls.

An apartment that is close to shops and the Europa balcony. Good equipment in the kitchen. A big advantage is that there is a pool. The only downside is that it is an exhausting road to and from Boriana beach.

This was our 3rd stay at this wonderful apartment, it’s our happy place. SpainSunRentals was so helpful and responsive to our queries. They arranged airport transfers for us too and as our flight was late afternoon, they allowed us to check out a little later. The apartment was extremely clean and had everything we needed. The private pool is obviously an added bonus. The beds are comfortable. The apartment is about a 5 min walk to restaurants, shops, bars and the Balcon. We are definitely going to book our 4th stay very soon!

Great location excellent apartment

Apartment is deceptively large...the picture from the street doesn't do it justice. Great location - close to everything (beach, shops, Balcon de Europa). Nice pool - adequate privacy and clean. The agency also setup a WhatsApp group and provided information before we arrived. Juan spoke highly of the accommodation when I phoned him before arriving...and he was right! Towels - provide better quality Provide more bin bags

Many clients return year after year as it a good balance of quality property, location and price. Things like bin bags are easily provided if clients let us know, same with better towels.

Nerja holiday

The property was exactly as described. Very clean and comfortable. My husband loved the plunge pool but too cold for me! The only downside was the bed as it’s very hard but that can be personal choice as many people like a hard bed. It’s ideally placed for a stroll into the town. Would definitely come back.

Fabulous 2 bedroom apartment in an excellent location with your own private pool what more could you ask for. Meribel from Sun Spain rentals is alway there to help and Joaquin & Ana the owners are very helpful. Just ask and if it can be done they will do it with a smile nothing is t much. ‘This is our 3rd4th time can’t remember but already looking at next years dates. It’s home from home for us. We love it xx

A well situated gem of an apartment with pool!

We loved the location, only a few minutes walk from centre of town and various beaches. The quality inside the property is great, particularly the beds and the bathrooms. The pool is excellent for the hot days to cool off. The internal space is much bigger than the photos shows because the internal area with the dinning table could have been used for a 3rd bedroom but instead they left it open and a sofa bed. Highly recommended. The Wi-Fi had a very good signal and internet speed so I was able to do some work as well as watch my Netflix in the smart TV. the security safe, pool/beach towels and even a shopping trolley were a great add-on. Need to provide individual pillows in the master bedroom.

This is our 2nd year we have stayed for a month each time at this wonderful apartment. This apartment is in the best location close to the beach and shops. It has excellent Wifi but TV could be a lot lot better. It is bright, spacious and very very clean. There are lots of Spanish people living around which can make it noisy at times. Meribel is very fast at getting back to you which helps when you have a question. Joaquin and Ana (the owners) and very helpful and quick to help with any problems you may have in the house. The pool is a huge bonus and gets sun on it all day. If you are lucky enough to book this place please look after it as you own home then we will all enjoy it. See you soon

Wonderful apartment, great location !

Casa San Juan is perfect for what my young family needed: spacious, located in town (so no need of a car) and a pool. We stayed there in September 2016 when Nerja was quieter after the busy period in August. We did not want a large villa with tons of space too far to walk into town so this apartment was a great compromise. The quality inside is very good. The beds are comfortable and good size. The whole place was very clean with a very useful open-plan kitchen. Having the 2 bathrooms was a great thing so we did not have to queue up. The outside space is good and the pool excellent as I could read my book while I was watching the children play in the water. We also used the BBQ quite a lot and it was very easy to buy food and drinks in the nearby shops. This place is definitely a small gem in town. Maribel and Joaquin were very kind as we arrived quite late but managed to organise everything for us. Many thanks from East London!!

Au cours de nos 15 jours de location, notre petite famille, (2 adultes et 2 enfants) a apprécié la localisation de l’appartement à Nerja, à l’écart des grosses structures touristiques. La plage ainsi que les commerces et autres activités de cette station balnéaire se trouvaient à seulement quelques minutes de la maison. La location disposait de tous les éléments mentionnés dans le descriptif. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le professionnalisme et la réactivité de l’équipe en charge de cette location. En effet, un petit problème de climatisation était réglé dans la journée. En résumé, nous avons passé un superbe séjour et nous en sommes repartis enchantés. Peut être mettre à disposition des plats pour la cuisine ( notamment pouvant aller au four) et un presse agrumes
